skipping now to present day with 20 year old Keke Summers, i dont particularly dress for my trips to the digital world and just wear my usual casual wear. so long as i have a connection to the net my digivice lets me travel freely back and forth so if i really had to i could just return, grab a change of clothes, and go back. i assigned myself leader and keep a pair of goggles around my neck, I also have a necklace of the crest of love, that was originally just a necklace i was wearing into the digital world the day i truly embodied my crest for the first time and became a physical link to my crest. shared universe with - @lord-drakenheim

Showing off some icons I recolored for the OC page. I figure if the temp icons had been sitting there this long in black and white, they were honorary permanents by this point and could due to have color added. Also stops Carnelia and Parker from looking the same cuz that is NOT a style that lends towards unique looking characters. Pssst I’ve actually started playing sigma as of late cuz of your art. He is really fun to play!! Got any tips and tricks that you’ve picked up while playing him?

OH NICE!! i apologize if this is lengthy. 

this is from just my own personal experience and what i do. i’m not gamer expert, but lately, i have gotten better at this gravity gramps.

WELL. here are some tips I like to use during my own gameplay: protect your teammates, especially your healers! sigma can do a great job fending off any flanking enemies that are aiming directly at your healer. thank your healers!! i always do when i play sigma. they are our live savers. don’t go off being solo killer sigma, you cannot fight them alone without someone by your side.

use each of your abilities very wisely, for they have lengthy cooldowns. being in battle with all your abilities on cooldown SUCKS. i suggest hiding behind any walls or obstacles if you end up in that situation until one or two of them is ready.

your hyperspheres have a limited range of 22 meters, you can test this out in practice range. don't be afraid to get closer to fight your enemies. there’s more damage if you do direct hits. you can also use the environment to have them bounce off walls, objects, and the ground to hit the enemy.

Your experimental barrier is something that should become a habit of using and retreating constantly. when there’s much rapid-fire coming in at the start of matches, or when your kinetic grasp is on cooldown, use it to block off turrets and or laser beams. but make sure to call it back often before it gets completely destroyed. but if it does, goddamn, pull out that sweet kinetic grasp or throw your big ass ROCK if someone like orisa, bastion, or dva is firing at you. 

speaking of kinetic grasp, like i said, use it to help protect your teammates of all that conjoined rapid-fire from heavier equipped enemies. use it to block ultimates too. think quickly though, cause sometimes you end up not absorbing anything. oh! it lets you absorb that damage into temporary shielding! mmmm SLORP THAT DAMAGE.

FLASH THAT BARRIER A LOT.

accretion or i like to personally call it: MY BIG ASS ROCK is great to stun anyone charging at you,or to stop their ultimate. i also like to throw it at the enemy team when they’re grouped up eheh. 

OKAY. your ULTIMATE. the big daddy of all black holes. the mother of all gravitic fluxations. note that unless the enemy team is not around your black hole, and you click to raise them, it will cancel immediately. your ultimate won't instantly kill them, it will only take half damage when lifted, and half damage when slammed to the ground. so it’s best to have them already taken damage or throw your hypersphere while sigma is in the air, if you want those final blows. getting huge ults as sigma is very satisfying.

TL;DR: SIGMA IS RIDICULOUSLY FUN TO PLAY.

his abilities require the right timing and quick thinking so it does not go to that long cooldown waste. i’ve played him with the other tanks and most of the time, i end up having a really good match. pairing him with another shield tank will be GREAT.

I will put Japanese manga editions into 3 categories: the 単行本(たんこうぼん), 文庫(ぶんこ), and the new edition which I will use as an umbrella term for updated editions in general.

