''There is no way in Helheim i am ever wearing the skimpy piece of clothing you just managed to describe!''

Loki gave her the same stubborn look she was giving him, but his seemed to speak you don't have a choice in the matter. ''if you are to be stuck here, i prefer its in a form i find more comfortable.''

Rose flashed an offensive expression and looked down at herself; other than her wings she thought her clothes were at least decent but uncomfortable to look at was just straight up rude. ''my job here is apparently to help you adapt to this world. if Midgardian clothes are uncomfortable to look at then I'm sorry, you're just going to have to get used to it.''

Loki studied her, seeing how stubborn yet oddly attractive she could be at the same time; but it didn't mean she could just walk away from obedience. "fine then, we'll start by cleaning.'' her expression was amusing by the sudden topic change and a flash caught her eye; right on the table he conjured up particular cleaning supplies looking to be for polishing and caring for delicate surfaces.

''i hope you didn't steal anything.'' she said dryly, knowing they didn't have any of this stuff in the building as he brushed her off and went to lean against the table with his arms crossed.

''all for the armor my dear.'' he smirked, not confirming nor denying her statement.

Rose looked at him as if trying to figure him ot before her eyes switched between him and the cleaning supplies. ''..don't you know how to clean your own armor?''

oh dear, she will be a fun one to break.. ''i wish to see if Midgardian cleaning methods of such things are any different from Asgard's.''

''its not that hard, basic things are usually similar no matter what planet.'' Rose pointed out as she crossed her own arms as well.

''this is fine Asgardian armor and i do not wish it to be clouded, smudged or damaged in any sort of way. this will at least show me how well Midg- a.. someone already adapted to this realm knows its methods in every aspect, will it not?''

cheeky bastard, trying to make this seem like a lesson than a game.. Rose looked at him with the same persistence as he yet didn't want to further argue. she pointed to one of the clothes first ''you begin by-''

''i'm a visual learner.'' he smirked and she gritted her teeth as she slowly moved towards the cleaning supplies. looking over the supplies, she found things like polish, shiners and gentle clothes. damn no wonder this man looked good all the time..

Her eyes glanced over his armor and motioned to a clear spot on the table. ''fine, just set them aside on the-''

''as of right now this is the only attire i obtain at the moment, its either i take it off- which i have no problem at all doing,'' he smirked as her cheeks reddened ''or you'll just have to clean it while its on me. either way, I'll still be learning your Midgardian ways.''

''..can't you just make an illusion or something?'' she asked quickly as her eyes moved as if to look for something present, getting him to chuckle as he made no moves.

''i have no problem with that, but I'm holding concentration on keeping the cleaning supplies here in it's place, if something were to happen and break it then what i would have on would merely disappear and i-''

''alright fine.'' she cut him off, coming to the decision to just clean the damn armor while it was on him and looked back down at the supplies t prevent any thoughts of him being naked before her creep in. honestly if it was this much of a hassle just to teach him how to clean then heavens help her on other future tasks. she hesitated, looking down at the supplies before her and uncomfortable look came to her face as Loki waited. ''..can't i just use the supplies we have here?''

Loki raised a brow at her, seeing no problem with using the things he had provided her so graciously and hid an annoyed look considering the effort he made to conjure them up in the first place; not that it was hard for him. Yet what was stopping her? ''..if you much rather have me take off the-''

''it's not that.''

Loki paused, a little surprised that her bashfulness wasn't the main reason for all of this and glanced from the items to her a few times as if he was missing something. ''..what is it?''

Rose glanced at him, hiding no fact that confessing to him was uncomfortable as she avoided his gaze. ''..magic burns us..'' she said quietly.

Loki blinked as he listened to her speak, knowing it was probably killing her to be so honest in the first place and of something so personal about her species. without realizing it as he thought, his concentration slipped and the supplies vanished, catching both their eyes as it faded. she looked back up at him in question, her expression wavered between confusion and vulnerability. it was almost cute.. but obedience here needed to be kept here right? straightening himself a bit to adopt a more professional look, his eyes met hers with a strict yet gentle answer. ''fine.. what do Midgardians usually use?''

