RIGHTTT i’m going to make a post in a second for @/sharkissm about what i would’ve done with yukimiya and kunigami because at the moment they feel like wasted potential…the problem with kunigami now is that everything about wildcard doesn’t feel as pressing!! his return wasn’t treated as anything crazy by the characters (like literally all of them lowkey got over it in a couple panels) so the readers don’t really feel it either and any reveals at this point won’t have the same impact that they COULD’VE if he was built up more or if it was done earlier

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT Actually I'm going to share my fresh, sleep-deprived thoughts that I wrote yesterday- or more like, this morning gfhhgf bear with me cause I was loosing it :>

As a heads up as to why the formating is all weird, this was sent to a friendo who worked on PL :3 Did a list of things that stuck to me in those 4-5 first hours right before falling asleep! The start : I LOVED the glitchy holocall with songbird, it set the tone immediately

God walking up to the gate and seeing all those cars and npcs waiting to enter- THE BIT with the cops who cant go in ?? omg loved it, again its such a tiny thing that set the tone right up

Songbird introduction oh my goddddddd…. HGJG I love HER SHE'S SO COOL… When she was like "were going to crash so I woobled into your relic" I was???? Ok so How and What and What and What UH… Also I can see why people won't like her, already just cause she mute Johnny and isnt a Samurai fan fhdjbqg BUT I PERSONALLY REALLY LIKE IT

Dogtown itself???? Holyshit. Like, I remember dev saying that Night City itself was a character, the main character even, and they nailed it hardcore with Dogtown too- all of the civilians are fucking so memorable too??? how good the random crowd npcs look as well!! Its a glowup from vanilla and it shows (special kudos to the netrunner kid vendor, and the flame thrower elbow guy and his little dance ghdjs)

The crash : God. Even tho I knew what was going to happen, the amount of chills I had during that scene!! It reminded me of one of my favorite DLC from Mass Effect 3, Citadel, there is a scene where Shepard eat shit and fall through a big aquarium / building and is truly alone, hurt and all- gave me the same vibes of "the world is too big, too Much and I'm just one Guy" ??? It got me so hookt, god. ALSO THE TITLE POPING??? UUUGGGHHH. GOD.

Rush to the crash, the sneaking to the ship and getting Myers got me Alert and excited

Escorting Myers feels nice cause she's not useless, she knows how to handle herself (DUH!) but I mean her A.I as a NPC, I like that she also sneak attack on ennemies when you do, like Jackie did

Part I had struggle with was the Driving Myers to the Garage bits, was getting frustrated- I love driving in FPP but with this car, in those streets and in this stressful situation YUOOOCK it wasnt IT FHFJJG switched to TPP and managed after a few tries UwU

OK GOD. The museum- amazing visuals and lore crumbs ofc BUT THE CHIMERA???? HELLO???????? THEY FUCKING POPPED OFF. I havent felt this stressed on a boss battle in FOREVER! Funny enough it reminded me of my first time against Nefarious from Ratchet and clank 3, and its positive HKGJ I was a wee kid back then and its my favorite game from the ratchet serie (which is my favorite console serie tbh) and it made me so nostalgic of that time??? REALLY Comf, really challenging, I shat myself.

District itself is FUCKING INSANE. Of course, it looks amazing, the sound design, the VIBES- I thought everything was already done in night city, how much different nuance of CyberPunk can you do when you already have such a big city with such different districts?? but dogtown is so different and yet fit perfectly

I LOVE. THE. NOMAD DIALOGUE OPTIONS… One of my big "fear" was being left out of the fun cause yeah Nomads really just have the badlands kinda hfjdjg but!!! I already been fed from the few choices I had, especially the one when cutting out the tracker from Myers neck, mentioning the uhh ritual thing, I was !!!!!!! AAAAAH FOOD FOR THOUGHTS AND ROTS I LOVE IT

Here’s these two AU refs I finished a few days ago.. I’ve been meaning to post them, but kept forgetting to! Please do not comment on the belts I know they look like shit, I was in a rush to finish these. 💀

These designs are for that Killing Game roleplay I’ve mentioned here a couple times. Both of them had survived alongside four other contestants, and were free to go once all was said and done. Mango left with the love of his life (that “Cheese” guy I mentioned), whilst Arsenic left .. without his daughter, Viktoriya, since the guys running the whole thing are a cult who abducted her to brainwash. But that doesn’t go without saying these survivors would all return five years later to do what they can to end the cult..and they won’t be doing it without a little bit of bloodshed. And so! that’s where these older designs come in.

