"Nygma, Nashton, whatever stupid name he wants to use. He is insufferable. I want his mouth sewn shut and his vocal cords removed."

She doesn't mean to laugh at him. The so-called Riddler is awful; half the nurses refuse to deal with him at all. But Jonathan looks so very pathetic in this moment.