単行本 won’t be full of surprises if you read licensed manga, this is the version overseas publishers license the most so if you’ve read any licensed manga you probably know what to expect. Some key differences from english versions in particular: 95% of Japanese books have dust jackets, hardcover is a rare format, and the binding technology is magically more compact. Their price is determined by trim size and page count which can result in some minor price fluxations across a series. These are some of the sizes you can expect:

Personally, I LOVE the 文庫 format!! Its actual small pocket books that will fit into most large pockets, about the size of a hand, printed on more premium white paper, closest thing you’ll get to a japanese manga omnibus even tho its mostly like a 1.5-in-1 edition, they’re cheap for their page count, sometimes comes with additions like a new afterword by the author or other relevant figure, and their size makes them easy to store! If you ever spot a box set then this is most likely the edition it will contain.

But there are some drawbacks: they’re more or less the bargain version so how much effort is put into their presentation depends, you can carbon date some of these by the extremely 90s or 00s cover graphic design, covers are often recycled art, some bonus material that were in the 単行本 may be absent and not replaced. But it still stands that if you want to make a long series easier and cheaper to collect, and not to mention easier to store. The 文庫 is one to consider if the option is there! Here is a picture for scale to give more of an idea how much smaller they are:

On the other end if a manga isn’t rereleased as a bunko there are two routes for the new edition to go. From what I’ve experienced there’s not really a consistent model for these but you can consider them “collectors editions” or updated versions. On the higher end there’s 完全版, the perfect/complete edition. These might be more expensive and for good reason. To use a specific example from Shueisha: The Slam Dunk perfect edition had not just new covers but compiled the 31 volume series into 24 large trim size, premium white paper volumes. It didn’t include the 単行本 omake content but instead had the color pages from the magazine serialization and under the dust jacket there were lots and lots of brand new doodle art! As a fan it was well worth the price!

Compared that to the 新書版(しんしょばん) the reorganized edition: this was cheaper per volume and recompiled Slam Dunk from 31 volumes down to 20 with brand new covers, a smaller (but narrower) trim size printed on regular paper. No color pages but the omake content returned. Basically a revamped 単行本! Easier to collect and more easy to store! So basically the 新書版 and 新装版 (しんそうばん) or “resurrection” editions might not change or add much that weren’t there before. But the general things you can hope will be added is new cover art, some new bonus content, or a omnibus type format in a new trim size. so looking up reviews or announcements to see if they list or display what’s new or different will be worth it to better know what content will be included and what won’t be if that’s something you worry about.

For myself I like to get any edition that isn’t a 単行本 because if the series gets licensed that’s probably the one they will pick so why not get a different one, the alternatives are sometimes cheaper or cooler, easier to get if the series is older, or its simply about what I have room for. Even within these editions and outside of them there will be all kinds of variations in size, presentation, content, and that’s kinda what makes it so fun to explore! So I hope you all find a manga you’ll enjoy reading (and in an edition you like!)

The second fandom I ever was in was Transformers, and of course, I have oc's. I do have ones older but my oc, Chemical, is the most memorable of any of them. She is a couple years old (three or two) and still is my baby.

Over the years of course, she has gone through a lot of changes physically.

This was her first look.

Yes the drawing was copied, I didnt know how to draw transformers back then.

This look, to me, is atrocious. Its horrible, and the only thing out of this form that kinda transferred to her newer appearances, is her peds.

The next form of her was significantly better than the one prior. She don't look like a fucking gremlin spawn.

At this time I was just learning how draw transformers, this is one of the only paper drawings of her.

I feel some much better with this drawing then the one before. However, me in 2018 wasn't satisfied with it still.

The next version of her was digital once again. Drawn on a tablet that no longer exists, Chemical was given her final look.

She looks fucking fabulous.

I'm still satisfied with this version, and her character had become more developed. She was given new weaknesses and strengths, some stayed the same and some changed. She still has the heeled peds btw.

This look then continued to make more art of her.

Then we also have hollowforms, or human forms of transformers. Just like the first version of Chemical's bi-pedal form, her first human form is atrocious.

Whoever fucking let me draw human forms back then needs to be sued. It looks like a trashy version of Pidge from Voltron, but different.

