On that note! everyone who runs the abyss (24 people at current count) I time and write a couple notes on them! the abyss is honestly half maze half personality test LMAO. at current moment the quickest time goes to @ghostpajamas with a baffling 03:24 (wild that he got out so quick, i win tho cause i haunt his dreams), and longest goes to the beloved @rendogdomesticated with 1:35:54 <3 special shout out ta my dearest @theoctagon tho wolff ur insane i love u. guy goes inta the abyss for fun and has like 10 pages and counting of insane person phsyical notes tryna map it out (hes reported that hes gone through the first one 60 times and the 2nd one 5 jesus chriiiistttt). the abyss is fond of Pilot :) also if wolff is the favourite than @potionofinstantdamage is the Least favourite, rude ass set the place on fire when he got stuck in there :( oof ouchie

In regards to its origins I came up w/ the idea back in like feb/march ish of this year and from start to finish it took me like 2 weeks ish i was on the Grind. u dont understnad how much black concrete this thing took. hell on earth,,, darkwoods has an economy/shopping district and i bought out like All the sand/gravel available akjwekjr the rest i hadda gather myself n God gravel sucks. also ive killed So Many Squids. the 2nd abyss was much easier ta gather supplies for cause i could ask for help w/ supplies n i kept the first one a Complete secret minus my test runners (i hadda bitch at SOMEONE while makin it or i wouldve died i think. speakin of the first abyss has a death count of 13 and the 2nd one has like, 5 or somefin? rlly shouldve writen that down akjwerjk those are Entirely me dying in the process of buildin them btw. its not a true Spain Build unless its mildly dangerous <3) The 2nd one also made me learn redstone, notably i specifically studied Tango’s decked out process vids from s7, tho i really only stole like two aspects of it n i couldnt even get one ta work properly LMAO

The second abyss took me like, wayy longer ta make, bout two months ish (i finished it like mid july). not necessarily in actual like, time spent building but cause in the process of makin it i had Two month long events i was in (Voiceteam in may and Art fight in july) so that distracted me a bit wkwnekeneie Im a bit more secretive bout the second abyss in general since not That many people have actually ran it compared ta the first n theres actually like, Things that can be spoiled in there <3 i like seein peep’s initial reactions its much more satisfying.

This didnt happen w/ everyone but i think a like, Core part of running the abyss is getting emotionally attached ta weird things. i wouldve said just torches until a few days ago when Tac (onea the rat server mods) ran it and claimed the stack of pumpkin pies i gave her as family. listen. they’re the reason I started this thought process. there ARE plenty of high school idols and even middle school idols but the amount of drama and leaving and coming back it would make so much more sense for them to be older. and also! you can introduce so many more interesting subtleties by having them older. I think it would be interesting for Shizuku to be the oldest, and her to have “aged out” of being an idol at around 25 because she “looks too old” but after graduating realizes she still loves it and wants to come back. Airi, a bit younger, could keep her same story of having been pushed into variety. Haruka is then the youngest of the 3, and graduated early at like 21 for the same reasons as in the story. meanwhile, Minori is still a high schooler. Giving that age difference makes it more realistic for her to have looked up to the other ones as a kid. plus idol groups with wide age ranges are super fun!!! there’s a lot of shock to it in the actual story as well but having these three 20+ veteran idols be like we’re back and our BFF is a high schooler would be SO funny. bonuses to this change is it ups the age difference between Shizuku and Shiho to ~10 years which I think is SUPER interesting.

Rui is Local Deranged Man. But the funniest thing is, by far, Tsukasa. Instead of this high schooler running around proclaiming his own greatness while getting no roles it is. A fully grown man. Just like with Shizuku, this would exaggerate his difference with Saki and let me tell u I have seen how 4 year olds act around their newborn siblings and yeah Tsukasa would kill or die for saki.

if they live in separate places, that makes the sekai itself even more special as a meet up place because. it’s the only way they get to see each other. also we’re changing their ages too. kanade is an adult & the oldest but still the least capable of taking care of herself. constantly gets mistaken for a middle schooler. mafuyu is still a high schooler because that’s too integral to her story. I feel like her being the youngest of the group also emphasizes her prodigy vibes and ena’s annoyance and admiration of her. ena is going to art school, and unlike Akito she moved away to a different town. he’s the only member of her family that she calls. she loves and hates art school all at once. mizuki.... so I actually feel this is super fun for mizuki? the others don’t know SHIT about mizuki. their age, gender, job/school status, where they live, etc. it’s SO much easier to keep your life hidden when you never see each other irl. when they discover the sekai for the first time, mizuki has a panic attack afterwards about having been Seen.