What’s funny is the fact that one got a total glowup and is absolutely living the life with his little farming business combined with his husband’s business and just having each other’s backs, whilst the other just became (reasonably) so anxious and depressed over what may happen to his kid to the point where he could barely take care of himself ,, hence why he one day went and chopped his hair, and why it’s already turning silver. I think silver hair looks good on him tbh, but anyway fun times.

(he got to reunite with her though dw, it was really bittersweet I should draw it when I have motive to)

That is not the end however! The story is still going on, and as a result I..also made a ref for Radiant to slap into the next KG roleplay. 👀 I’m so excited to post it because I’m really proud of it and I’m having a lot of fun with this egehehehe

i don't understand why t100 s5 is so unpopular in fandom because imo it was easily the best written season of the entire series??? i mean

everyone's six year glowup was fantastic. all the characters looked really attractive. clarke, kabby (their whole aging gray hair thing was hot even if they became totally unbearable hypocrites), octavia, diyoza and mccreary, spacekru... also BELLAMY'S BEARD???? hello that was awesome he truly leaned into his Cheer Dad personality

becho was one of the sweetest and healthiest relationships. lack of flashback/spacekru centric ep aside (my only complaint about s5 tbh), they got through their past differences together, in an environment where they weren't in any significant danger or participated in opposite sides of a war (which lbr was the only reason their dynamic was "unhealthy" in the first place), and they were able to prioritize their mental health and become real friends who shared things about themselves

bloodreina and diyoza were the best villains ever??? their ice cold bad bitches personalities were so fascinating to watch onscreen. i get that octavia is unpopular because of her treatment of bell in s5 but as a character she totally POPPED (also wonkru's whole blood cult thing and eligius being full of sociopathic war criminals was great entertainment material, and part of what made my s5 watching experience so enjoyable)

spacekru slowly becoming fond of each other and transitioning into a found family over their six years together offscreen was amazing. their affection and loyalty towards each other was so heartwarming, they never cared about the war, or eligius vs octavia, only being reunited and spending time in each other's company. plus the group's banter/chemistry, the memori breakup + resulting angst/raven & emori friendship, bellamy being murphy's Big Brother/bullying murphy into recognizing his self worth/respecting and valuing murphy's input to the discussion (just murphamy's developed friendship in general), marper being involved in the memori breakup because they care about their friends' happiness, the echo/monty hug and echo/murphy friendship, emori comforting echo, bellamy refusing to leave raven behind, were also total highlights of the season

k*bby betraying octavia immediately when given the chance and leaving her to deal with the consequences of the cannibalistic blood cult, abby torturing raven (a girl she dared to call "daughter) for the sake of an addiction she couldn't control....... they finally revealed their true colors and it was glorious (and kinda sad because i could not stand them as characters anymore, although at least they remained consistent in their hypocrisy)

cl*rke torturing her own friends to "protect" the daughter she placed a shock collar on (and being called out by the narrative for it/not being handed blanket forgiveness) was absolutely amazing

mccreary and abby/diyoza (even kane) had ridiculous amounts of sexual tension, it was absurdly hot

i love vincent, that cannibalist freak. he's like a feral rabid pet and it was adorable (also he put kane's life in danger which was hilarious, in the sense that it served as abby's punishment)

the aesthetic appeal of wonkru and their hunger games style feeding ritual, octavia's tyranny, it was positively fucked up :D i also loved echo's arc as a "spy," subverting her inital role in the series (something that brought her so much vitriol from fandom) and using it for a positive purpose

it was horrifying and gruesome and violent which automatically gives it five stars in my book 😌

Can you write one where y/n is family friends with the hollands but they haven't seen eachother in a while. Y/n was really nerdy and awkward when they were younger. She comes to visit them and she has gone through a complete glowup since the last time. Harry, Tom, and Sam have fallen in love with her and they begin to battle for her attention. Which results in a huge fight between the brothers where they admit to her that they all have a crush on her. Also Paddy is the only sane one.

“Boys come down!” Nikki hollered from down stairs as the Holland sons came down one by one. 

“Whatever it is I didn’t do it.” Harry raised his hands in defence. 

“No, no one has done anything yet,” she squinted at them, “and the reason I called you down is to let you know that we’re having visitors this afternoon and I expect you to be on your best behaviour.” She warned them. 

“Is it someone we know?” The eldest Holland asked, taking a seat near the kitchen island. 

“Actually you do, it's the Y/l/n’s.” 

“Wait like Y/n Y/l/n?” Sam quipped as Nikki nodded, “Wow, I haven’t seen her for ages!” 

“Yeah I remember her now!” Harry cut in, “the nerd with the glasses right?” He said, taking a bite of an apple from the fruit bowl. 

