It's both fascinating and very telling how people's go to for a character being a secret softie is that they listen to Taylor Swift. This works fine sometimes, but then people try to apply it to characters like Hobie Brown or apparently (heard second hand) the new race-bent Annabeth Chase, and it becomes obvious once more that many of you still perceive whiteness as the center of everyones universe.

i love how the entire town protected rory from jess like he was a some mythical creature with magic powers that tricked girls like rory to fall in love with him and then completely ruined their life.
