hello guys! First of all, I want to thank you all so very much for >1.000 followers on here! I’m so happy this many people enjoy and like my content, especially because I never meant for it to become this serious. So thank you all so so much, and have this little special as a treat!

what is it?

it’s a special occasion where I expand my usual request list. For 10 days (you see what I did there, 10 as in 1000), you have the time to not just request fics about my usual fandoms, but also about:

Well that’s a bit difficult question actually. I definitely like other books and series but for me being a fan of a series, drawing fan art of the series, and being interested in the fandom of the series has nothing to do with each other.

For example I draw a lot of Asoiaf comics but I’ve never finished the books properly, the only one I read more than once was the first one, and after the Red Wedding I skipped more chapters than I actually read. (I might not even gonna read the Winds of Winter) And I definitely didn’t watch the Tv show. Tv shows are just not really my thing, that’s why.

I love Harry Potter and I’ve read it at least ten times, probably more. And I never have any interest in the Harry Potter fandom. I didn’t even draw that much fanart. I still believe that the four Hogwarts house is the good guys, slightly less cool good guys, the bad guys and the ones nobody cares about. Sad but true ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just to be clear, when I say I’m not interested in a fandom it means exactly just that! The Harry Potter fandom are full of great people and amazing stuff, but I’ve my own interpretations and I don’t really need anything more. (I don’t even check out what is on Pottermore)

I really like Tolkien’s work, and I’m usually pretty happy to talk about it. I would consider myself a much bigger Tolkien fan than an Asoiaf fan actually. (It was a subtle reminder that you can ask me about this too, seriously I never got a single Tolkien ask)

Plans...

So, I’m going to (try) to be more active online, starting with posting more art. But since I’m amazingly scatterbrained, only time will tell how that works out XD One definite thing is that what I watch and read influences what I draw, so I’ll list off the stuff that I’m into right now, so that you can have an idea of the stuff I’ll probably be posting/drawing.

Movies: I’m currently waiting with bated breath to go see Beauty and the Beast in the theater, so Disney fanart will probably what I post up for a while- I already know that my next picture is going to be Beast, and I will hopefully have it done sometime tomorrow. I’m planning to rent Arrival (2016) in the next week or so because it looks interesting (even though I don’t like aliens at all).

TV: I’m currently working my way through Grimm with my mom (am I the only one who gets frustrated with all the German? and French? and Latin? it’s cool, but my god, it’s hard to remember what everyone/thing is) we’re basically binge watching it on amazon half a season at a time. I’m watching Teen Wolf whenever I take a break from that, mostly because I got tired of seeing it everywhere and not getting the references. I still haven’t figured out what I think of the show, but Stiles amuses me so I continue to watch it. I’m planning on catching up on what I’ve missed in Supernatural, but I want to finish Grimm first.

Books: Okay, I skip around with what I read to much for this to be reliable, but I’ve started on the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton, I’m re-reading the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling, and I have the box set of the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris (that I haven’t even opened yet but is on my ‘to read’ list so...)

Anime: I’m not actually watching any anime right now, shocking as that might be to those that know me. I want to watch Natsume Yuujinchou, but I haven’t gotten around to it so...

Manga: Let's see, I’m currently reading Skip Beat by Yoshiki Nakamura, Yona of the Dawn by Mizuho Kusanagi, and Detective Conan by Gosho Aoyama, and I just got the last of the Tsubasa series by CLAMP, so I’m going to re-read it and probably xxxHolic.

Comics: Eh, not really keeping up with any but I have been re-reading my old Red Robin.

Oh wow, looking over that list I have a... very obvious interest in supernatural stuff *is laughing* I’m not sure how that’s going to play out with my art because as a general rule I am really bad at drawing animals and creatures. Since I seem to be going that route, I’ll go ahead and toss out that my favorite animals are foxes, wolves, cats, and owls. My favorite ‘creatures’ are Kitsune (duh), werewolves, wendigo, reapers, sirens and angels. And I’ve rambled enough so I’m stopping here...
