Zeref would look down as Mavis rested her head against his chest. The physical touch was odd at best. Still, even now. Gajeel would watch her as she perched atop the nearby table, a slight smirk on the dragon slayer's face as he did so. He remembered her, of course, that wasn't too surprising since he'd been completely convinced he was in hell when he 'woke up' that day during the war. Red eyes would watch her should she move, compared to quite a few people he was rather tall.

"Why're ya doin' that exactly? I'm pretty sure yer able to... I dunno, fly? Ain't ya?"

He was fairly certain he'd seen her, at least, floating before. However, it was pretty COMICAL watching her climb onto a chair, and then the table merely so the two of them were eye level. At least she'd not climbed HIM like a tree. He'd gotten that enough from some of the other short members of the guild after all.

He'd shift slightly, leaning into the wall behind himself before grinning.