I get that if it were done this way it’d be harder to have everyone meet & be friends but I also think some of the relationships could be interesting (Nene retires to be a vocal instructor & takes ichika and minori as students? emu meeting mafuyu at some volunteer event and not having the “you’re older than me” excuse, mizuki & rui being online friends since middle school and having so so so much dirt on each other. they don’t know each other’s real names., etc.) I also think it’d be super fun to have them interacting with vocaloids who are younger than them. akito and meiko sitting at the bar watching the kagamines up to some shenanigans like Is This What High Schoolers Do Now but then kaito joins in and it’s like ah no. they’re just idiots.

20. A boss you think is really cool

Hmmm... that's an interesting one! I'm gonna answer with a few different bosses, bc 'cool' could mean a lot of different things

Cool design + concept: Blizzeta from Twilight Princess (her 2nd form also has what's probably my 2nd fave boss theme of all time)! I also like the in-story context for her boss battle so much! (spoilers for Twilight Princess) We know already that the mirror shards are a corrupting force, and earlier we see that the Goron Chief was corrupted by the Fused Shadows. But here we see, via freaky ass cutscene, a character we liked get corrupted in front of us- it's no longer a generic 'beat the bad guy' boss fight, it's a 'saving the innocent' battle with personal stakes! and the cutscene that initiates her battle? Iconic. Everyone in the fandom knew NOT. TAKE. MIRROR. I also have an attachment to her for very personal reasons haha. But yeah her design fucks hard, I wish the combat was as interesting as the rest of her schtick.

Cool (I admire them): Cynthia from pokemon gen 4 are u kidding me I wanted to be her SO BAD as a kid. She wiped the floor with me so many times. I made a sprite edit using her as a base when I was like 12 and used it for an avatar. If I can remember the name of my old forums I'll post it.

Cool as in 'has stuck with me': Honestly a lot of the OG Luigi's Mansion ghosts are cool bc they're like... just people, and it's real wild that the first boss of this nintendo game is somebody's dead mom. But Bogmire stands out for being kind of surprise creepy. I think about it a lot. What's its deal. Yeah it's the personification of the house's misery or whatever, but what does that MEAN. I was like 5 or 6, playing this game, and I go to a hidden graveyard and knock on a big cool gravestone and initiate this battle. For little me, it was the right mix of creepy but engaging. I was nervous but not terrified. I would buy a Bogmire plushie.

Cool as in 'I look forward to it when I play the game': The darknut minibosses from both Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Yeah the Wind Waker one isn't that tough now that I have a big grown up brain, but it's still neat, and WW Darknuts are my literal all time favourite enemies to fight in any game ever. I never pass up the chance.

The Twilight Princess one, though? Holy shit. I replayed the game like 2 years ago, and that bitch STILL kinda freaked me out! YEAH you can cheese him with the bomb arrows if ur a little bitch, but if you do a genuine bona fide sword fight? That shit's fun as hell. There's this unnameable dread when you first enter that room. You can feel in your BONES that that suit of armor is going to come to life and whoop your ass.

Cool as in most badass/dramatic: oh yeah it's gotta be the Wind Waker final battle. Everything about it RULES. (SPOILERS) You're having a desperate sword fight for your life, a 10 year old kid who left home a month ago vs an ancient warlock who was so powerful the gods themselves had to seal him away.

He won, btw. Like Ganondorf literally wins in WW. It takes KoRL stepping in to DROWN BOTH HIMSELF AND GANONDORF to prevent Ganondorf from getting his wish. So you're trapped in a room, water pouring in on all sides, against a man who... doesn't even hate you. He's just doing what must be done. He could have killed Zelda, but he doesn't. He puts his sword away and backhands her instead of running her through. He's 100% just playing out his destiny. You aren't the one who defeated him the first time, you're just some kid who was dragged into this by a ghost.

And when you kill him BY STABBING YOUR GODDAMN SWORD INTO HIS HEAD, he laughs quietly before delivering one of the most iconic lines in Zelda history. Like that whole battle, from opening cutscene to the final, is so intense. So fucking intense. I'm convinced they couldn't have gotten away with half the shit they do if the game wasn't so cutesy. Easy Teen rating.

Cool as in Best: WW Molgera is 10/10. The fight itself is fun and satisfying! Molgera has a KICK ASS design! It's a fantastic and mood-setting opening cutscene! The sound design on the boss is freaky in all the right ways! It's a UNIQUE boss battle! She's got the greatest boss battle theme in the whole goddamn series and I'll DIE on this hill! She was so scary I cried while watching my dad play when I was little, and once I got to her battle on my own I not only remembered her, it took me two days to work up the courage to face her, and I felt like an absolute fucking badass once I did! In that moment, I fell well and truly in love with video games. I was Link, a child facing down an ancient wyrm, terrified but pressing on.

