Recently started painting minis and it's been so fun. I don't play DND but creating little dioramas with back stories has been fun.

Just finished this Hareman who's job is to Shepard small Myconids in the underdark. I figured he wears brightly polished armour to stand out against the landscape for his flock.

I don't know much about Myconids but I am guessing their eyesight might be a bit bad (could be wrong but in this case let's pretend lol)

i wanted to include these in the art post i had planned to properly introduce the whole line but ummmm ^_^ dont worry about it

Do you think Albert is interested in astronomy? I wonder if he wanted to use his Super-High-Voltage Instantaneous Kinesis Machine to explore the stars...

I think Albert shines as brightly as the sun to Barok, though :).

[AU] Cult Of The Utah Hareman

A design/half body piece for @beammetothemoon were-hare druid man and I had an excellent time with the fire.

Given the setting I decided to go for a uhh kind of scorch the earth so it may grow anew type of druid vibe for this piece.

'The Hareman'

Eyewitnesses describe a 6ft tall bipedal rabbit-like creature with a missing left arm and razor sharp claws. One of it’s defining traits is it’s strong stench of rotten flesh and decay.

We have no pets at the moment (husband is asthmatic and violently allergic to most) but we have wild rabbits in the yard and figured out where the entrance to their den is (under the woodpile next to our shed). So I texted my bunny-loving daughter and told her I figured out what to call their home. She said, hit me, so I responded with: "You've heard of Habitat for Humanity, get ready for Rabbitat for Haremanity" and she gave me the "laughing so hard you're crying" emoji in response so I feel vindicated in my bad punnery. (Or is that bunnery?)

    “Your wish is my command, Grand General.”

    Jhin reached for her head. His fingers wound this way and that about her hair, crusted with drying blood and wet with sweat and grime. Claws fully tangled, he ripped his arm back and pealed the skin.

    Oh. Now that was a yell.

    Crouched, the Demon chuffed to himself and pulled further. Her hair was wound completely around him now, less hair and more a black-colored clot. His magic was slow on the living. It would be some time before the pain peaked.

    That said nothing of the noise she was making now, of course.

    “Please! Stop!”

    He had heard those two words too much for it to be anything to Jhin but white noise. Buzz buzz, little canvas. Say something that caught his interest.

    “It hurts! I’ll tell you whatever you want!”

    He blinked. His arm released her and he took around her. “I suggest you speak quickly,” was his only offer.

    “We got-- we got-- we got the armory from,” she started, gasping and wheezing, “Lieutenant Hareman.”

    Oooh. That was scandalous. Jhin chuckled and glanced up to Riven. “Hareman, Hareman,” he mused. “I told you to watch for Hareman, didn’t I?”

    He took no solace from the inscrutable look on her face. He bent his head back to the canvas. “Thank you for being so prompt.”

    He reached into his obi and slid out a blade.

    “Now I take my pleasure from this.”

    The yelling broke to screaming, then screaming into silence. He was smiling.

For Day 4: Vampire/Flowers, I drew Haremane (?) giving flowers to Nyanzieks!

@nicandragon's mascot design of Albert lives in my brain rent-free (just like how Albert lives in the Van Zieks estate, probably). I cry he's SO FLUFFY!!! OHHHHHHHHHAUWRhiauseghps... anyway....

Sorry I have no more writing energy, but enjoy some sweet scribbles :)! I think Albert wants Barok to have light in his life, so he mostly gives sunflowers... They clash with Barok's aesthetic, but he doesn't mind because they remind him of Albert. I do think there's always a single rose, though.
