How I found my first client? It is a funniest memory 😄

I learned WordPress by watching Youtube videos and my own creativity.

One day I randomly watched a youtube video title was "how to get clients in facebook'.

I'm continuously watching that video, then I found a strategy to get a client in facebook.

So that, I created a post to attract the client.

After sometime, I got 10 comments with I need website.

I replied every prospect and I asked them to do DM.

But the thing is no one replied me. 😂

After a long time, I saw a message on my Fb Messager.

I continued chat with them.

She was a pintrest strategist, she asked a wordpress website to me.

I told her to I have a hosting link, If you purchased the hosting by my link I do complete site for free.

When she said, "Yeah ok, but I already have site. I need to do customization only"

Then I thought, Oh god, How to close this client? 🤔 I need to start my client project. Then only I can get some experience from freelancing.

So I made up my mind, then I gave a quote to client.

My first quote was $35 for single page site.😂

She done her payment through PayPal. Then I started my work.

Within two days I completed that site. She was very happy truly.

When I don't know how much can charge for a service. But the only thing in my mind is I need to close a client and work for them.

The payment is bigger or smaller that's not a matter. I made a decision on that time.

It helped me to gain more experience in my freelance journey.

So If you are starting freelancing journey, Don't aim for money. Instead, aim for gaining more knowledge and experience.

It'll more useful for your career!

Nobody Cares About Your Hustle

Just over 3 years ago...

I reached out to a local entrepreneur that I found online.

I got us some beers and pizza...

We hung out and watched bball and talked biz.

(My kind of networking)

That's when I found out:

He had hung out with all these famous entrepreneurs...

Richard Branson is the one that really stood out.

Like your friends, family and partner all might think this business or hustle stuff is a little weird...

People in my personal life still don't understand why I send so many emails.

And until I met friends in my own city...

I only felt accepted when I'd fly out to business conferences in other states.

Well, not only did I make friends with that specific entrepreneur...

The same one I reached out to on the internet...

But I went on to work with him on paying projects for almost a year...

And I show you the exact message I sent him...

And the exact outreach method...