The question of willingness gave her the same shocked look as he had when she confessed, but made no hesitation as she moved herself to the kitchen, filling a bucket of hot soap and gentle rags used to polish silver. ''this is usually the next best thing if they have no one to conjure us things.'' she said in a light voice, coming back as she set down the supplies down by a chair, making him raise a brow at her joke. he didn't completely dismiss it though as he took a seat with his eyes on her at all times and his lips showed off his amusement.

''seems like Midgardians have to go the extra mile due to their lacking attributes.''

It was obvious his stares made her nervous as her slow motions made her limbs stay close to her body as much as possible; even when dipping the cloth in the water and squeezing it out. she couldn't deny it though, even if he swayed more on a negative tone, it was a bit refreshing to be able to speak to one in terms who was also one off of this realm. ''they're smart when they want to be, figuring things out on their own to get things done or get where they wish to be. working together also provides a challenge but accomplishes a lot when it works.''

she made have said a bit much, but the main issue distracted her from thinking she was a chatter box as she glided the cloth against his armor, realizing how close they were to each other as she began working. she had decided to start with the armor in his arms, figuring it was best to start with pieces not so close to him. Regardless, he was still close enough to be able to take in his scent; it was fresh, masculine with almost a hint of pine.

''yes, i got a decent preview of what happens when Midgardians decently work together.'' his tone was dry which brought her out of her thoughts, realizing her words made him think of the Avengers and grew a little uncomfortable with the tension forming in the room; perhaps it was best to continue in silence.

His eyes were on her at all times; how her hair fell down her shoulder whenever she leaned forward and back, now again having to shift it behind her out of her face in which he resisted the urge to do it himself. he delicate hands worked carefully yet showed hidden strength if ever needing it. her eyes avoided him but knew they could be just as sharp as his own. the V-neck was on his side as his eyes now and again flashed to the welcoming sight of her chest whenever she slightly changed position, now working at his upper armor. As much as he enjoyed the position she was in; on her knees and pleasurably close, curiosity got the best of him as his eyes traveled behind her. ''.. are they heavy?''

His sudden question slowed her actions as she lifted her eyes, a light redness coming to her cheeks upon realizing how close they were and she quickly leaned back to rest on her heels. she guessed where his eyes were and glanced back as if to check. Shyly her wings folded against each other as if to appear small, making it seem like they had a mind of their own as she spoke to try to draw his attention away from them. no such luck. ''i suppose but its kind of like an adapted limb already, its as if one doesn't notice the weight of their own arm or leg.'' she explained and went back to polishing to avoid his gaze now on her eyes.

''interesting.. every feather is precise just like one's hair.. are they sensitive?''

it sounded like a thought out loud than a question and she instantly sat back with a small blush on her cheeks as if he had already touched them. ''I'll take that as a yes.'' he smirked and she stubbornly looked away at his smug expression. Loki relaxed back in his chair and looked down at himself; giving an approving nod. ''Midgardian methods seem to be doing a decent job. are you almost done?'' he asked innocently but they both knew it was a no.

Her eyes glanced at his armor, his mid section in particular and looked away quickly as if to avoid the thought of being that close to his groin. Loki smirked, seemed to have already read her mind and tapped his finger on the arm of the chair. ''either finish the job or wear the mandatory uniform.''

Her eyes flashed at him in a second of defense. ''there's nothing mandatory about it!''

''then finish the job.'' he sighed, sounding bored b the wait.

Rose dropped the cloth back into the water and crossed her arms. ''I'm suppose to be teaching you Midgardian ways. unless you were asleep for the past half hour, I've showed you how to clean the Midgardian way. how about you finish the rest and how me you've been paying attention?'' her last few words seem to fade off once he began leaning in his chair to be nose to nose with her, making her feel smaller than she actually was and couldn't lean to far back without knowing she would fall off her heels.

The worst part was, she realized that he could have created an illusion for a new attire this entire time since his cleaning supplies weren't needed. Bastard..

''..fine. but after, you show me how Midgardians clean the rest of the house.'' And with a single motion with his shoe, tipped the bucket over.

