42. If they have siblings, do they like any of them? Would they rather be an only child

Oohhhh imma do my main gone forever ocs cuz I love them all so much and oh boy do almost all of them have Complicated sibling relationships

Casey-yep she has 1 older brother that she hasnt seen in a while, having been in this other world. She misses him alot even though she wasnt very close to him, seeing as hes abt 8 years older than her, but he'd just moved out right before she got in this world so she's still not used to being without him. Shes still used to being so alone, both in her world and the one she's stuck in.

Wisteria- nope only child here, but technically all the fairies are raised together in a communal way, so they've got both many siblings and none. She doesnt really care for them all that much, she left them all behind looking for a way to help them, but also was kicked out of the court for inciting a rebellion so. Like a quited vs fired type thing, if that makes any sort of sense.

Curtis- yep he's got 1 older sister, who uuhhh disappeared. Well kinda. So the two of them were attempting this big huge spell and something went terribly horribly wrong with it and then she was gone. He did tons of necromatic stuff and finding spells to try and bring her back but it seemed that she was well and truly gone from this world. He didnt know what to do after that. He still doesn't know what to do with the empty space left behind, he doesn't know what to do with all the words unsaid, where to put all the things he never got to tell her, all the things they never got to do, how to live with it all without her. He doesn't know what he'll do if he finds her. He doesn't know what he'll do if he doesn't. So he keeps on looking for her, keeps on with the slim hope of seeing her again, not realizing its possible that they've already met, so sure that of course he'd immediately recognize her if he found her again, because they can't have changed that much right? Even if he's become unrecognizable to himself of course she'd still know its him right? She'd have to. He'd have to know it's her if he found her. He'd have to.

Dani- yep 1 younger brother, but she doesnt remember him, well she remembers the memory of having a brother but not him, her oldest memory is waking up in an unfamiliar world and wanting to go home, her odd pointed ears and colorful eyes and hair didn't match this realm and neither did she with her spotty memories of a fantastical world, she took up a sword and somehow she escaped that world, but at such a high cost of her memories of the world she was trapped in for the past years, and she was in her own world again but still stuck under the weight of all her missing memories and the things she did to escape the realm she was in. So she wouldn't recognize her own brother even if she was staring at him from the other side of her sword, which unbeknownst to any of them has happened. They're both endlessly searching for each other without realizing that maybe they've already found each other, but on opposite sides of the conflict.

Enmity- yep 1 twin who was the destined ruler that was to take on the prophecy of the stars, but then she accidentally found something out about it and was gone before she could tell enmity it, then enmity was left alone to try and solve it all, and couldn't, and immediately panicked and followed the questionable advice given to try and bring her sister by opening up doorways to other realms to find her, unaware that she was not lost in the realms but lost among the stars, all of which directly caused problems for everyone, and that's all still causing problems for everyone, her disasterous attempts to bring her sister back is kind of causing all the problems the protagonists are trying to fix in the series. Of course none of the problems are intentional but still. Alot of stress could be stopped for everyone if they had all the correct info but. Well someone is very insistent on everyone having the wrong info so.

Jenna- no siblings

Michael- not that he would ever know or care, but probably not

Also, enmity looking through the realms for her sister who is truly gone (dead) vs curtis attempting resurrection to bring back his sister who us truly gone (in a different realm) fight... play to your strengths ig

(Thxxx so much for the asks! Just know I am gently handing you an entire peeled orange just for you) I'm gonna do all 4 of my main ocs with this cuz why not ok here we go!

14. What smells or tastes do you associate with them?

Casey- the smell of small dasies in the spring they are new and fresh and will not last forever but for now they are sweet and for now you believe they will stay, the scent of rain on the pavement reminds you of home and your heart aches for a time you didn't have to fight with these newly calloused hands and these tired bright eyes and these hopeful faces staring at you and for now you must smile and tell the lies that it will be okay, the taste of sunshine fresh upon your face in this new and exciting place there is so much to look at so much to find so much to discover so much to be, the taste of salty tears as they run rampant down your face you regret ever waking up in that flower field you wish and hope and want only of a home so far away it might as well not exist anymore.

Wisteria- the swift scent of little gardens of windowsill flowers left to wilt in your continued deliberate absence, the smoke of the charred remains of last nights campfire that had been a mistake to light when on the run they will find you quickly and you must fight fast you are tired of running but it's all you know how to do, the taste of honey on your lips coating the swift lies you so very easily tell, the taste of iron so strong on your tongue it burns with the deceit you are so used to it you do not even flinch at it.

Curtis- the scent of death follows you everywheres you cannot escape it no matter how many times you run and run and run it will always follow you, the smell of growth in the newly tilled dirt you have not yet begun to grow but you will eventually one day you will be more you know that now, the taste of decay and nothingness everything tastes like the hollow bones you wish you could have saved, the taste of cucumbers fresh picked they taste much better than they did before when they were rotten and old.

