charlie's from the 60s he was an actor that played GL in a tv show but shit happened and hal gave him someone's ring and then the guardians gave him his own ring and sent him off to some random sector, and then he was kicking around in that random sector like UGH i HATE IT HERE everything is WEIRD and GROSS and then he saves an alien baby and realizes that life is universal and beautiful and maybe everything will be okay. Unironically the Spirits n Such Consulting website is so cute. Reigen probably sat at his computer for hours figuring out html and navigating neocities for all of the graphics. His photo on the website alone shows how dedicated he was to this stupid project.
