Koga might act extremely confident in himself & even enough to act like he always knows exactly what he's doing, but when it comes to intimate moments, he's truthfully rather clueless. He's intuitive & knows how to use his brain at the right moments, but being physically intimate with someone is a whole different game. Even as a pubescent teenager, he wouldn't have taken any time to "explore" anything either. He turned 18 in July during his 3rd year, sure, but Koga's personality prior in high school was to keep people at a distance from him. His focus was on playing guitar & singing on stage.

There's only 1 person truthfully, or potentially 2, who he'd have been willing to explore with ahead of time. But, it's still not relatively likely to have happened. After all, Koga wanted to prove himself as someone who could stand on his own and work on his own to accomplish things ( even if it didn't always work ). Thus, he has no experience in that field. But when it comes to when he finally gets intimate with someone he loves, he's certain to be easily exciteable.

I would still use my turn signals in the Mad Max Wasteland. They'd call me "Signal" because I'd hit my blinker before ramming the enemy hot rods into the side of a desert ravine. I'd use my turn signal every time. They would respect me for this.