The next version of human!Chemical was much better, and doesn't make me doubt the creation of my oc.

Once again, I didnt know how to draw humans as well, and I used a different drawing to make it.

Character Development:

Chemical at the very beginning of her creation was a priest, I don't remember why. Later, I changed her into being a scientist and mechanical. It worked better with where she was from.

If you remember or know, Cybertron has neighboring planets, for example Quintesson and Velocitron. Me and my cousin crafted a new planet called Pullux. It had different laws from Cybertron or other planets, and was governed by a femme monarchy and a royal council (who are hand picked by the queen, or queen-to-be).

Chemical is a Pulluxian, from the city Steam Works, which is an underground city, and the only one at that. Steam Works gets its name from being the hottest city on Pullux, being closer to the planets core. So 'bots born in Steam Works are adapted to the heat, and are extremely vulnerable to the cold.

We also included genetical mutations and diseases. Chemical has what we named Venting Fluxation, which is basically much weaker vents (lungs). Ones unaffected by this mutation came easily go into water for long periods, but ones that are affected will suffer just like a human without water training.

The royal to lead Pullux is only those chosen by the Dragon Eye Matrix, and only chooses those of Onyx Primes bloodline.

Onyx Prime disappeared from Cybertron before life began on it, leaving whatever of his brother left to control it. He later created the planet Pullux.

The royal is almost always a femme, or a barrer (a mech who can carry a sparkling). The last queen of Pullux before the Decepticons destroyed it was Knight Prime, who was gifted the title Prime from the Dragon Eye Matrix. The queen before her was Omega Priori, who was murdered by Steeldagger, who is the SIC of Draconian.

Draconian was the king alongside Omega Priori, and didnt believe in the femme monarchy system. He swayed one third of Pullux's population to change from the old laws, but they all left Pullux. The population left later named Draconian the Exiled King. Knight Prime was only about 15,000 years old when her carrier died, and was raised by the royal council, who also raised her two siblings left (Draconian took two others).

Knight Prime later becomes good friends with a guard-in-training, Chemical. Eventually they become best friends. However, Chemical and Knight's younger sister, Paladin, were always at each others throats.

Eventually the Decepticons decided to attack Pullux, who did trading with both Autobots and Decepticons. It was record in records from Cybertron that the Decepticons took captives, but the Queens body was never found. Time skip later, during season one of transformers prime, a large pod crashed in Ireland.

The pod crashed during the 1700's, and was found by a family who kept it a secret. The occupants of the pod, Knight Prime, Paladin, Chemical, Manatarms, and Thunder, became friends with that family. In 2015, team Prime caught a weak blimp in Hawaii. That's when the Pulluxians were discovered on Earth.

For a little while Chemical is a bitch to the Autobots, even after Knight Prime set an allegiance with them, because it was Cybertronians who destroyed Pullux.

Me and my cousin create a large plot for the project, and would've posted it on wattpad, but we ended up getting ourselves into a new fandom.

We had more Autobots on Earth then what the actual show had. Such as Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Jazz, Prowl, Bluestreak, Ironhide, and a whole bunch more. In all, the project had over two-hundered characters.

This post is so fucking long, it would've been much longer if I put more facts in, and more details.

I missed the Transformers fandom. I mostly left because I read every single transformers fanfict, except the Optimus Prime x oc/reader. I have a thing for not liking characters in red and blue (Optimus and Captain America)

It has been more than four months, but ehhhhhhh, ,, , ,, , , Decided that I’ll begin posting things from my sketchbooks, soon art journals, since I’ve fully finished two big sketchbooks. It’ll be sort of backwards in time, because I wanna post some specific fandom things, gifts, & plain sketch dumps so hopefully it can be said my art has improved & fluxated throughout the months. Starting today: Zelgan!!! Which I drew 15✧4✧17. I’ve been spiralling into this ship this weekend because in all honesty, I had no idea it was a thing. Now I can’t stop...
