About Black guy pairings....it's a rare thing for that to happen. Usually in media especially today it's always a white guy x (insert race) girl and not the other way around.

Also about Nico and Alex...she wasn't with anyone before Alex and it says a lot about how the media and fans are when they see a Black guy with anyone outside of his race.

This has to be bait.MOST black male characters are paired up with white girls and i mean across the board,not just in media by nonblacks,and fandoms almost always eat it up because they love the concept of an attractive/nice/cool/smart black guy groveling at their feet(though some do it right by doing the girl as just as down bad and caring towards the guy,like Timebomb and Corawybie)and ships with black women regardless of the guys' race always get the most hate except for maybe canon sapphic ships.Canon black wlw are doomed from the start-Look at how much people make fun of Luz Noceda and have no issue giving Marshall Lee his proper afrocentric features yet don't do the same for Marceline even though they're literally twins.Black guy x nonblack character ship stans regularly participate in bullying black girl love interests of black guys and white guys AND nonblack moc.THIS HAS TO BE BAIT??????

Like I said before Darius is very flirtatious and would often fool around with other toppats (mainly Billy G) to make Wilford "jealous". Though in the case of Billy, that was to convince Wilford that he should take over his role as chief through forceful means.