Also, in the original GCN version of the game, the hitbox on her tongue doesn't go away when she starts flying, so you can hookshot it and force her back into the sand.

Tried getting help from any magic-user she could find in getting information on What did this to her and her friends but they were always like "Ew no that knowledge is super forbidden you can't know it you're not a wizard only cool wizards can access the forbidden wizard tomes bc only wizards are good at magic. So she started lying. Figured out a grift, crafted a new identity, started presenting herself as someone who formerly had no interest in magic and has "no innate ability" just deciding to teach herself something new and discovering she's super good at wizardry. A late blooming prodigy, if you will (didn't know Gale was a prodigy when I decided this was a core aspect of Ven's character but that makes it more fun 2 me). So now wizards super like her and something important to this whole thing is she has heightened memory, especially good at recalling symbols and long passages of text. But she got really good at just lying to and charming people and they'd be like "Hey your skill and research is so good wanna come check out my private collection?" and she'd be like "Yes I was hoping you'd say that." bc wizard collections have forbidden knowledge sometimes and that's what she needs! to! see!

Definitely no enjoyment in it, but she's done a fair bit of exploring following whatever leads she has on The Thing. 23. What do they do after the absolute crisis? First thing's first she's getting married and taking a Break for a bit. And after she's had time to gather her thoughts, she'll revisit if she wants to continue her personal mission or accept how she's changed. It could go either way, but there is reason to continue and that is her friends are still affected and she promised to help them. It might start with finding them after the whole Absolute thing and touching base.

Eren adjusted his mic as the stream began, it was a Friday night and he was doing his usual nightly stream. He talked about it on Twitter so he expected a lot of people to be tuning in tonight, as well as it was a Friday night and not many people had school the next day.

"What's up guys?" Eren said as he watched the views begin to go up and the viewers tuned in.

He watched people type in the chat sending the usual 'hi eren!' or the 'hey eren!' he was used to the these messages, a smile forming onto his face.

"Good to see you guys here again! I honestly have no idea what I'm gonna play tonight but we'll go with it," he said, looking at the different chats.

He began to read the different messages that were being sent, some people complimented him or asked how his day was to which he responded with 'thank you' or 'my night has been great'.

Eren was a popular streamer.

He gained popularity within a few months after he streamed with some pretty well known streamers, his raging and yelling is what got him noticed by people, as well as his appearance. People got a kick out of him all the time and he was definitely going places.

Eren was cute, he had emerald-like eyes, brown hair, a sly sexy smile, and he always looked amazing no matter what. It attracted female attention as well as some males, Eren didn't mind it though, he loved interacting with fans on a daily basis; he also had a pretty big fanbase with 400k followers on Twitter and 90k Instagram followers. They were all amazing people and Eren couldn't ask for better.

His rage was something people found to be hilarious, there were compilations of him yelling at Call of Duty or screaming when playing the popular horror games. There was also this one time Eren's mom walked in and yelled at him when he was being too loud, and people found it to be hilarious.

He called his fans the 'Jaegerists', his fanbase was very sweet and there was rarely any toxicity in it. Which in Eren's opinion, was very relieving.

When Eren got popular he was very nervous of the issues that came with it, sometimes people would recognize him on the street or people in his classes would bring up his streams. It was something Eren enjoyed, but he tended to keep his streaming life out of his personal life. It was also a request by Carla, his mother. She told Eren to be careful and always be wary of the internet.

He did exactly that and here he was now, sitting with 7k people watching him.

"What should I play tonight? I was thinking we could do Cold War or Minecraft, but being honest Cold War is a bit boring right now; so let me know guys!" Eren said, scrolling through his chat.

Within seconds people began replying saying either Cold War or Minecraft.

Suddenly, a few notifications started popping in from a few of his viewers.

Eren skimmed through his computer and began to load the game, it took a few moments but the main screen popped up and Eren put on his headset.

His eyes averted to the chat's people were sending in.

He scrolled through the chats with different artists and songs, "You guys want Pop Smoke? I played him last time.. how about some The Kid Laroi? He has some good songs," he said, clicking through to find his spotify.

Eren clicked on a random song and went back to Minecraft, he started by running around and organizing his items because a few people in the chat were complaining about his inventory.

"Oh shush! Not everyone is perfect! My house is dope okay?" Eren said before chuckling a bit.

Suddenly, a few notifications came through which caught Eren's attention.

He hadn't ever seen this person in his streams before, he tends to remember usernames, but theirs didn't ring much of a bell. They must have been a silent viewer.

"You guys can ask some questions by the way! It's only midnight and I really wanna hear from you guys," he said, taking a sip of his water bottle.

Questions began to fill into the chat.

