Okay so people really weren't joking/exaggerating about Mavuika being a Yang clone down to "let your flame burn brighter" being a lyric in her character trailer song, which is so Yang coded. The main differences I can predict: a) there will be jiggle physics cause ofc there will be and b) they likely won't canonically have her with a girl, maybe they'll tease it but not actually pull the trigger also probably pushing in some male flirting too cause can't do a femme not interested in men. Like I'm probably going to come across as harsh/negative on it, but its more eye-rolling at the blatant-ness yet curious to see what the actual in-game case is than straight up negative.

I actually like the character trailer cause the song is catchy, but hard to not see the character as a clear Yang clone.

how did sonic superstars get nominated for best family game at the game awards while sonic frontiers, an infinitely better sonic game, got nothing this year or last year aside from the players voice nomination .... also they nominated mario and a few other games for like 500 different categories while only one category had a sonic related thing AND they let genshin impact back in AGAIN........ do you think the game awards are specifically designed to torture sonic fans . whatever sonic frontiers game of the year to ME.

I think it's because Paimon told her that Childe gave the impression that she wasn't chatty, which implied she didn't really talk much to him, and thus that comment (absolutely agreeing he isn't thought because damn how long was he fighting that for??)

I Want to Talk About...Her

You know who. You know, moo.

I have a lot of conflicted feelings about Va/resa. I hate her and I love her at the same time. And I think I simply love her for what she could have been, but isn't.

I love having a canonical big eater, I love that there's now a female character with thicker thighs (even if they're not that much thicker). But I'm disgusted by the fatphobic implications of everything around her.

I could accept the butt-slam attack if it was something clearly of her own doing. But no, instead we got "oopsies, ouchies, I fell over and crushed you with my fat ass, oh no". =( Which is just straight up fanservice. Because the only way chubiness is acceptable is if it's in the "right" places, and used for typical ass/boob fanservice. =(

I could accept the cow theming, if the implication was "strong as a bull", and honestly, when I first saw her, that was what I thought. But now that we know more about her, I hate the fact that she has this alter ego, that she has to sort of "transform" to be strong and badass. That she's not like that as herself--"herself" is reduced to just being clumsy and fat. =(

I have been taking a break from Ge/nshin because the last few updates have been disappointing to me, and this sure isn't bringing me back.

I need artists and writers to fix Va/resa, please. She could be so good if she wasn't created to fit into fatphobic societal expectations. And I'm not even touching the entire Na/tlan problem, which is a whole separate issue that also needs to be fixed.

But please. Actually fat, actually strong Va/resa, who is loved and respected for her body the way it is.

Okay so I'm pretty new to Tumblr and have only been on the sf forum previously (yeah, I know, I'm slow like that). I've noticed that all Ge/nshin names are written with a "/" sign in-between the letters. Again, I'm new here, so bear with me. Why do we do this? Is it to avoid the wrath of Tumblr or Hoyo? Or to avoid vanilla people finding out? Like, I'm so confused... Also, how do you search for specific characters on Tumblr if their names are spelled with a "/"?

Hey there!! No worries, this is a really good question!! It's the latter: to avoid vanilla people who are going through tags from finding our kink-related content. That's why we also use the term "snz" and a lot of our blogs are private to only Tumblr users too. We want to keep our content to the snzblr community to avoid any possible harrassment from outsiders (cause a lot of people on the internet are cruel to things they find "weird").

Regarding searching, it's definitely a lot more difficult since a lot of us mark the slashes down differently. There's even variety in how many slashes are used per name and/or just in general. Sometimes people use double slashes while others use single slashes like I do. And we tend to break apart the names differently too. I tend to break them apart as much as I can and try to avoid small words when I break them apart for extra good measure to avoid vanillas finding my content, but that's just how I do it. Some people break them up less and/or in different places.

However, I would say the best way to search is to look through your favorite snzblr pages with a character or characters you like on them. Most pages have their tags consistent so if they have and/or share multiple pieces of content for a character, you can click the tags on their pages to go to their other posts with them.

For example, you can do that with Kae/ya, Di/luc, Al/hai/th/am, Ka/veh, Tar/tag/li/a, and more here!! The best way to narrow stuff down would be looking at other specific tags first like my gen/shin or gen/shin im/pact tags and then you can go searching for character-specific tags there. Most other pages will have this as well to make it easier for people to find content of their favorite characters. They will also often have fandom tags in a pinned post for even easier searching. In my case, I have my gen/shin tag in my pinned post, but not c/el/ls a/t w/or/k since it's a newer contribution to my page, and so far, I have only covered one character there when it comes to snz. To anyone interested, I do plan to do some sort of content on Kil/l/er T from the original and maybe even some R/ed Bl/o/od C/el/l A/A2/15/3 from Co/de Bl/a/ck at some point, so stay tuned!
