At first, he’s like “what?!” the moment you start saying anything remotely flirty.

He’s not dense, he knows that you’re into him and he doesn’t like it at first. So, when you’re around him trying to chat, he tells you to just give up. He thinks it’s annoying. 

Nayuta’s the type to really push people away, but with persistence, he’ll open up eventually and in a silent way.

Nayuta’s very cold at first, but that’s due to what’s happened in his childhood. So slowly, he asks you questions like “What do you even like about mm?” or “Why do you even stay around me?”

Eventually as things in his life (like with his band) improves, he’ll start to appreciate that you’ve continued to be around. He’ll always wonder what the hell you even see in him.

Nayuta always gives straightforward answers, but when it comes to reciprocating your feelings, it’s hard, but it’ll start with small sentences like “I don’t hate you”.

So in conclusion, he thinks you’re annoying at first, but then eventually as things improve in his life he’ll open up to you.

He hadn’t hoped working at this inn would be all smooth sailing, but encountering that damn chatterbox of a redhead certainly didn’t form part of his plans.

The young man lets out a long exhale now.

He wants you.

You bump into his bare chest, the splashing water the only sound beneath the warm lights of the hot spring and the stars.

👑Asking you out was a simple affair. Ryo simply walked up to you and asked you out like it wasn’t that big of a deal. He’d said something along the lines of “you make me happy, and I want to make you happy too,” and promptly asked if you’d go out with him. The answer was, of course, yes.

👑When Ryo came to pick you up for said date, he’d kept you in the dark about what his plans were, but insisted that it would make you happy since it always made him feel that way, too. That left you confused, wondering what he had in mind, and what could possibly make him so happy and excited to show you.

👑To your surprise, he’d taken you somewhere away from the bustling lights of the city, and instead somewhere calmer and quiet. It was his special spot shown only to you, he claimed, far away from any light pollution or disturbances, where the stars could be viewed in their full beauty. It reminded Ryo of his home, claiming it was like he was taking you to meet his parents and get their approval.

👑Preemptively, a blanket was prepared atop a small hill. Ryo haphazardly grabbed your hand without even thinking twice and led you to the blanket, letting you go and plopping down as soon as the two of you were close enough. He’d lightly tap the small space next to you as an invitation to join him. Once you’re laid down next to him, he’s eagerly pointing up to the sky at the stars.

👑“Ah~, do you see that, (Y/N)?” he’d ask with a hand pointed toward a particularly bright star compared to the others in its constellation. “That star makes me the happiest- it brings back memories…” Excited, Ryo lowered his hand onto yours and lifted them together, his index finger directing your line of sight. “What does it make you feel? Are you… happy, when around me?”

👑He’d continue to lead your hand as he told you the name, meaning, and other history of other stars and constellations. Out of the corner of your eye, you would easily see a tranquil smile on his face, his eyes holding a twinkle that far outshone the stars he was so fixated on. No matter how long he talked for, or how little you knew of his home in space, his smile never faltered, and he never grew impatient or annoyed if you asked questions, instead turning to look at you with nothing short of pure happiness when answering them.

👑After some time, you realized how late it was getting. Neither of you wanted to cut your time together short but, given the busy and demanding schedule Nayuta gave Gyroaxia, you knew Ryo couldn’t wear himself out by staying out too late with you. He would walk home with you, the space between you two minimal, as he gently held your hand, not yet wanting to let go of you.

👑Ryo would only let go of your hand once you both had to finally part ways for good that night. Before either one of you made the first move to leave, he’d give a soft, chaste kiss to your cheek without a care in the world if it would be embarrassing for you or moving too fast because kisses were supposed to make Earthlings special, when they’re from someone special.

Being a person that love teasing and make others blush, you always found a chance to tease Nayuta whenever he's around you. His reaction is always amusing and cute to your eyes. Though sometimes he can be mean, but you know for sure that he didn't really mean it. Which make him even cuter. Since today is Sunday, which means: break day for GYROAXIA! ( According to Nayuta himself )

Decided to look through the contacts on your phone to call him, it only took around 20 secs, as he's the only one that you give a nickname to after all. ( "Nayutan😾" )

- Hey Nayutan~ You up?