“Yeah, well she’s back in town and I asked her to join us for lunch.” She shrugged and that’s when a knock drew their attention, “that must be her.” She grinned, walking over and welcoming you with open arms. The minute you walked in the kitchen all the three brothers’ jaws dropped; they were absolutely stunned by your beauty, they even thought their eyes were deceiving them and the cold silence made the blood rush to your cheeks. Paddy walked in completely unaware of the situation at hand, “You three monkeys are drooling, what is wrong with you?” He asked which made them snap out of their trance and quickly fix themselves. “Hi I’m Tom.” He said holding his hand in front of you. 

“Hi,” you smiled, “how could I forget you guys!” 

“Hey Y/n!” Harry cut you off, embracing you in a hug and then came Sam, after exchanging pleasantries you found yourself sitting on their couch with a cup of tea, swapping stories of how you’ve been. Suddenly you felt like you were being stared at, glancing at the kitchen you saw the three Holland brothers looking at you and then immediately looking away when they saw you looking at them. Tom and Sam rushed in the kitchen to save themselves from embarrassment whereas Harry found the ceiling quite interesting. 

Meanwhile in the kitchen... 

“Guys, I have something to tell you!” Harry whisper-yelled. 

“I do too!” Sam and Tom said in unison, which made them look at each other in confusion. 

“I’ll go first!” The trio said in unison, “I really like Y/n.” The minute these words slipped out of their mouth, their eyes widened and Paddy walked past them whispering, “Idiots.” 

“First one out gets to go out with her!” Harry announced before running away from his brothers and into the living room, Tom and Sam following suit. As you were conversing with the mother of those divs, Harry jogged in and plopped himself beside you. “Hey, Yn, I know it's been some time and uh, I was wondering if maybe you’d like to go out with me?” He asked and before you could even open your mouth, Tom and Sam ran into the room and cut you off, “Hey no fair!” Tom whined. 

“Yeah you can’t just say things like that and then run off!” Sam objected. While the three boys kept arguing while Nikki sat there trying not to tell off her sons in front of you meanwhile Paddy stood behind you and said, “Oy vey.” And rolled his eyes. 

“Everyone just shut up!” Nikki yelled, making everyone flinch at her sudden rage, even poor Tessa under a chair. “I have had enough of this! Do you have any idea how embarrassing it is? All of you apologize right now!” The boys hung their head low and whispered their apologies as Paddy stifled his laughs. “It’s alright,” you said, “it was a good effort but I already have a boyfriend.” You announced, giving a sad smile; Tom, Harry and Sam let out soft ‘ohs’ while Paddy bursted out laughing. 

After everything settled down, lunch was quieter than expected; Nikki glaring at her sons and their heads hung low in embarrassment. As soon as you finished and thanked her for the delicious meal, you let her know that your boyfriend was picking you up. Minutes go by and once again a knock caught everyone’s attention.

“I’ll get it!” Tom announced, he wanted to know who was the guy that took you from him, opening the door it revealed to be his best friend. “Harrison what are you doing here?” He laughed, as he was about to answer you walked up and pecked his lips, “Hey.” He smiled as Tom’s, Harry’s and Sam’s blood began to boil. 

“Harrison you son of a bi-” Tom began before chasing him into the yard and leaving you sacred as Paddy stood beside you and said, “I told you they’re idiots.” He laughed. The scene of your childhood friends chasing your boyfriend really ticked off Nikki, and let's just say that the boys were grounded for most of their lives.

Tomas was very whiny. I can understand how you could like him and why you’d want him and Violetta to be endgame, but tbh he was just. Always whiny and blamed everyone else. I lost all respect for him as an 11yo when I first watched the episode where he was like ”The kiss you gave Leon was my kiss. I can’t get over it”

Lara was NICE. She was SUPPORTIVE and WANTED THE BEST for Leon. She didn’t even dislike Violetta. Sure, she could make some comments towards her, but nothing was mean spirited. I don’t know why she just disappeard

Same for Braco, Napo and Luca. I absolutely support Tomas going back to Spain (lol) but the rest?? Where are you, come back!

I think Jade and Matias were just uneccessary after the first season. I feel like they were only there for comic relief, but tbh they just take up scenes I feel like other characters can get. Like BRACO AND NAPO AND LUCA.

It would have been pretty fun in my opinion if Esmeralda were out for stealing German’s money herself, without having Jade and Matias there. Like, her seeming like the perfect woman, and then as we go by, we realise something is not right, and we find out before the wedding exactly what has happened

I don’t mind the english dub, but it fucking sucks in season 1, sorry not sorry, and I think that is a reason Violetta never got as popular in english speaking countries. Plus, Violetta’s english singing voice is weird in season 1. But in season 2 her english singing voice got a complete GLOWUP, so I like that. But also, the english dub sometimes don’t translate correctly. They changed funny lines as ”Oh, a mexican” and ”What is up with this girl and astronomy?” to ”Oh, they’re arguing!” and ”I wish I learned astronomy in kindergarden”. Why??

