how would the guys react to a reader who has the most creative insults/jokes? like, they’re all talking and then reader manages to sneak in something creative that they have literally never heard in their entire lives.

Fanastic! They love watching someone else get roasted. And honestly, it's not so bad if one of them are at the receiving end too. Careful though, some of those insults might stick. You called Killer a filled urn of disappointment once and they still bring it up.

I just got Gloom & Doom and Cuphead, but I just restarted Pokemon Violet, so...

Brewing Darkness #02

Glorfindel stared out the office window, its view obstructed by the skyscrapers towering over the tiny streets far below. He blinked. The soulless glass of the other buildings held no answers for him, just the too bright gleam of the sun. The only thing they contained, hundreds of people working away at the same old job, year after year until they could finally retire, or die. No difference from one to the next. They might as well be one thing. 

He turned away from the window, back to the water cooler to refill his cup.

Back at his desk, he set the cup where it wouldn’t get knocked over—but what did it matter? The company was updating the computer system in a few days anyway. He clicked through the open windows until he was back to what he needed to work on. Keyboards clacked away in the surrounding cubicles. Phones buzzed and secretaries answered. Everyone else, hard at work.

He looked at the spreadsheet before him. 

He just needed to make it to noon. He’d leave at lunch. Go somewhere that feels less lifeless.

Probably the gym. Easier than finding someplace new.

Easier than thinking about everything.

Easier. . . 

Just easier.

:O The boys getting turned into cats for magical reasons, do they behave differently as cats or are they pretty much the same?

Horror is the cat that's always trying to convince you that you forgot to feed them. He's starving. He hasn't eaten in YEARS. (In fact, he had eaten 20 minutes ago)

Nightmare is a smol, angry, fluffy thing that wakes you up in the middle of the night by staring intensely at you.

Killer is a chaos goblin. Nothing on a flat surface is safe.

Dust is the solar-powered cat, seemingly immobile in a sunbeam during the day, mysteriously showing up around the house at night (didn't you see him in the room you JUST left? What's he doing on the couch? How did he get there?)

Error is the cat you never see. You know he's around...somewhere. But he doesn't come out unless you are very chill, very still, and the vibes are good. When he stars align, he may decide to deign you with his presence.

“I can fix him” I couldn’t fix him and I don’t want to. I think he grew prone to biting and scratching in order to get by in a harsh world, and to me his resilience is part of what makes him so beautifully himself. I could be kind to him, though. I could show him gentleness. I could, slowly but surely, in the same way one earns the trust of a skittish stray cat, convince him that my touch will never come accompanied by pain. That, around me, he can allow himself to be soft. To relax. I could be the one he associates with warmth and safety, the one he longs to be held by after a hard day. I could be his home.
