KestrelPaw and HoneyPaw never knew even a glimpse of the drama surrounding their birth, and neither did the rest of SunClan. BrambleRoar and DaisyBloom raised them like any other parents would, and soon, their half-sister, StarKit was born

KestrelPaw was excited to be a warrior and get apprenticed to MorningCrystal herself. She was always a bubbly and energetic kitten. While her brother, HoneyPaw was much more laidback and lonesome. His connection with CrystalClan was discovered in early kithood, so he became a medicine cat apprentice. His mentor was CherryWing, who was previously mentored by CanarySong

KestrelPaw was a bit clumsy in her warrior training, but quickly learned how to do things right. Though she tends to get lazy at times, and lay in SunClan's open field territories to bathe in the sunlight. HoneyPaw, however, was a workaholic from early on. He developed strange habits, such as talking to himself, even when patients are nearby. But despite his anxiety and weirdness, CanarySong claims that he's a really talented medicine cat. He just needs to... Get used to it

Soon, KestrelPaw was ready to be a warrior; She became KestrelCloud, full value warrior of SunClan, at 11 moons old. Her and her family were overflowing with joy... Except for BrambleRoar, who grew more and more distant lately

Honeyleaf was originally a barn cat before the barn twolegs left. And, well- their dogs weren't the friendliest. Honey barely escaped. He was physically fine, but his mental health suffered. He probably would have ended up much worse if SalamanderFrost hadn't helped him. He invited him into the clan, and Honey was glad to accept. He goes along with whatever his mates want, though he doesn't understand a lot of it

A quick drawing of another SunClan leader from around Honeystar’s time in StormStoneSun AU, Houndstar (different from StormClan’s Houndstrike/star)

He was Badgerstar’s mentor lmao sooo his beliefs got passed down all the way to Lynxstar

Houndstar was bullied as an apprentice by the other apprentices, and one say, he was dared to climb a tree by the other apprentices. However, he had an accident and fell, dislocating his jaw, which led to even further bullying, This made him to resent his clanmates and clan for not doing anything.

He became a warrior, and was named Houndjaw. Houndjaw was given Badgerpaw as his apprentice and shared his experiences and bitterness against his clanmates to him. Moons after Badgerpaw became a warrior, Houndjaw attacked the leader at the time, (this actually happened in a roleplay, but i forgot if it was houndjaw or not) Heatherstar, making her lose one of her lives, but getting caught. He was exiled and became a rogue.

When he was a rogue, he plotted to overthrow and kill Heatherstar. During this time, he also drowned a SunClan cat whom he had known from his apprentice days.

Houndjaw got the ‘help’ of twoleg dogs, and led them to the SunClan camp using a trail of fresh-kill, where they massacred half the cats before Houndjaw led away the dogs.

Both the deputy and leader were dead, and Houndjaw told the clan and medicine cat that he had saved them, and that it was a sign from StarClan. They still weren’t convinced, so he pointed out that one of the dead dogs’ jaws were dislocated (it was done by Badgerstripe, faking the sign), just like his, convincing his clanmates. He became leader, and later died at the hands of the same dogs that had helped him take over.

(also i changed badgerstars thing to how he was exiled when he was leader after getting caught trying to kill one of his clanmates, and that lynxstar didnt get all of his lives from starclan (this is why honeyleaf only had to kill him once))

Houndstar was the beginning of a line of shitty SunClan leaders, and Honeystar was the end of that line, giving SunClan hope.
