Despite the usual registration issues these were SO much easier & cleaner than any of prev (bar printing aint easy) honestly. Finally mostly got my emulsion coating p consistent! The inks were flowing well! They (mostly) stopped bleeding the whole time! And it all just took most of the year!! god, lol

The image was 1/2 done w a forgiveness towards inaccurate registration in mind, but i still wouldve liked a bit more lining up. I had Z Merrill in mind when i actually bothered to put in reg marks this go, but i think working w the acetate as a reg sheet is an issue - at least w fabric. Not sure how to fix that just yet tho ://

I was gonna say that i think i should do smth w just 2 layers, but requiring a closer reg, then remembered i still wanna do that bosch thing, so idk!!

I’m honestly surprised that people are saying Keanu reeves is a bad choice despite the popular fan discussions about it. Where I’m at in the internet, he’s considered a good choice and people were excited.

i cant speak for everyone obviously but ive always thought he was a bad choice for shadow ever since the idea started going around 2 years ago. because from what ive heard personally he doesnt really sound like shadow + i hate it when big movie stars are given voice acting roles in movie adaptations just to have a big name attached to the project even if theyre not good for the role. and this definitely feels like that. back in the day people were only saying he should be shadow NOT because his voice actually fits but because hes an edgy action guy or whatever and movie sonic is canonically a fan of him/his movies and they could make jokes out of that. and i feel like thats Still what a lot of peoples reasoning is which annoys me because shadow isnt just an edgy action guy and i dont think his voice should be chosen based on a joke of all things especially if the voice isnt fitting enough to justify it

not gonna say my opinion is the most popular but i know that there are a lot of people who agree with me on this, or at the very least are unsure about it. a lot of people dont want him

The way that the Buck/Tommy narrative seems to be going, and definitely how it is being defined by the fandom, bothers me more and more. I understand and even like the idea of having Buck have an easy time with his coming into his sexuality and his first queer relationship being a positive one. But having it be one where Tommy is described as 'holding his hand' through it is... not a foundation for an actual relationship.

Queer people discovering themselves do deserve understanding and support. That should not be coming from placing a romantic partner in a therapist/teacher role. There are a lot of ways to discover yourself that don't require putting your PARTNER in a position where they are expected to validate and explain your every emotion and struggle during that self discovery.

If your romantic partner is your main source for learning how (queer) relationships work how are they going to be able to come to you when they need support?

Even with what little we have seen, when Buck makes the comment about picking up chicks or whatever he is putting Tommy back in the closet. And doing that to Eddie, who is also Tommy's friend, in a way where if Tommy were to want to be out to Eddie he would have to be concerned if by doing so he might also be outting Buck. Tommy leaves the date and (correctly) tells Buck that he's not ready, but then says he left because he didn't want to 'pressure' Buck. How is that going to work in an actual relationship? If every time Buck does something that hurts him, Tommy has to always be gracious and understanding because he's new to this.

As it stands, this is another version of Buck's romantic interests existing to help him further understand himself- just with the added layer that if Tommy isn't always willing to accept Buck's weird and sometimes harmful behavior with never ending patience than he's being a Bad Queer because Buck is new to this.

after the years of people jumping on activism like its a trend and then leaving it behind after a few weeks i am so fucking tired. like not to be cynical but like i see SO many people talking about palestine and saving lives but like be so fucking real are you gonna forget all about this in a few months? like how ppl ditched BLM after it gained traction in 2020? like how so fucking MANY OF YOU have stopped wearing a mask despite the pandemic still happening? you could be saving lives right in your own town instead of posting tiktoks that might not even help

i'm not saying you need to dedicate your lives to activism forever and ever but you do need to at least change Something to make yourself and the world better. i will always be listening to black voices, jewish voices, disabled voices, any groups that need to be heard, and trying to change my behavior for the better. like idk after seeing this happen time and time again a LOT of this shit seems so so fake. like there's so many bad things in the world and i know you cannot dedicate your all to every single problem ever forever and i don't want people spreading themselves too thin or burning themselves out but like please don't just stop giving a shit when it's not "popular" or getting you views or pats on the back anymore.

stardew valley expanded & ridgeside village / expanded fits better with the game imo and i don't think i would recommend using them both at the same time if you're starting out with mods but i love them both!
