GREYHOUND CS SUCKS

Greyhound's Customer Service is AWFUL! i messaged them on the app and explained my situation and they referred me to the CS phone number, i call and get told some by the book crap instead of getting some REAL help. my situation is that im getting a surgery done and im not sure when i will be able to travel again after said surgery and they told me the best that can happen is that i PAY MORE to change the date of my ticket so i DONT LOSE IT and then PAY MORE AGAIN to change the date once more, dont they know people are NOT made of fuckin money?! this is complete BULLSHIT!

I recently tried, and was given, the #thisorthat @mentos while on the @greyhoundlines and the #massive #irony that I get this one #specifically as a #writer and #journalist who wants to #publish a few #books. I have had #thoughts about this actually. To be #honest, I would like to see my books are both books and e-books. But, if I have to #choose one based on the #mentos...I guess I would go with book since I would like to do book signing #events along with "meet and greets" with #people along with "chat and chews" with them. My momma always told me that I'm not phunny... but her, Valerie Solanas & my papí, Candy Darling will always & foreva tell everyone that I am tragimatically, horrendously & nefariously FUNNY LOOKING! !! Which had nothing to with #standup or #arcadecomedytheater I love & adore both. I also started to take one at @secondcitychitc in 2015, but got evicted because someone didn't like that I didn't like @barackobama policies. So they called the SS on me. So I hitched hiked back to #Cleveland #ohio #clevelandohio on a @greyhoundlines bus to my adopted mom. Who adopted me when I was a baby & the Kingsburys got me plastic surgery to make me look like the horrible monster I am today. So now I'm back at @secondcityhollywood in #hollywood on #hollywoodblvd to take a #standupclasses which I will complete, but transfixed in the realities of myselves in this shared samsara in a dream of a sleeping preggers cat, in a box, under a bed. It is taught by a woman, which means I'll stay. Not that I'm looking for sexual relations, it's cause I'm a misandrist & loathe men, it maybe cause i relate to #women better than #men. PSA 4 YA DAY🗣 I was always raised to treat the janitor with the same respect that you treat the CEO. While I know everyone wasn’t raised the same, I felt that most humans knew the golden rule of *TREATING OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.* This week I witnessed extreme discrimination/classism towards a veteran, named Wayne, who had a service dog from multiple workers at the LA Greyhound Bus Station. Several workers treated him with such unacceptable and unprofessional customer service EVEN THOUGH HE HAD THE SAME TICKET WE ALL DID that he was in literal tears by the time we got to our final destination. I’ve reached out to @greyhoundlines on several platforms, complaint forms, and hotlines but my complaint seems to not be of importance to them. I really could care less if someone was rude to me (cause I’m dramatic sometimes) but I will n e v e r just be a bystander to watching someone else be mistreated. If you are not using your power and privilege to stand up for others who may not be able to speak up for themselves then you’re wasting your blessings. Unfortunately, Wayne didn’t know he could speak up to his mistreatment or that that it was even an option to file a complaint so I took it upon myself to protect and make sure he was good. What’s worse is that a l l of the workers that were delivering this disgraceful service were BLACK! We already deal with so much bullshit, why would you project that onto an innocent old man that didn’t want any problems. In the mean time between time, I’m boycotting Greyhound and won’t be putting anymore money into their crappy services. If you can, tag @greyhoundlines below so they can finally get back to me and the other ladies who also came to Wayne’s rescue. If you’re still reading this: you literally never know what someone is going through. Ask someone how they’re doing today, stand up for someone who may not be able to do so for themselves.