Finally, something that actually peek his interest. Your small body slowly let go of him before both of you go and sit down on the sofa. In one swift movement, you take out your phone and search the pic you've just found earlier. Now then, here comes the fun part~

Instead of responding back, he just look at you, as a sign for you to continue. A half mischievous smile form on your lips, before you slowly lean closer to him and said:

- Shut up and kiss me, please!

A moment of silence and staring.

Patiently waiting for his response, you keep staring straight into his eyes with round (e/c) orbs. The silence continue until–

Realizing what he meant by that, your cheeks quickly flushed red, much to the silver head's amusement. His smirk also didn't help you either. It always make you blush almost immediately, which is why you "hate" it.

Although you didn't expect him to say yes to hanging out just the two of you. You thought he would bring some of his friends since he has many and the more the merrier. Now both of you are playing UNO against each other.

It is now your turn. Preparing to pull the +4 black card, you try to find any expression other than utter confusion on Kanata's face. You chuckled, he looked cute like that. And by the looks of it, looks like you're going to win this round.

The game goes and you're at your last two. Pulling out one of your last two of the card slowly for the dramatic effect, "Ready to lose, Kana-chan?"

"Not fair! We're just getting started, y'know?"

Slamming the card onto the table, you proudly yell, "UNO! I CHOOSE BLUE!" Now all you need to do is pray he doesn't have any good cards to separate you from victory. Can't wait to tell him what his punishment is going to be.

But Goddess of Victory doesn't feel like granting your wish.

Because Kanata pulled 4 of his 2+ card in all 4 colors.

"UNO GAME! Yayy! Kana-chan wins!" Kanata cheered in victory. "Now for loser's punishment... Hmm..." He seemed to be in deep thought.

"I thought i was going to win," you sighed. "Please don't make me do anything weird."

"What about..." he began to grinned. "...finding out how far you can go without laughing when i tickle you, eh?"

And at that exact moment, you regret playing UNO with him.

"KANATA PLEASE ANYTHING BUT THAT– AHAHAH-" His fingers barely poked your sides but you're already full of laughter. How did he know that's your weakest spot?

"Eh?? You don't last long, do you y/n-chan?" He giggled. As if you're not being tormented by his way of torture. "Hehe... I love seeing you laugh." It would've sounded better if you're not in this situation you're currently in.

Finally, with scraps of stamina you have, you tightly grip both of his wrists, putting a stop to this torment.

"Kanata..." you muttered, dripping with malicious intent, gazing at your boyfriend with dangerous gleam in your eyes. "Did you realize that you have signed your own death contract just now?"

You chose his open spot to harass, tickling his stomach and his sides with no mercy. He fell on the ground the second your hands are on him, roar with laughter. "Now look who's more ticklish, huh?!! You should find lesser opponent if you want to tickle someone!"

"Ok I'm sorr– Ahaha– Please stop, y/n." he whimpered while somehow still sounding giggly. Oh now he's rolling on the floor?

Silence fell in, only sound of both of you panting after laughing too much. Kanata signed and mumbled to himself, "well... this takes me back"

"Hm? Did you say something?" You asked.

"Nope! Nothing. Wanna play another round?"

"He's so dumb, he never fails to amuse me since we were little." You laughed so hard you had tears in your eyes. "I can't believe this movie came out years ago. Right, Kohei?"

"I remember the first time we watched it back then. You couldn't stop laughing and you'd bring it up again at school the next day." He chuckled remembering those times and how you always had that innocently adorable face, even until now, everytime you talked about something you like.

Kohei and you have been friends for as long as you can remember. You're also friends with the rest of his childhood best friends. But by the final year of high-school, when he started to join a band and being separated from you. He realized his feelings for you and asked you to go out with him. To be honest it was a bit scary for him because you'll either say yes and be a couple or reject him and lose you forever. He didn't like the idea of losing you like that.

But you said yes.