The next few weeks of streaming were exciting for Eren, a few new games were released and he started playing them for his fans. He gained more popularity from the games as well and he was happy to see new people trickling in.

Though, Eren had another thing to look forward to when streaming.

Suddenly, his controller vibrated and it showed his character dying.

"Fuck!" Eren yelled, rolling his eyes. He then turned off the game and leaned back in his chair, he was clearly mad; his rage was something that entertained people and this was no different.

Eren pressed his thumbs and fingers into the controller, his grip tight enough that his knuckles were white; his fans even noticed and told him it wasn't that serious, but Eren didn't care. He wanted to win and losing is something Eren hated.

Suddenly the screen flashed the victory and Eren put his hands in the air. "Hell yeah! You guys see that? Jaegerbomb is the winner!" he yelled with a smile on his face.

His chat was going crazy.

Eren was used to pretty girls talking or messaging with him, but she.. she was different and he felt it; he couldn't help but stare at the different photos of her in the mirror or the selfies she had with a pretty smile.

He looked at the chat and moved his headset to the side, "Yo.. guys.." he said, staring at the screen.

He shook his leg watching the different people responding to what was going on, a few people apologized to her; they said that they didn't mean to make her feel weird or force her into telling Eren her Instagram.

His eyes flickered when he saw her name.

Everyone wished Eren a good night and he ended the stream. He rubbed his tired eyes and went to shut off the light in his room, all he wanted was to relax and get a good night's rest.

He placed his phone onto the nightstand and rolled over to the other side of his bed, his body relaxing into the sheets and comfort of his mattress.

A sudden ping woke him up.

It was odd, nobody usually texted Eren this late except for maybe Armin who reminded him to keep quiet while he studied but Armin was out that night with Annie.

Reaching for his phone, the screen lit up; he had a notification from Instagram. More specifically, a direct message.

× the process of adoption went smoothly, and when I say smoothly I mean Robustus Dumbus Brutus behind both of you with his hand still on his gun while all the workers gathered around to see the crazy insane person that adopted The Devil™, the guy that told you about the sacrificing was actually filing the paperwork as fast as possible under the intense gaze of the wolf

× and Bakugou was standing very close to you, btw, like i can feel your body heat close

× he was compliant at first, when you got in the car you started rambling about your house and how he has a room while trying to take the collar off him but he grabbed your hands

× like insanely fast, one blink and firm grip on your hands

× "i ain't gon be your fuckin pet, understood?" he growled at you but made no movement to bolt and run away

× and you just wanted to roll your eyes cuz ok he can kill you anytime but like didn't he get the message when you screamed back there? [also there was this sense of security you had around him or maybe you were just really dumb]

× so when you said you weren't looking for a pet but to help someone and maybe a friend and roommate, he just narrowed his eyes at you

× suspish human, wild doggo no trust

× anywho he took the collar off himself [like extra fast] but you explained that you are going to get him a bracelet or something less degrading since he still needed something with the information tag to have on himself so police will know he's no stray and he wouldn't end in the same craphole again

× journey home was silent, like eery silent

× he just looked out the window intensely, you noticed how he focused on every sign and turn

× you considered asking him questions but honestly with his past you doubted he would even answer so you just started to ramble about your home, stuff you could do around the city [which caught his attention], items you'd have to go buy for him, like clothes, shampoo, any special food, the bracelet

× he stopped looking out the window and just looked at you

× ok he was intensely staring at your side, basically drilling a hole in your cheek with those crimson eyes and it was making you N e r v o u s because making new friends is hard when you're just vomiting monologs, all while driving

× buying things was awkward to say at least, special hybrid stores were rare and for a guy his size it was even more difficult to find anything, which ended up in getting normal clothes and deciding to adjust them for his tail

× while grocery shopping you discovered he actually knew very well what he wanted after a lot of questioning from you

× he finally sighed at your persistent act and just threw stuff in the shopping cart, a surprising amount of spices too

× now for the bracelet part... you decided to spend more on a code that could be scanned to identify him rather than the distasteful ones with name and who owns him

× good thing you planned ahead a long time ago and saved money but you did notice his sharp eyes on you whenever you paid

× you get home and he follows you to your house, again giving him another chance to bolt somewhere away from you but c'mon both of you knew he'd outrun you so why force him, just let him take his time

× once he did decide to check his bedroom, he closed the door leaving you to set everything up

Summary: The dreamies decide to spend some weeks at an Inn in the middle of the nature to relax and enjoy some outdoor adventures, far away from their crazy idol life. What they didn’t expect was the nice girl running said Inn.

