We were so happy to be invited by Food For Progress to the Oumph London Launch party at Perseverance Works, Hackney Road. The event was held on Wednesday 21st March to celebrate the launch of the meat-free food product Oumph in various Tesco stores in the UK.

Baked Ricotta with rosemary. Mix ricotta and two eggs with a handmixer for a couple of minuttes. Season with salt, freshly grinded pepper, nutmeg and rosemary (you can use fresh basil as well). Put it in a preheeted oven (200 degrees celsius) for 20 minuttes. It will rise!
