so this semester i admit i haven't been aiming TOO high with my papers bc I've had A LOT but I've been able to score at least in the mid 80s (lowest grade i ever got so far was 83) and those have been on the Lit classes that I'm taking for my major so alls good...

ouu my god im so sorry but (omg take a shot every time i say i could write an essay on something to die) I COULD WRITE A FUCKING ESSAY on how the anime (and movie) version of vashmeryl, while they have their moments, is really deflating and i think it has everything to do with the weird way the anime characterised both of them and how it takes away a huge element of mutual care and tenderness between them

i think my interpretation of it this way is partly to do with the amount of fics of them that take place during episode 24 where he and meryl have some desperate fuck and she gets upset after because she knows hes just using her for comfort and theres an element of belief because i really wouldnt put it past anime vash to do that (or at the very best scenario, he does love her back but doesnt want to admit it) like it really doesnt feel out of character but it would for manga vashmeryl (i dont wanna include their stampede relationship yet since its only 6 episodes in) idk idk idk i could be so fucking wrong but i just. i still like them a lot but its one of the weaker iterations of their relationship for me

Y'know. I don't usually think of my bed as a disability aid, but it 100% is, and probably my Most Important one tbh. So, shoutout to my adjustable bed

I love u adjustable bed, I love u ability to raise/lower the head or the foot of the bed (or both!! you can get p close to squishing urself in a horrific mattress taco if u so choose), I love u easing my chronic pain, I love u letting me sit up to sleep bc I feel safer that way when I'm really ill, I love u letting me sit up to sleep back when I had really bad asthma and I HAD to sleep sitting up if I was having An Episode, I love u 'sorry family, u can't borrow my room while u visit, I need my Special Bed', I love u I am soo so spoiled and am immediately reminded just how spoiled I am when I go spend the night somewhere with a normal bed, I love u my bed <3
