Losing weight is not a cakewalk to be enjoyed. It is not as easy as exercising or dieting. A healthy balance will promote your well-being in the long run. Nutrition and exercise complement each other to help you achieve more in your weight loss journey.

You guys know those at home COVID tests have a very high false negative rate, right?
Please tell me you know this. It's important that you understand that testing negative does not mean you don't have COVID or that you aren't contagious.
Also, if someone you live with has the same symptoms as you and tests positive, you should assume that you also have COVID.

We tried to tell you that those COVID tests couldn’t tell the difference between the flu and covid. Did you listen? Most people didn’t. They bought into the fear.
Where did the flu go? Covid diagnoses from a faulty swab that was never intended for use BY ITS MAKER, who said the test was too unreliable. Why was the test quietly removed by the corrupt FDA? It was too unreliable. Why is it still the Gold Standard for covid diagnoses? Your healthcare provider is a salesman and not a healthcare provider, and we have lost common sense.
Friends of mine threw common sense out the car window and watched it get hit like a plinko disc before being trucked. Those are well-educated people who got sucked into the fear. Some are waking up to the madness. Most got at least one bioweapon shot.
It’s scary to look back and realize what happened, especially if you got tagged. That shit doesn’t just wipe off. You can make it better, but you also can’t make it go away.
So what becomes of the syndicate who brought his on?
Everything will be exposed.
How much happens now depends on how aggressive RFKjr attacks Big Pharma, and he seems like a pit bull waiting for the fight.

Feeling real 👎 about the bird flu impacting raw pet food. It hasn’t impacted any brands in Alberta but I’ll have to bring it up to my vet at the boys’ annual check up in the spring to see if it’s worth switching. I have no idea what they even COULD switch to, except maybe more expensive non-poultry raw… oughhh my wallet is crying

In hindsight (knowing that I probably had the flu) everything I've done over the past week and a half is a little bit unhinged. Day after I start feeling a little bit lousy I decide what I need to do is go to Target to buy boxes, which I promptly forget at said Target until I have walked three blocks and paid my subway fare and have to go back and retrieve them (but this is totally fine and I'm not out of it at all). Next day I remain fully convinced that I'm going to give my lecture on Wednesday but instead of working on that I write 2500+ words of fanfiction. I email the professor I'm TAing for being like pretty please let me come to class and lead my sections, then I text my friends and they're like you're insane stay home so I have to send another email being like jk maybe the whole "fever with chills" thing isn't conducive to coming to class. The professor is like yeah no you fool stay at home and also probably you should not give the lecture on Wednesday (I view this proposition with extreme suspicion). The next three days I spend in denial about the prospect of not giving the lecture, and also having constant chills despite taking ibuprofen at bottle-mandated intervals. This is fine and normal which is why on Thursday, just to test if I'm fully recovered, I decide not to take ibuprofen, which leads me to fall into possibly one of the most intense fevers I've ever had in my life. Friday I feel like I'm getting better and also Saturday but then I go out on Sunday and am immediately fatigued. I choose to ignore this and lead my sections bravely on Monday, and then immediately come home and fall into a several-hour nap from sheer exhaustion. Like at this rate I don't think I should be trusted with any decisions actually, I think they should give me a clean bill of health before I am even allowed to think about rejoining the world

The Jaxen Report About Possible Bird Flu Pandemic and How Vaccine Makers Are Preparing Bird Flu Shot for Humans “Just in Case” and remember what the PCR test is about. It won't tell you have anything unless it's amped up and then it tells you that you could have anything. That's according to Dr. Kerri Mullis the inventor of the PCR. 🤔
