For those of you considering it, a great first step I'd recommend is a botox lip flip and .5 filler. It's the best economical way to try it out, see if you can handle fillers. I decided to go without the lip flip till later and did .7 fillers in my lips. I had lost a bit of volume over the years and had to replace it. It was conservative, but I have M shape lips and they are the most difficult shape to get right. I will go back in 2 weeks after the swelling goes down for any touch ups.