Jisung almost cried in happiness when you parked in front of the butcher shop, so you just had to let the boy choose whatever he wanted for the barbecue.  The ride to the camping site was fun, the car only had space for 4 of the boys so the other three rode in the back of the truck. Haechan had given you his phone to plug into the radio and asked you to turn up the volume to the max, having you laughing loudly as you watched, through the rearview mirror, Chenle recording Haechan and Renjun acting out the famous Titanic scene against the wind while Celine Dion blared from the speakers.

“Isn’t that dangerous?” Mark asked you, his body completely turned to the back, clearly worried.

“Nah, they’ll be fine,” You assured him, used to the countryside shenanigans (also, you had slowed down  for good measure).

After around 10 minutes, the boys were already unpacking the car as you fetched the camping’s restroom keys from the reception. Jeno was excitedly babbling about all the activities he could do during the day as you all worked putting the tents up, having Haechan and Jisung groaning like the thought of hiking in the wild personally offended them.

“We only brought 4 tents,” Mark pointed out after a while, when everything was almost done (with a lot of struggle from the 7 men to follow your instructions and a very amused you).

“Oh yeah, we only have 4 back in the Inn, but I will see if the owners can rent us another one if you want.”

“No, no, it’s ok. I was just wondering about the sleeping arrangements since these only fit two people.”

“I’m with you,” Haechan quickly glued himself to Mark’s side. “I will literally kill myself if I end up sharing with Mister Nature over there.”

His observation apparently sparked something in Jisung, who stepped closer to Jaemin to assure he wouldn’t be partnered up with Jeno either (who honestly looked kind of upset).

“Guess I’ll sleep outside then,” He mopped, slightly annoyed at his friends’ antics.

“You can share with me if you don’t mind,” You offer when you notice Renjun and Chenle having a silent conversation with their eyes, letting you know none of them were excited with the idea of sleeping with Jeno either.

“Well, I don’t mind if you don’t,” He politely smiled at you and you automatically returned the gesture.

“But we will get the fluffy blankets,” You informed the others, knowing they had been fussing over these comforters since you packed it in the car earlier this morning.

“Yeah, y’all can freeze,” Jeno exclaimed excitedly and you didn’t have it in your heart to tell him there were other blankets, they were just not as cozy.

“Do you guys like barbecuing or would you rather I do it?” You ask, ignoring their disappointed looks over the lack of fluffy blankets.

“Haechan is good at that,” Renjun pointed out and you thought his target would complain (you had noticed Haechan liked to whine over things, it was cute), but the boy happily picked the plastic bag with the meat from the floor to start working.

“How much time until lunch is ready?” Jeno asked and Haechan held up one finger at him, too concentrated on placing the raw meat into the plates with your help to properly answer. “Ok, then I think I will go on that trail now so we can swim later, anyone wants to join?”

Renjun and Chenle scoffed in unison at that, unleashing a laugh from the new cook. You were interrupted from feeling sorry for Jeno when Mark sighed in defeat, “I’ll go with you.”

“Na Jaemin?” Jeno raised an eyebrow at his friend.

“Don’t play the best friend card,” Jaemin warned.

“I am playing the best friend card,” The boy smiled.

“I hate you,” He groaned, literally dragging himself to Jeno’s side.

“Just follow the signs, please don’t get lost. There’s no phone reception here so if you’re not back in an hour I will have to go after the firemen,” You tell them as they begin to leave. It was a pretty simple trail so you tried to trust their ability to go by themselves and not be too worried they would fall down a hill or something. “Also, don’t try to pet the cows.”

“Why would we pet cows?” Jaemin asked confused at the same time Mark happily asked, “Will there be cows?”

“Forget it,” Jaemin mumbled, rolling his eyes at his friend, no longer needing an answer for his question.

As the three explorers left, you and Haechan started cutting the meat while you asked Renjun to try and start the fire (you had originally asked Jisung, but when the boy almost burnt his shirt on the first try, you took the matches away from him). Chenle made himself busy cutting some vegetables and you all had some pleasant conversations about random topics, like which one of the boys did Chenle’s dog prefers and if Frank Ocean was better than Justin Bieber.

“Prada is way better than Dolce & Gabbana,” Haechan judged you once you started talking about fashion. “I own nothing from Dolce & Gabbana.”

“That’s because you don’t have good taste.”

“Or maybe it’s because I do and you’re just wrong.”

“Have you ever even watched a Dolce & Gabbana runway show?”

“Not really,” Haechan shrugged, seasoning the food in front of him.

“Then what are you going on about?” You huffed.

“I just like seeing you annoyed, it’s cute,” The man looked up at you, a side smile on his face that made your chest get hot.

“I’m not sure I should be flattered after knowing about your fashion sense,” You tried to joke, avoiding his flirting so your heart wouldn’t break your ribs with how strongly it was beating.

“I’ll buy you some Prada and you can see for yourself that I’m right,” He winked at you and damn, you weren’t about to deny some designer pieces, or his advances (if that was his way of hitting on you).

