Made these cheesy garlic bread from scratch for yesterdays tea and it did turn out well. I know it doesnt look perfect but still wanted to celebrate small joys. 😊😊 Though the first time i made it, it was so hard to eat but i am happy i tried it again and managed to make something more edible 😆😆😆 The recipe i used was from @hebbars.kitchen , though in her recipe it said to bake it for 15 mins at 180° , i baked it for 17-18 mins to get the top slightly brown. I love to try new things and baking was always on my list but i mess it up most of the times, but this time i am happy that it turned out pretty awesome... 😊😊😊 For the filling i used cheese with mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Thanks to @hebbars.kitchen, my morning turned out to be superb. Tried her recipe of poha vada and it was delicious. Her recipes are so easy, no-nonsense and ingredients are easily available. I have been following her channel for a year now and all her recipes have turned out well. Her accuracy in measurements and those extra footnotes are a savior. Her channel is truly a boon in this social distancing phase! P.S non-vegetarians you might not find her channel appealing because it is veg.