Enmity- the longing scent of your mother's perfume a smell you intricately learned to hate more with every whiff, the scent of old crisp dusty books poured over for hours and hours endlessly searching for the answers you will never find, the taste of liquid gritty stardust that runs through your veins you know you will never be whole you can never fulfill the destiny the stars demand it wasnot supposed to be you they scream, the taste of loss ashy on your tongue it wasnt supposed to be like this not this time next time you will get it right you have to.

19. What would they prefer to do for their birthday? Do they even celebrate it at all?

Casey- if she had a calendar in this odd place maybe, but as it is, she cannot be sure how long has passed and how long will pass enough to tell. She would attempt to bake a little cake and share it with her friends and try to let the small good things last, no matter how temporary it would be.

Curtis- for a long while he did forget that birthdays were a thing people did, then he found reason for celebration again.

Wisteria- ageing along with the years that pass is a foreign concept to the fae, but she finds the birthday rituals fascinating to want one of their own.

Enmity- not anymore now that theres no one to share it with.

28. Is there a place that reminds them of their childhood? is that good bad or bittersweet?

Casey- the grassy flower field she awoke in this realm is not her home. When she thinks of home she is flooded by happy memories now tinged in sadness, she us unsure she will eve be able to go home. It certainly is not in this place, with these magics and these creatures from fairy tales. But she cannot return home, at least not now. There is much to be done, and she has no way of knowing how to get home anyways. But she misses it with all her heart and all her soul does she wish she could leave this fantastical place and just rest. At first, she relished this new and grand and unexpected adventure into this world, but now she just wishes it had been anyone else that had been Chosen instead of her. She does not know what to do who is worth saving who is worth leaving to die she is a child left making the choices adults refused to. They call her their Chosen from the Other world. They say she was brought here because the Prophecies demanded it to be, that she is supposed to be here as their last resort. She never asked for this. All she wishes is to go back to her home off this long gone realm, to go home. This adventure is what steals what vestiges are left from her childhood.

Wisteria- they were never allowed a childhood. She had to be alone. That was just how the pixies were after all, you are born of a flower, you die of a flower, that is how it goes. You will die for this, traitor. They disagreed on that with the fae. She only wanted to get out of this endless war, not be put into another one. They only wished to leave behind that brutal past, to not relive the present.

Curtis- he sees his old family home abandoned and moss overgrown and wild on this once idyllic place (it never was, your nostalgia decives you, it was alway your own personal hell). It hurts too much to think of his childhood taken too short from him, he desperately misses his sister but doesn't believe he deserves to miss her it was all his fault after all who could ever forgive him for that.

Enmity- the now empty palace that held her less lonely childhood is something if a safe haven and a prison all in one. It's the only place she belongs, it's the only place she doesn't want to be. But she cannot leave this palace of the gone and forgotten. She must stay and complete this work, if not for herself then for the stars. All this pain, all these tears, all this suffering will be worth something in the end. It has to be. Otherwise why else would it all happen? The answers are to be found in the stars. They must be. Why would the stars lie to her?

OH BOY DO I LOVE THIS QUESTION AND DO I HAVE INDIVIDUAL PLAYLIST FOR EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER AND YES IM GOING TO ANSWER IT FOR ALL OF THEM!

If your character had to choose a new name for themself, what would they pick and why? (or, if they already did choose their own name, why did they pick the name they did?)

🥺 I am gently handing you a peach fruit cup thank you so much for the ask ah! Ok, I'm going to try to do this quick. All of their names have special meanings, either definition wise or just personally special to me. Some I picked because I wanted a good name some because I saw something and thought of it ok

Casey- my reason for her name is my little sister saw a monarch butterfly and a flower outside and called them "casey" I dont know why, then I decided that was her name. If she had to pick a new name she would choose a flower, like "daisy"

Wisteria- she is named after the plant, they didnt chose that name, that's just how it happened. If she had to change it they might change it to "leaf" or something

Curtis- the name curtis was on a key that I found, i decided that was his name from the key. Keys play some role in the story, still unsure what yet. But he also chose his name from a key he found. Thought it would be fitting.

Enmity- for a long while her name was Robin and in canon it was long ago but the name enmity is more of a title than a name and she didnt chose to have it. She never wanted to be queen.

Jenna- I got a porcelain doll from a thrift shop and looked through a kids book about shapes and found the name jenna. She didnt chose the name jenna, the witch that brought her to life (or back from the dead) did and she liked the name so much she kept it.

Dani- her name comes from the song dani california and alot of her is based on that song. In canon her name came from her waking up in a new strange world with no memory of her past and only a black bandanna with the name "dani" stitched in it. So she took that as her name.

Michael- he picked that name, it's one of many aliases he goes by none of which he is attached to.

Is there something you often daydream about?

Hmmn what a question... if this is anything then its different scenarios in gone forever that's something I'll mindlessly think about all the time. Like today I figured out some plot holes, like jenna the porcelain witches curse is that sometimes she gets controlled like a marionette and why enmity has the huge star scar on her face and her sisters body is almost entirely stars but for the side of her face that matches enmitys... having Thoughts abt stuff is fun lol
