can't sleep... head full of best friend juhaknyeon, who is just so gentle and patient with you.. the situation doesn't matter tbh. like he's just so kind and warm and accepting no matter what. it could be the most stressful situation, in which he couldn't possibly keep calm and all the stress would get to him, putting him on edge but then, when he turns to you his words are coming out all gentle, his eyes holding a soft look, for you. or if you're struggling to do something, failing over and over, when by this point anyone else would've lost their patience but hakkie,, he'll delicately slip his hands over yours and show you how. softly whispering instructions into your ear, as kind to you as ever.. he'll always treat you like you're the most precious thing in the world, he just wants to protect you and have you next to him, safe and happy <3 he's just so perfect :'(

that being said, imagine being deathly afraid of the dark, so much so that you're trembling and visibly scared, and haknyeon taking notice of this, instantly rushing to comfort you in the way he knows how to. he'll just hold your hand, tapping his fingers on the back of yours rhythmically, in patterns. in hopes of distracting you from your fears :( <3 the sweet sweet boy that he is, he'll ask first if it's ok to hug you, and after you grant permission, he'll just wrap his arms around you in the most comfy bear–hug possible.. he's so so warm, and smells so very nice.. his entire presence takes over all your senses, leaving no room for fear. he's an angel, purely perfect..

sometimes he makes you think things that you shouldn't be thinking, like how you want him to hold you close and never let go.. or how you want him to never leave your side and take your hand in his when you need it.. or that the urge to kiss him is so overbearing and as time goes by it only gets more and more intense... but you couldn't ask for a better best friend, and what if he doesn't feel the same?.. that could ruin what you have now, and you don't know if it's worth the risk.. but for now you're just gonna take your time to bask in the warmth his body radiates, the comfort he provides through his gentle touches, rubbing circles on your back, arms tightening around you occasionally, signaling I'm here. here for you. so you close your eyes and hug him back just as tight, signaling back I love you. hoping that somehow he'll get it, miraculously he'll just know.. but the only tangible feeling you have currently is his tight embrace, and you're quite literally sinking into the warm, safe arms of your favorite person. he's your angel <3 sweet, kind angel <3

heeseung looks at you, his eyebrows raising in playful surprise, “i didn’t kiss you enough today?” he repeats, his lips curving into a small smirk. “well, we can’t have that, can we?” he steps closer, wrapping his arms around your waist, pulling you flush against his chest. “how many kisses do you need, baby?” he teases, leaning in to plant soft kisses on your forehead, cheeks, and finally your lips. each kiss lingers longer than the last, his lips warm and tender. “better?” he asks between kisses, his voice low and sweet. “or should i keep going until you’re satisfied?”

jay doesn't waste a second, immediately leaning in to kiss you the moment the words leave your lips. his hand slides to the back of your neck, pulling you closer as his lips meet yours. when he finally pulls back, his forehead presses against yours, a grin spreading across his face. "not enough, huh?" he murmurs, voice teasin. his thumb brushes your jawline. i'll make sure you never feel that way again, sweetheart."

jake’s eyes widen in mock surprise, and he immediately pouts. “i didn’t kiss you enough today?” he whines, wrapping his arms around you and pulling you close. “how could i let that happen, baby?” his pout deepens as he leans in, brushing his lips over yours, but pulling away just before you can kiss him back. “do you want more?” he teases, his lips hovering inches away from yours, eyes twinkling with mischief. when you try to close the gap, he chuckles softly, finally giving in and pressing a sweet kiss to your lips. “better?” he mumbles against your lips, still pouting slightly, “or do i need to kiss you all day tomorrow too?” his playful tone makes you laugh as he gives you one more quick peck.

sunghoon blinks at you, processing your words for a second, his brows furrowing slightly. “i didn’t kiss you enough today?” he repeats slowly, as if running it over in his head. then, a smirk tugs at the corners of his lips as he steps closer, his eyes narrowing playfully. “oh, is that so, baby?” he murmurs, sliding his hands around your waist, pulling you against him. “you could’ve just asked for more,” he teases, leaning down to press a soft kiss to your lips, lingering just enough to leave you breathless. “but i guess i have to make up for it now,” he smirks, leaning in again, this time kissing you, one hand gently caressing your cheek.

Waking up with Jason's arms wrapped around you, feeling him breathe into your hair, letting out the occasional snore. His hand is under you, pressed into your side, and you feel him squeeze the flesh of your waist to make sure you're still there, a habit he developed when things started getting serious, constantly searching for you, even in his sleep. He squeezes a little tighter, his breath suddenly quickening at an alarming rate. You try to turn to face him, fear settling in your stomach, wondering if something was plaguing him in his dreams again.

When you shift ever so slightly, you feel the other arm lying over you tighten, pulling you flush against his body. A chill runs down your spine as you feel him exhale a particularly strangled breath, and you force yourself out of his grip, sitting up to get a better look at the man next to you. His eyebrows furrowed, hair flat on one side of his head from laying in one position the entire night. One of his hands reaches out to your pillow, searching for you in your sudden absence, and when it's met with nothing, Jason jolts upright. He turns his head frantically, blurred vision searching for something, for someone, for you.

His shoulders drop in relief when he finally stops long enough to notice you barely a foot away from him. You watch his chest rise and fall as he tries to calm his breathing, and you're not sure which thing caused it, the nightmare or the fear that you had left him. "What are you doing up?" he asks, voice laced with sleep. "You were having a nightmare," you say quietly, sliding a little closer to him and settling back into your spot on the bed. "I was just trying to make sure you were okay." confusion is etched across his face like the concept of him having a nightmare was foreign, and you develop an equally confused expression upon seeing his own. His face drops suddenly, and he clears his throat, "Right, a nightmare." he shifts beneath the covers, seemingly uncomfortable. "I'm all good. Just go back to sleep, okay?" he sends a reassuring smile your way, his attempt at trying to make you forget this whole debacle and coax you back to sleep, but it was too late; you were already wide awake.

"Was it him again?" your hand finds the scarred expanse of his back, lightly grazing your fingers against old wounds and trying to ease his angst; his body tenses at your touch, and a groan leaves his lips. "it wasn't-" he pauses, running his hands through his hair and sighing. "it wasn't him again. It wasn't even..." he trails off, turning away from you and sliding off the bed. "wasn't even what?" You ask, more confused than ever, watching as he lifts his arms above his head, back muscles flexing while he stretches before crossing his arms. He just stands there, back towards you, and all you can do is sit in silence while he seemingly contemplates something. "It wasn't what, Jason?" you ask one more time. He turns his head slightly to look at you only for a second and lowers his eyes when he sees you in the same spot you've been this whole time. "It wasn't a nightmare," he says, turning around to face you, this time allowing you to see his whole body.

His face is flushed a bit out of embarrassment, and your confusion starts to reach its peak. That is until you do a once-over of him and notice the patch of dark gray on his otherwise light sweatpants. Your mouth gapes a bit, and all you can manage is a quiet "Oh." his eyes find the same spot on his pants, a tent growing beneath the soft cotton. "Yeah. Oh."
