I really like The Owl House, i really do But the fandom from that show has done such an irreparable damage to media criticism that if a show doesn’t have ¨dark lore¨ or is written in different way, like being more comedy focused, for example, people would label that said show as bad because ¨it isn’t like The Owl House¨. Not every show needs to do the exact thing, some shows can be episodic comedy or more lighthearted and work just fine. They don’t need to have a dark isekai fantasy storyline to be good. They can do their own thing.

Not gonna lie. Completely disappointed that they used my favorite DTVA couples to promote Hailey's On It!

The show isn't terrible. I just don't like it.

Starco and Lumity have YouTube views in the Millions+ count. Scott and Hailey are lucky to hit 100k on a good day. It's almost as if they know that Hailey's On It! isn't as popular and wanted to get the rub from starco and lumity.

I still haven't seen the full special yet, but so far I feel let down.

But hey, at least there's this friend group I wouldn't mind watching more of.
