I don't think tubblings understand just how significant fobo is for qfoolishs character. Qfoolish doesn't pick sides, ever. He picked people, certain individuals he'd go to bat for and protect if it came down to it (qvegetta, leo, qjaiden) but regardless of his position within the federation or his ties to the islanders he himself never considered himself part of any one "side" of the conflict. He was just himself with his own plans and goals and would associate himself with whoever he wanted or was most interesting/beneficial. Or at least he used to before he formed a whole city/commune/single father support group with qtubbo.

Qfoolishs relationship with qtubbo is unique in that no other character has led him to taking a side like this, after almost a year of swinging around on his "carousel of chaos" qfoolish settled down. It's been pretty clear to see that from Tubbos first days on the island after his prison break qfoolish took an immediate liking to him. Their vibes and energy so similar like they could've been functioning on the exact same frequency. Always accepting and supportive of each others shenanigans, after both being put down and dismissed by other islanders it must've felt like a breath of fresh air. /rp Both punching bags, single dads, abandoned lovers, it only makes sense they'd find comfort in one another as they have.

In fobo, qtubbo latched onto qfoolish for dear life, qfoolish knew this and wasn't going anywhere. Tubbo might've been clinging to qfoolish far tighter than foolish clung back to him, at least at the start as day by day, qfoolish was getting there. There's an underlying gentleness to his interactions with qtubbo very reminiscent of when qfoolish would soothe his eggs or accompany qjaiden after bobby died, like he knew qtubbo needed something softer and secure just as qfoolish needs someone or something to devote himself to. "Business partners" being a thinly veiled excuse for two similarly lonely souls in need of someone that would stay. To be someone's number one, someone that understands. A friend.

i hc Foolish got angry when Fit asked if he was really working with this guy(tubbo) because tubbo and foolish have improved their relationship, tubbo has become something special, something truely important to foolish, tubbo has brightened foolished assumed sunshine filled world, and likewise on the otherpart, the two can adventure together, the two are the leaders of fobo, tubbo is his now, and foolish is tubbos now, leo and sunny getting along like actual siblings now, foolish cares for his little family, despite tubbo slowly changing in facial features and bodytype, its his tubbo, foolish and tubbo cuddle as night, foolish and tubbo are as close as can be now

Fit is being so sus even Foolish Gamers clocked that he was being weird.

And he's just freaking out at the sounds of cats and has his head on a swivel the entire time he's hanging out with Foolish and Tubbo.

Foolish feeding Chunsik without asking and Tubbo offering to send money to Foolish when he saw Foolish spent his saved up cookies on Chunsik. FOBO being each other's family that just collect and harbor whatever kids that come through the door 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼💖💖💖

qfoolish is building up a bit of a streak of seeing other characters isolated, ostracized or alone and stepping in. just being there for them, someone they can trust if they so wish but at the core of it letting them know there's someone in their corner. qcellbit during his attempted infiltration into the federation, qjaiden after bobby's death when the Islanders turned against her for befriending cucurucho, Pepito alone without his parents, and now qtubbo.

He never tries to sway them or control their decisions, they don't owe him their time or trust, he's not there to judge them as right or wrong, good or evil, he's no saint himself. He's company, because for all qfoolish may struggle understanding with others anger or sadness, fear or whatever else, he knows loneliness.

Maybe it stems from solitude and equally great loyaly only an immortal can understand, or maybe it's his biology. He totem, he help after all. There's an underlying unspoken promise to it; you don't have to be alone, I will stand by you, you deserve a friend, I will not judge you for your worst.

And the worst part of it all is that in the end, one way or another, they leave him instead.

I like to think Sunny wears the craziest and most extravagant clothes, skirts, and dresses and then tries to make Leo dress up too, but Leo is not having it. They're just like, "No voy usar un tutu, vete a la verga". Sunny, of course, is offended, and goes "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE"

They are both very stubborn, so they fight like this for a while. Maybe Sunny gives up, (unlikely) or maybe Leo gives in (also unlikely). I could see it going both ways.
