I headcanon that Hobie just turns into an absolute sweetheart when he’s with Mayday. Like yeah he shows affection to other people but when he’s with Mayday it’s a whole other level. That's her abdomen lol. She's very thicc so she's probably gravid. She's either a shamrock orbweaver or a marbled orbweaver. They're in the same genus (Araneus) and they both have so much variation between individuals that I sometimes struggle to tell them apart.

Summarizing the best i can, they were a loveless couple, he didnt want to marry baochai but his family just went umm yes You Will. to try easy the situation out cuz horrors been happening and a marriage would've been a "happy celebration". "A nice little date, hmm? Is that why we're late for work today?" he asked, blowing his cigarette over the spider.

"Mmm, a really nice date... we stayed up nearly all night, that's why I'm late for work" he replied, yawning again before pausing and opening his eyes, bolting upright. "Fuck! I'm late for oof-".

"Yes... you are" purred Valentino, pinning Angel to the bed by his throat. "Very late indeed".

It’s my belief that Shamura would have liked Nanrinder’s weird lamb-cat children the most. Like, they saw this coming. Might as well get accepting to the idea. and like relaxing on a saturday afternoon at home just in bed together under a giant poofy blanket- some absurdly long tv show on but you’re not paying attention because his head is in your lap and you’re brushing his littol hairs around through your fingers and admiring his face and reactions to the show you’ve both decided to put on and you both end up falling asleep bc it’s so warm and cozy and homey and safe and and and-

but omg shopping with samu! he just holds all your bags looped on his beefy arms and he spoils you so so much. anything you like no matter how expensive it is he buys it for you. you open your mouth to complain and he just shrugs you off and goes, “lemme sugar daddy ya.” 

and PLEASE BRA SHOPPING WITH SAMU ,,, he just cups the bras and goes, “yeah this one’s definitely your size.” oh my god. picks out the skimpiest lingerie like there’s one where’s there’s a hook at the crotch and he buys it for you. you ask ??????/ why????? and he goes “easy access,” with a shrug. 

also can you imagine going to the beach with him :( he’s the perfect balance of fun in the water and relaxing by the shore. he loves to just throw you over his shoulder just cause he can and slamming you into the water. but also he lets you wrestle him until his head is shoved under the water because victory looks so cute on you. or just the way he wraps his arms around your waist beneath the water and your arms are looped around his neck lazily and you’re just chatting and talking and it’s just. so much fun. and reading a book with him right next to you as you lounge after or putting sunscreen on samu or samu putting sunscreen on you. and please he’d look so fucking cute sunburnt and you’re both beat from spending all day in the water and out in the sun and just showering together after and then getting into bed with the ac on high and warming up cuddled underneath the blankets.