“Quit flirting, Tom Ford is better than both of them,” Renjun interrupted from where he was fanning the grill with a plastic plate.

“Renjun- No,” You looked at him disappointedly and Haechan laughed, well at least in something you could agree on.

“What?” The Chinese man whined.

“With designers like Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen out there, you’re really going to play Tom Ford?”

“This isn’t Top Trumps! He has the best male designs-”

“Saint Laurent!” You exclaimed, placing the already seasoned meat on top of the grill.

“No - Ok, well. Yeah, that’s true,” He admitted with a pained face and you grinned in victory.

You continued chatting and even played a little bit of some word games that Chenle taught you until the food was ready and the rest of the group was back, Mark and Jaemin painting heavily like someone had stollen their lungs while Jeno just looked like he just had the time of his life.

“Did you all go the same way?” Jisung asked teasingly while he filled his plate with food, receiving a slap in the back of his head from Mark.

As you finished having lunch and everyone was full and tired, you stretched some towels over the grass, by the shadows under the trees, so you could all be lazy and watch the clouds until the sun wasn’t so hot. You even shared some beers but told them to not drink too much or else they wouldn’t be able to ski, which got Mark and Jaemin controlling how many cans everyone had.

Haechan had apparently taken a flirt-pill, sharing a pool towel with you and hitting you with cheesy one-liners every chance he got, it made you laugh a lot so you guessed it was working (not that he needed to try too hard with those looks).

You had to wait at least an hour so the sun wouldn’t be too harsh and you could go to the water so, everyone chatted for a while until eventually, people started falling asleep. You could hear Haechan and Mark talking with each other behind you as you made some small conversation with Renjun, laying on your side so you could look at him. You were really curious to know about their lives back in Seoul and about their careers, but as they had expressed before, they would like to leave that behind for the time being and enjoy being normal young adults, so you decided to not go anywhere near the topic.

It was easy to forget you were there as their employee, the 7 men have been treating you so much like a close friend, always trying to include you in the activities and conversations, that you didn’t have to worry too much about being professional. It was comforting, feeling like you were part of one of those coming-of-age movies where life and friendship were romanticized – You just finally started understanding why.

“Are you sleepy?” Renjun asked softly when he noticed you were having trouble keeping your eyes open.

“Strangely enough, Chenle’s snores are really soothing.”

“Here, sleep. I’ll wake you up in 20 minutes,” The man smiled at you, offering his arm for you to place your head-on.

You contently cuddled into the man, too sleepy to get bothered by your fast-beating heart, not even being able to open your eyes anymore to catch him teasingly winking at an agitated Haechan.

Like promised, Renjun woke you up by brushing your hair out of your face and it got the butterflies in your stomach fluttering in seconds. What a man.

“I think the weather is nice enough now,” He smiled at you and you blinked at him, lost in his eyes instead of processing what he just said. Your brain doesn’t normally function after just waking up.

‘’I’m first!” Haechan screamed in excitement and that got your mind back in place.

You lazily stretched and folded the towels with the help from the guys before taking the equipment from the trunk of the car, giving one lifejacket to each man. The dockworkers had already parked the jet ski at the camping site’s shore so you were happy you didn’t have to worry about that, you hated the whole process of bringing the vehicle down to the water.

“Did any of you ever ski before?”

“Only snowboarding,” Mark answered and the rest agreed with nods.

“Ok, it’s nothing like that, unfortunately. Let’s all sit down, basically the idea of it it’s that you’re gonna be floating in water with your knees bent in front of you, back straight and arms forward holding the rope in between the skis. Yeah – Perfect, Jaemin. So when I start speeding the jet ski, the rope is going to start pulling you fast, I can’t go slower or else you will not be able to stand up, so what you have to do is try to find the balance within you and first try to stand up with your knees bent and when you get that under control, you can try to stand up straight, kind of like surfing but leaning your body back. It will take a few tries so you’re able to stand up so don’t worry, also, if you fall down it will not hurt. When you want to stop just scream loudly at me and I will pass close by the shore and you will let go of the rope, the impulse will get you back to the shallow water. The most important thing is to always hold the rope in the designed area with the protection, it already happened that one of my guests held it in the wrong place and he lost a finger, so please, don’t make me go through that mess again.”

The men winced at that and Haechan backed down on his claim on going first, letting Jaemin steal his place – But he was happy to join you on the back of the jet ski when it came to it, arms thigh around your waist.  

When everything was done and the boys were excitedly chatting, you grabbed on the hem of your shirt to take it off and heard the conversation go completely silent. You laughed at that, happy the shirt was covering your face as you slid it off your head, it’s going to be a fun day.

