A little nugget of knowledge for your front squat form: . ♦️Imagine you have a resistance band around your knees that you are trying to stretch/press out against on the way back up♦️ . You should feel your glutes and quads fire up when you're resisting this imaginary resistance band. . This cue forces you to rise with control, and doesn't leave much room for you to get sloppy and hurt your knees 👌🏼 . I don't remember who gave me this tip (@amandamaryperry @annemiguel33 @coachmikeperry or @worcesterkettlebellclub ??) but this cue has worked wonders to keep my knees healthy and happy when I add squats into the mix 🙏🏼 .
