Scrubbing removes dead skin, excess oils and unclog the skin pores. Make your skin clean, clear & free to breath. Is scrubbing bad for your skin? - No scrubbing is not bad until you overdo it. How frequently should we Exfoliate our skin? - once or twice a week is more than enough. How much should we scrub? - just for 20 - 30 seconds is enough. Do not overdo it. Scrubbing results fresh beautiful clean, younger looking skin. Apply scrub on moist skin and rub gently. Do not run vigorously, it can damage your skin.
