as much as i LOVE golden retriever sun - drop, i like the sassy, controlling, and petty sun, especially since it’s most likely its a cover up. he’s like squirdward! and i love that because it also gives him a major flaw like the other animatronics. as well as this persons explanation, check them out ^^

After weeks of art block o finally managed to finish something! I think I’m finally getting use to drawing this character a bit more as well, I always struggled in the past to draw Sun/Moon believe it or not. So guess this is a bit of a redesign!

Also I totally didn’t get inspired by solar lunacy or anything lmao

Decided this week to doodle up some art of @crabsnpersimmons raincoat Sun and Moon designs from their Rain or shine AU! The designs are super cute so I just had to doodle something up for them!

I wonder if they would make some little froggy friends while splashing in puddles, I can sure imagine they'd have fun hopping along with them!

bloodmoon but no harvest

this is an idea inspired by @snowe-zolynn-rogers

basically, monty was able to bring bloodmoon back but not harvest, once bloodmoon finds out he's grief-stricken and angry, he's mad at the person who killed him [he doesn't know it was sun at this point] and wants his brother back.

lunar gets called in and after a bit angrier yelling bloodmoon breaks down in sobs, saying how much he wants the only thing he cares about other than blood back, lunar holds and consoles him, then gives him a bunch of blood cookies and ice cream he made for bloodmoon cause cookies and ice cream help with sad times <:]

moon soon comes home with sun and is surprised to see bloodmoon, bloodmoon tearfully explains through a few bites of blood ice cream what happened and moon understands, and is also concerned since bloodmoon also said he's eaten 5-6 or even more tubs of the blood ice cream

sun sees the after-effects of what he did after moon pointed it out and he feels terrible, bloodmoon hears moon tells sun "look what you did" and gets angry and tries to attack sun, but the failsafe stops him

he yells a bit more till breaking down in tears, which is when moon hugs him and tells sun to leave, which sun does. moon tries to go help monty but bloodmoon clings to him, not wanting to be left alone, so he brings lunar in, and lunar holds and consoles bloodmoon.

bloodmoon: it hurts..it all hurts...

lunar: I know...I know... grief is a painful thing..

bloodmoon: I just want my brother back...

lunar: I know..I know..we're trying our best

they do get bloodmoon a harvest, it just takes so long since it took eclipse a year to build bloodmoon in the first place

once bloodmoon gets his harvest and they reunite, they're inseparable. cant be alone/without the other cause they've both developed a kind of separation anxiety [mainly bloodmoon]

so yeah that's it, hope ya'll like the angst :)c
