  this is the epitome of power.   sid dons sheer lace,  slithering down each wrist.  sid,  taller than most of the men here in these fuckin’ boots.  sid,  managing in spite of them,  to execute the perfect time warp.  not just once.  not just twice.  oh no,  this vampire-demon-whatever queen is a professional. she’s reaching the hundred mark.  about every kid in this place has filtered in and out of her dance corner, but none so much as wednesday and pugsley addams.      kai,  always a man on the outside looking in,  and always a man--- no wings or tails or horns tonight--- leans back and observes.  unfortunately,  sid loves this man,  which means there’s no escape from her torture.  did he seriously think he’d get away without busting a groove tonight?  like a true sadist,  sid waits until the last ten minutes of this set before reeling in her hook.  while seven year olds are jumping to the left,  sid puts good use to her power.  it comes in eye-level request with the kids more family by now.  well.  request is one word.  bribe is another.     “ go on,  get old man over here,  will ya?  ---there’ll be a pack of tim-tams in it for BOTH of you ---- if you can make it happen.  “   with that deadly wink,  made all the more deadly with blood on her face and horns in her hair.

𝐆𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝟎𝟎𝟏:   Festival of Fright,  a community, family-friendly event to celebrate Halloween will be held for muses on Saturday 30/October, 6PM-Late  but for muns:   SUNDAY, 24TH of OCTOBER  to  SUNDAY 31ST of OCTOBER.    Included at the festival are:  pony rides,  a haunted-house maze (with local actors to jump-scare),  pumpkin carving contest (prize is a hamper and meat tray),  costume contest (prize is a $100 bar tab at Wolf’s Den),  a pop-up bar and food vans with spooky-themed food and cocktails.

Please tag all starters,  costumes,  and anything else regarding the event with #GOLDENEVENT.   Threads not relating to the event should be paused throughout this week,  and event-related threads should not be started after the 31st,  but can be finished off afterwards.

baited breath is what he knows.  the persistent reminder to breathe,  and that if it was so, so important,  this kid would be calling the cops and not the coworker.  that’s right.  but as he pulls into the lot,  he finds himself amidst bunting-lined parking and a nightclub pulse known to downtown saturday nights,  unknown to golden.        𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓  answers a quiet desperation,  slung across arched banner,  bold subject of discarded flyers that pathe the way to a warm glow / loud buzz.  the string lights direct him in a way billie has not;  usually a girl determined to fill the silence,  it’s been a painfully mute fifteen minutes.   it can only mean her phone is dead--- that’s the extent of his imagination.  that’s all that he will allow of it.   but dead end is found in a sea of masks and black capes.  it’s where the gps tracker has stopped---- and so the effort to keep his hands out of his hair,  tugging at the roots there, is conscious and stubborn.   ezra can’t help the spinning on his feet,  though,  nor these wide eyes.  he was never good at finding wally,  what luck’s he got spotting a girl he barely knows?

Panspermia News!

I’ve finished what I can definitively call the first session of... one of the Panspermia campaigns.

I may be overreaching a tad.

I’ll post something more detailed in a few days, but for the time being, I can give you a Name and a brief description.

Panspermia α - Lunacy Act 1: Lunacy by Lamplight

A mysterious and grisly murder in the Tapestry District of Absardra causes a stir on Goldeneves, just before the Spring Festival, but it is merely the tip of an iceberg of intrigue, madness and monsters.

Both Panspermia α and β campaigns will affect each other, but the paths of these two trios of adventurers will take them to far-flung and mysterious places in search for entirely different truths.

5. Your OC’s worst habit? If Vhurin is annoyed, or even just caught off guard, they get really bitchy and mean. Also they’re kind of bitchy and mean to begin with

8. Your OC is given a full-ride scholarship to any college they could want to go to. Where do they go and what do they major in? Vhurin would go to college to train to become a wizard, I think. Somewhere farrrr away from Goldeneve, the town where they live