I promise you that if you don’t at least put in the minimal amount of acknowledgement that Hel is DEATH, our threads will be my least favourite. If you need help with that, consult this very colourfully worded rant I had about it. I’m fine with NSFW, though smut isn’t the easiest thing for me and probably won’t happen so much as other NSFW themes. All NSFW will be tagged accordingly.  I will roleplay one liners, icons and gifs, paras and multi paras. I’m not so proficient where purple prose is concerned so that’ll take a miss as will the ~* TINY *~ script. I literally don’t see the point in it, mostly because I can’t see it.  Multiverse and friendly to most Original Characters & fandoms. Especially ones that can accommodate her character easily. ie History’s Vikings / TAJ / American Gods etc. I don’t mind rping with multiples of the same character. Since Hel is strictly mythology based, I’m hesitant to rp with Marvel muses. This isn’t anything against them, it’s just that Marvel’s history and the mythological history are so vastly different much of the time the only thing the characters even have in common is their name. That said, I do have a itty bitty Marvel verse anyway. Because y'all muns be stupid sweet and I want to play with you all!

You could’ve spoken to me about it, I’m sure we could’ve come up with a valid reason for your muse being there. The whole ‘my muse just randomly ended up here with no idea who or what this place is is’ is really beginning to get old. Helheim is not a place you can get into without having sought to be there. It’s not like Europe, you can’t accidentally take a wrong turn at Balarus and end up in Ukraine.

Hel is literally the embodiment of  life & death. The usual trigger warnings apply: Death, necromancy, violence, gore, blood etc. I tag the most graphic things (which are honestly not that bad ‘cause I’m not big on gore myself) though.

I literally walked into the cat room, threw the door open, and said "I am ready to KILL" to my coworker who just started laughing. I left after all the animals were taken care of and arrived home without issue if just filled with more rage (shoes stuffed with snow).

My boss will not accept bad weather as an excuse to not show up for work, which is fine, but I live in Helheim. Honestly, I'd rather deal with the snow and ice than the tornadoes and hurricanes you guys have going on down there.

Cyberpunk Helsinki Session #6.5-7

Prep took a fair chunk of Sessions 6 and 7, so I figured I'd clump it together.

We made use of Cordoba's gang contacts and Citrine's parents' credit card and got everyone outfitted. We'd also managed to secure our payment in advance from Syóveri, since this mess was entirely above our pay grade. Everyone got a set of night optics. Maxx bought an AKs-74u, some smartgoggles, and the second-cheapest smartgun conversion eddies could buy for the SR-3M the group stole from Helheim.

After that, we examined how we were going to storm a garage with at least 7 or 8 assholes in it. The bikers and their guards were holed up in a two-story garage (map at the bottom). The lower entrance was a gated yard with a razorwired chainlink fence around it. Their bikes were visible, and a guard patrolled the roof overlooking it. A shitty, sparking generator and its fuel tank were feasible targets from outside. The upper entrance to the garage was down a narrow alley between two buildings, which would be a deathtrap for anyone approaching armed. They would likely have AKs at worst, but we didn’t expect them to have any AP rounds or night sights, since they were most likely intending to shoot unarmoured protesters during the day.

A haphazard plan began to form.

We would make use of Citrine's people skills and mine a stack of pizzaboxes. Citrine would convince the guard that she was a driver who'd been given the wrong address, and she'd offload the boxes onto him so she could get on with the rest of her deliveries. Loco and Cordoba would wait at the edges of the alley, and Maxx would wait a little ways off, with eyes on the roof guard and the fuel tank out back. Ideally the guard would take the boxes into the garage, after which we would set off the explosives inside. On Cordoba's signal, Maxx would fire on the fuel tank and on the roof guard. The tank's explosion wouldn't be immediate, but it would be eventual. Cordoba's drone would be waiting overhead to drop an incendiary IED on the bikes, in the hopes of both cutting off their means of a quick getaway, and of leaving through the yard exit. If we could could funnel them through the alley, we could gun them down with comparatively little hassle.

We put the most effort into the pizza delivery end of the scheme.

-We couldn't park within view of the alley entrance.

-Citrine would have to wear nondescript plain black clothes to pass for a uniform. Thankfully it was cold enough that she could wear a coat over top to mask the lack of corp logo.

-We would buy two pizzas beforehand so Cordoba could glue the bozes together and wire them with remote explosives (4 minigrenades and an EMP), and then 3 pizzas right before the hit so we could sandwich the rigged box between real, fresh pizzas (And so we could steal a thermal pizza bag from the delivery driver).

After that, it was anyone's guess how the shootout would go.