I understand that, in season 2 when the characters were gonna sing in another language, the english dub had to come up with a new language. The only problem is that I personally don’t understand french at all and I didn’t know Camila was pronouncing everything wrong. I sort of wish the swedish dub (that I grew up with) had the original spanish songs, because we got the english dubbed songs, and swedish kids know english better than french, so I think we would understand if Camila pronounced english wrong

I did not care for Clement and Gery at all and I sometimes forget they exist

The end of ep75 of s2 always makes me emotional. Just... Violetta crying on stage, not being able to sing, LEON SAVES HER. Leonetta may not be the most stable couple but THAT IS LOVE

And also ep76-80 in season 2, where everyone is so bummed out and sad. I feel for them and I get so happy every time when they DO finish the song, Vilu DOES get her father back, everything is GOOD again.

The Roxy and Fausta storyline was always weird to me, it felt a bit ooc. But it was at the same time kind of funny. I think what I would do if I rewrote it is to still make them dress up as them, but not to spy on Leon. They... just dress up for another reason. Maybe to sneak into the kareoke bar because they weren’t allowed there anymore or something

Honestly season 3 is just in general a little off to me. Nothing is really the same. Maybe it’s this... less colorful filter it has on it? Idk it feels like s3 has this lighter shade on it. Maybe to reflect that the characters are older now. Or smth

I also feel like some characters in season 3 just changed personality. Violetta is much more stubborn and short tempered than before. They try really hard to show that DIEGO HAS CHANGED, HE IS NICE NOW. Which, yeah, I get it, but it’s just a little funny seeing him be a manipulative stalker and now he’s sweet Diego on guitar

I tbh never cared about Francesca’s love life. Everyone was like ”OMG DIECESCA IS MY OTP” and I’ve been like ”??? Fran hated him last season what?”. I’m not hating on Diecesca, they are a lovely couple, but I just never really... cared? I didn’t care about Marco much either. They were sweet? Then he couldn’t stop sending flowers and I’m like ”dude calm down”. And Fran’s relationship with Tomas wasn’t very good. The only relationships with Fran I cared about was her friendships and her relationship with her brother

Priscila is SUCH a psychopath and the second she showed her true sides I wanted to hug Ludmila. Please I hope Ludmila seeks therapy. Poor girl.

Season 3 felt like a fanfiction but the biggest fanfiction in this universe is Tini the movie. We don’t talk about that. What WAS that. I’m so confused. If they wanted to make a Violetta movie they could make a ”reunion” movie or smth, not WHATEVER THAT WAS. Though the visuals and angles are pretty nice.

Llamame with the cowboy hats are the funniest thing I have seen in my life and it felt so off from all the other songs, but ESPECIALLY the version with cowboy hats really gets me cackling

They wasted potential to have LGBTQ+ characters. I get it, it’s Disney, it’s a kids show, it was made in 2012. But I still just feel like... the POTENTIAL. There’s so many characters that gives off queer vibes and I- I don’t know. I feel like the majority is bisexual and then some of them are fully gay/lesbian and the rest are either straight or homophobic

I have since the ripe old age of 11 been a Leonetta shipper, and I still have a very soft spot for them. But recently I have been like ”Francesca and Violetta? Would make a good pair. Germán would approve, Francesca’s not a boy”.

I’m glad Maxi and Cami didn’t end up together, but I also wish they explored that storyline a bit more. Because they kind of just ended it, but then it was still a thing with Marco being mad at Francesca after she didn’t want to tell him Camila kissed Maxi, but then they just... dropped it. Never discussed it ever again. I feel like it just ended on a weird note.

Maxi and Naty are super cute, I love every time Maxi has to turn his cap backwards to kiss her. But Naty also gives off huge lesbian vibes, so now i’m conflicted

I think Gery’s half shaved eyebrow is ugly and now you know

Leon is very chaotic and I think we don’t appreciate him for that. Like, searching his girlfriend up on his motorcross to tell her ”let’s skip school and go and almost kiss at a secret spot in a public park”, calls girlfriend’s overprotective father ”future father in law” before running away, that whole ”LoVe Is LIKe a tHuNDEr” scene-

Diego had more chemisty with Leon than with anyone else in s2

I don’t remember Milton at all and I forgot he was a teacher. What did he do? Like... he yelled at students and that’s all I recall. Then he disappeared? What???
