I had a delightful time with this mission because I had a better chance to run around Kohga and watch him do stuff and catch him in some silly poses without Sooga and-or 4+ Blademasters simultaneously trying to wreck my shit.

This is just the late night talking, but I miss legends!Chiss fandom. Everyone who hasn’t read stuff like the Thrawn duology or Survivor’s Quest is seriously missing out (and if you haven’t read Outbound Flight, are you REALLY engaging in the full Thrawn Experience?). Not to mention the fact that legends has some of the best Thrawn content out there.

Just an handful of quests + trespasser and I'll finally finish Inquisition after almost an year ops. Which means:
1. Origins replay - the first time I knew absolutely nothing about anything and played like a very confused chicken;
2. Bitchy DAI post/review on these screens - feel free to avoid, no hard feelings.

You know, Oscurucho calling Osito Bimbo their brother really feeds my tinfoil hat that Osito might be Bobby and ■■■■■ could be Tilín. Really working up my delusions.
And, if that's the case, what a drama royal ■■■■■ is.

my fantasy dreamworld post-ww2 non-nuclear world order where the exhausted colonial empires are forcefully dismantled and disarmed and all our problems can be solved through prolonged litigation amongst a complicated set of state federations. free trade without unequal exchange! state-oriented world order without nationalism! (clutches my John Hobson body pillow so hard the seams burst)

A PROJECT
so... I have listened to dungeons and daddies quite a few times... And I mean, quite a few times. My spotify wrapped said I listened to it for 36 thousand minutes this year... I’ve listened to it a lot. And BOY do they like to reference movies, a whole lot. And I thought to myself, if one was to sit down and watch all the movies they’ve referenced to understand them all while listening to the entire podcast, how long would it take? SO I’m going to re-listen to this podcast ONCE AGAIN and track down just how long the podcast is, how long it would take to watch all of those movies, and how long is both combined. TO KEEP MY SANITY I’m not going to watch all of those movies myself, I’m just going to look up how long they are and add it to the tally. I’m also excluding duplicates. If I added it every time they mentioned face off it’d probably double the time just by itself. This also doesn’t include just mentioning or talking about movies and such especially in intros. If they just mention the movie Gladiator that’s not a reference that’s just them saying it. I’m looking for phrases like “you know that scene in-” “it’s like in-” “And I do the thing from-”
SIDE-QUEST I re-listen to SWAP a lot and each time Will says Ron has disadvantage in like 4 different skills I wonder how and which ones and then remember some times Ron got disadvantage as a bit and everyone else probably forgot about it but Beth kept it, so I’m also gonna try and track down each time Ron gets disadvantage in a skill.

Finally completed Astarion’s quest.
It wasn’t as difficult as I expected it to be, and Cazador’s voice was kind of annoying lmao it was fun too, to try different things to get through the last fight.
But emotionally, that was a lot. I wish we could hug Astarion after. Like him crying after all that hurt but it was also cathartic. I’m probably not making any sense but I don’t want to spoil it for someone who might see this and hasn’t gotten that far yet. Anyway, I relate to Astarion (honestly tho most of the companions tbh) so it felt personal, especially when you talk to him at camp afterwards. I’ve heard those lines before from Neil in videos or YouTube from someone playing the game, but it still hit as if I hadn’t.