As you carefully went over the instructions to the man floating in the water again, you decided to go for it and after only 3 tries, Jaemin got the hang of it, being able to slide over the water for minutes without falling. You could hear his loud laughs from the jet ski, small droplets of water hitting your body, keeping it cool from the hot sun. Haechan kept screaming at you to make a U-turn so his friend would fall and you just told him you would do that when it was his turn to ski- He shut up about it after that.

The rest of the boys were cheering from the shore, excited for their turns.

“Haechan, look!” You pointed happily at the small rainbow on the side of the jet ski where the water splashed against the sun rays. The man squealed happily and dug his phone out of his pocket to take a picture and you furrowed your eyebrows at him, “Dude, what the fuck? Do you want to lose your phone? Put that away!”

“It’s ok, they say the new Iphones are waterproof.”

“Good luck finding it in the bottom of the lake!” You screamed back. They probably could buy thousands of those but it was always a hassle to lose a phone.

After Jaemin got tired, it was Jeno’s turn and Mark took Haechan’s place behind you, the man was too shy or maybe too much of a gentleman to hold onto you, choosing to grab the handles behind his seat to balance himself. You kind of missed the feeling of skin against skin but you appreciated the thoughtfulness if it was the case. His loud laugh at Jeno’s attempts of standing up were almost exploding your eardrums but you didn’t complain, it was cute and it made you smile with him.

After everyone had their turns (some giving up after not being able to stand up), Jisung asked if he could pilot the jet ski and you were not sure about it, since he didn’t have a license (technically neither did you, but you have been doing this since you were like 9 and the lifeguards knew you well enough to not fine you for it), but as soon as the boy pouted at you it was game over - He sure took advantage of being the youngest a lot for someone who didn’t like acting cute.

When you came back onshore, any traces of your voice were completely left back in the lake at Jisung’s antics, the boy’s waist was probably purple from how tight you squeezed your arms around him. It was a miracle you were both still alive, honestly. Chenle wanted to ask if he could go too but after he heard your screams and how stressed you looked when you came back, he decided to wait until later or some other day, he knew how Jisung could be.

When you were about to open a drink to get over riding the jet ski with the young man, the owners of the camping site came to offer you one of those towable tubs and Haechan hurriedly accepted. All you could say is that you never had this much fun in your life, you even let Jeno and Jaemin pilot the jet ski so you could ride the tube a few times – Happy moments like that were why you loved summer. You even had a moment with Mark, who quickly grabbed your waist to hold you when he felt you were going to fall off the tube, and kept it there until the jet ski stopped and he realized what he was doing, apologizing and retreating his hands just as fast.

When everyone was soaked and exhausted, the drinks were finally passed around and you enjoyed getting tipsy in each other’s company, sitting under the sun so your clothes would dry. The conversation was easy-going as always, they told you many funny stories from their lives living together, making a competition out of exposing each other – You didn’t need to know all about Haechan’s underwear collection, thank you very much. They also asked you some questions about your life back in the city, like if you studied, if you lived by yourself and if you went out a lot.

“Do Koda and Kenai stay at the Inn with your parents when you move back?” Chenle asked.

“I take them to stay with me at the city some weekends ‘cause I miss them, but I think it’s better for them to stay here, where they can run to their heart’s content and chase after squirrels all day long. But if I spend too much time without visiting or bringing them back to the apartment, my mom told me they get really sad and keep waiting at the door for me, It’s really cute.”

“You should always take at least one of them with you, it’s dangerous for women to live alone in the city,” Jaemin scolded you.

“It’s dangerous for women to be alone anywhere,” You sadly laughed.

“Dude, I’m pretty sure it’s more worrisome to be alone in the middle of the woods with no contact with the outside world,” Mark told his friend.

“How’s the crime rate here?” Renjun asked curiously.

“There’s a lot of robberies since the houses stay empty for most of the year, but they avoid the houses with people in it thankfully. Before we turned our house into the Inn, we were mugged like 8 times, lost lots of TVs. But besides that, I guess nothing too out of the ordinary -Oh, wait! They actually found a body in the lake a few months ago, crazy times.”

“Whaaaat? Was it a murder or someone drowned?” Chenle asked.

“I’m not sure I remember it right but I think the body was dumped there, but they never prosecuted anyone for it so,” You shrugged.

“Ok, can we please start locking the doors at night?” Jisung asked looking scared to death and you laughed, it was normal to leave the houses open in here when you were in it - Like you said, robbers only took advantage of the empty ones.

“We should watch a horror movie, we’re literally in the perfect setting for it,” Jeno jokingly suggested and Jisung groaned, burying his head in Jaemin’s shoulder.

“As soon as we have internet, I’ll download some movies,” Haechan smiled, excited with the idea.