Unfortunately, you had to continue your study in Nagasaki while Kohei and his band moved to Kichioji to participate in LRF. You'd be lying if long distance relationship isn't hard, especially when both of you never not see each other that long. So you and him made a promise to spend long holidays together if there's a chance.

The movie shows a scene where the main character's best friend is tickling the main character because he forgot to invite his friend to get drunk together. That kind of reminded you of something...

"Kohei," you called to him, "are you still... you know..."

"Still what?" He asked while munching popcorn. Eyes focused on the movie.

"Are you still ticklish like when we were little?" Damned the movie. Your hands creep to his upper sides, to where his weakest spots were.

To no surprise, he's still weak.

"HAHAHA- s-stop it tickles." The people downstairs probably heard Kohei laugh but you didn't care as you continue to harass him until he's lying on the floor.

"Fufu~" your fingers lightly touch his sides, not wanting to be away from him. "Haven't changed, i see," you mumbled in amusement.

But that amusement did not last long.

Kohei being his strongest guy you know, he pinned you to the floor, his hand holding your knee, your leg on his shoulder. "You think I forgot your weakest spots, y/n?" He wickedly smile as his thumb feathered the back of your knee.

Having to bear your fangs at Nayuta was a scary experience itself but you finally managed to have Reon all to yourself for a whole week. Away from that dictator.

"Reon~" you whispered to his ear, "if you don't wake up now, I'm taking your sunglasses for myself." You've been eyeing that sunglasses since he bought it from Tokyo. He won't let you have it because it was a limited edition from his favorite fashion brand and it costed him half a month of his allowance.

"Don't you dare."

"Mm? Too late." Taking the sunglasses from his head and wear it. "It looks better on me anyway~"

"Oi! Stop stealing my things! He ordered. "You don't even giving the old one back."

"Which one? I took the Dior one and... uh I forgot the brand."

"YOU TOOK MORE?!"

"Absolutely correct, babe." You took a sip from your drink. "Once again, they look even better on me." You winked at him.

"More of the reason why I won't let you take any more of my things," he stated. "Now be a good girlfriend and hand it back to me."

"Nope." Putting the empty glass on the table. "Gotta catch me of you want this back. But i suggest you stay here instead since you're so tired~" you teased him as you started running away towards the beach house to change outfit. Let's hope you won't be late to the live performance.

"I swear if it touched even a single sand- y/n, wait!"

(at the beach house)

"Why- Why do you run so fast.." he trailed off.

"Oh, finally you're here. Should I wear this one or this one?" you showed him two different outfit as if he didn't just walked/ran after you.

He sighed. "The left one."

"I knew it. Thanks babe!" As you were about to enter the bathroom to change, he grabbed your waist. "Why are you ignoring me?"

"Me?" You looked at him innocently. "Well then you want to watch me change here?"

His face redden. "N-No that's now what I was- Just tell me where you hide my sunglasses?"

"Hmm, maybe you should search my entire body for that hehe~" Did you just make that up or are you actually drunk?

Reon went silent. "Maybe I'll just have to force the answer out of you. How about that?"

He's tickling you starting from your exposed sides. You burst out laughing, trying to get out of his hold around your waist with no result.

"If you give it back I might stop tickling you," he stated.

"Th-That's cheating, Reon..." But surrendering was never an option. "Not unless you're too busy laughing!!"

You caught his wrists in your grip while your other hand take the advantage to repay his action. Looking down at him as he's trashing and laughing beneath you. Turns out he's worse at handling it more than you, huh..

"If you hurry and chance, AND let me have your sunglasses for a whole day I might stop tickling you." You mimicked his earlier statement. "Aren't I merciful?"

"Fine... Can you please stop now?" he whined.

"Hehe sorry~" You said without an ounce of sorry in your words. "I've bought you this outfit so we can match. Will you consider this an apology token?"

"More like a trade," he grumbled. "But thanks, babe. You've got good eyes."

"Awee, I love you too." You leaned in to kiss his cheek. "Hurry up and change before we're late. I want to watch them from the front."

"I didn't even ask for your permission," you said from the phone. "I even bought you coffee."