“I’m pretty sure there will be a storm in the next 2 or 3 days, let’s wait until then, the power almost always goes out,” You smile wickedly, mostly just to hear Jisung cutely begging for it to not happen.

You noticed Renjun hasn’t tried to tease Jisung yet, so you looked at him worriedly, only to find he was already staring at you (well, kind of) and only then you realized you were still in your bikini top. Since everyone was already mostly dry thanks to the hot sun, only small droplets of water could be seen running down your bodies, most of them dripping from your hairs, and you could see Renjun’s eyes following the movements of the water drops down your skin, so like the annoying tease you were, you purposefully used your hand to mess your hair a little so he could enjoy the view of the water trails from your neck to your chest.

Jeno and Jaemin went over to the little supermarket close by the camping site to buy more drinks and came back with popsicles for everyone, you had never been happier with a gift in your whole life.

“I brought you a tangerine one,” Jaemin handed you the snack with a soft smile.

“Thank you,” You could legit feel the heart in your eyes when you looked at him.

The boys entered a conversation about their friends back in Seoul and you guessed there were more people in their group than just the seven of them. You didn’t know any of the new names, so you just drank your alcohol and happily licked around your popsicle in silence, thinking about how you needed to finish the book you have been trying to read for weeks with no success.

“Careful there, you don’t want anyone getting wrong thoughts,” Haechan winked at you and you looked at him confused by being brought to reality so suddenly, only to notice he was looking at the popsicle in your mouth.

You knew he was joking but you still gagged, pushing the boy away in disgust, “What is wrong with you? Ew.”

“What’s going on?” Renjun asked, looking confusedly at Haechan who was having trouble breathing from laughing too hard while you just looked about to cry.

“Haechan is cosplaying a whole-ass predator,” You whined, face still twisted in repulsion.

“Not surprised,” Chenle sighed.

When the sun was already down and stars started to decorate the sky, you decided to start the firepit with Jaemin’s help while Mark went over to the reception to see if they had a guitar to lend you. For the most part, they are slow and sensual, he wants to treasure the moment and savour it so he likes to take his time to feel all of you, experience all of you, but when he gets in one of his moods sometimes he really needs a fast and rough moment with you to get all of the stress and build up tension in him out, but those happen rarely as he is worried about accidentally hurting you while doing it.

Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)

Quickies are also very rare, like said above he wants to take his time with you, while quickies can be fun he doesn't experience as much joy as he might when he takes things slowly. However, when you two go at it in his office they are usually quickies as you are both at risk of having someone walk into the office at any moment.

R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)

Only if you discuss what you want to do beforehand, and when I say discuss I mean have hour-long conversations about it. He needs time to prepare himself if you would like to experiment with something. And even then he might not agree with it, he doesn't practically like taking risks especially if something negative could come of it.

S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)

Around twice, he has moderate stamina but it can be affected by what position he is in and what he is doing, if he is on top he might not last that long because of his arm, he finds it hard holding all his weight on just one arm when he is on top of you. But in other positions such as when you are on top, his stamina can much longer.

T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)

He doesn't own any toys but if you had any he wouldn't be opposed to using them, depending on what toys they were. Because of the time, it was harder to access such things and they were a lot less developed so he would prefer just more traditional sex without them but if you wanted to try them he would be willing.

U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)

He doesn't like to tease you much, he might say something suggestive to you hinting at what he would like to happen tonight but that is as far as it goes for him, however, he loves it when you tease him, it makes him super flustered and stuttering on his words as his mind can only think of you and what you have said but he loves it.

V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)

He actually moans and groans quite loudly, he loses himself in the feeling of being inside you that he forgets really that he is making noises, he just wants to express how you are making him feel and that comes out in the way he grunts and groans into your neck or breasts as he feels himself getting closer to his climax.

W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)

He usually likes to have sex before bed, enjoying the passion in the night, letting go of the stress gathered from the day and just relax being with you pleasuring you and himself but he also likes starting off the morning with it as well. You might wake up to find his lips already on your neck, sucking a hickey onto your neck, his fingers already tracing down your legs and edging towards your core.

X = X-ray (let’s see what’s going on under those clothes)

He's a little on the larger size dick, but he would blush at the thought of ever bragging about it. It would certainly be enough to fill you whole and make you feel the most amount of pleasure.

Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)

Higher than he would like to admit. After spending such a long time alone thinking he would never be a woman he craves you touch almost every moment, he needs to be in you, you feel you around him, but he also doesn't want to wear you out so he tries to restrict himself but it still ends up being at least five times a week.

Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)

He tries to stay up and let you fall asleep first, truly he does, he wants to watch you sleep and just admire how perfect you are but having sex can tire him out quite a bit till he accidentally falls asleep first, and you find it adorable watching him.