"I never ask for a damn coffee." Nayuta pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Well, Kenta-san always makes you coffee and you never say no. I'm your girlfriend so i want to treat you too, you know? I even bothered to asked him where you usually get your coffee too."

"Since when did you go all buddy-buddy with Satozuka-"

"And I'm sure Nyankotaro miss me."

"Listen to me when I'm talki-"

"I'm at your front door."

He opened the front door while both of you are still on the line. You just stood there with a small bag and a tray of coffees in your other hand.

You handed the coffee to Nayuta, "Here."

Nyankotaro came up from behind him, meowing towards you as if she's sensing your presence. Or more like the cat food you bringing with you. Circling around you with her tail brushing against your legs.

"Someone clearly knows how to treat their guest," you said. "Aren't you the best girl, Nyankotaro?" She purred in response.

"Damn you," he grumbled. "If you disturb me I'm kicking you out."

Making yourself comfortable at Nayuta's apartment was never an issue. Especially when the actual ruler of the place accept your presence in exchange for cat food and new toys. The rest of GYROAXIA would be welcoming too if they found you chilling at Nayuta's place. Sometimes Miyuki would be too welcoming but once you hit him with 'hi bro' he immediately stopped.

Opening the canned food and offering it to the feline. "Here you go~ Good girl~" You watched her eat on your lap as you pet her like she's your own. Maybe you should steal her. What if she's not loved enough by Nayuta?

Nyankotarou is usually a calm cat. Prefers to be left alone to do whatever she pleases. But right now it seems like she'd rather have company. Brushing her soft fur gently with your fingers, she sits on your lap and you started rubbing her neck, the cat's nonstop purring filled your ears with joy but... Won't that be ticklish? Can cats feel ticklish?

You couldn’t help but smile yet also mad because he didn't do it in front of you to show his appreciation.

Now back to business. Your aim was the back of his neck to see whether he's ticklish there or not. As you got close to his exposed neck, you swallowed all your fears and launch your attack.

His reflex to that was...

He almost jumped from his seat.

Similar to cats when they're shocked and angry and their fur standing out in order to intimidate the offender. Defense: up.

Nayuta couldn't care less about any opening acts but yours fired up the audiences. Nayuta denied it but your powerful voice reached him too unlike any other

At the end of your band's performance, you finally got the chance to met him. You told him that you don't intend to share the throne with anyone. A war declare against GYROAXIA. The rest of the band member thought that Nayuta won't pay attention to it but surprisingly he accepted the challenge. He'll crush you easily no matter how skilled you are

Months after that encounter, your band managed to participate in the LRF. Nayuta were informed you were participating. He wouldn't lie, he's impressed you climbed the ladder that fast. He probably should be more careful with you but the closer you are to his level, the harder the fall for you when he wins

Your new life being in the same campus as Nayuta were filled with giving each other nasty look and throwing a sickly sweet smile at him while he sneered at you

The rumors going around campus about your rising band couldn't help but ignite the fire in Nayuta to put you in place

The day before LRF, the vocalists and leaders were assembled by the media to interview them about the goal they hope to reach in this fes.

"Ms y/n, the vocalist of the recent hotshot band who's currently rising to the top this past year. Tell us, what's the goal for your first participation in the fes?" The interviewer asked.

"We'll get the top place," you said with a cunning smile, "and my target is Nayuta from GYROAXIA."

Your statement in that interview left quite an impression. War between the two fandoms on the internet were inevitable and it lasted for quite some time. Kenta had to ask you to meet with him and Nayuta to resolve the issue at hand but Nayuta ended up going alone. It's him that were being dragged into this and he'd like to talk without Kenta translating everything he said.

"Nayuta Asahi- the tyrant who led GYROAXIA to the place they are right now- finally give his attention to me. What an honor~" you said sarcastically.

"Tch you bark too much." He sneered. "Don't think I'd go easy on you."

"Go easy? On me? I'd personally punch you if you do that," you said. "Rather than punching you, I'd rather see the expression you make when you realize your talent couldn't level with mine."

"I'll crush you," he promised, "and you won't even realized it's coming."
