Hi! We are doing pretty okay today. I hope you are doing well, too.

We drink both tea and coffee. Usually we take out coffee with a lot of sugar and creamer, but lately we have realized that the older we get, the more we tolerate the taste of coffee. As for tea, we tend to drink it with nothing added.

Lately we have been obsessed with our new cookbooks that we got for Christmas. The Official Minecraft Cookbook and The Unofficial Sims Cookbook.

[starting-in-the-middle]

didnt track at all this weekend but I did a good job of having one that I dont have to recover from. Had a blast at the party Saturday, and finally got the upstairs closet cleared out Sunday. This week I am working on getting the couple of junk bins squared away so it will be full soon again (but this time round well organized!). We’re getting a new couch and moving our current one up to the cat room so I really need all those boxes out. I was pretty loose with nutrition, but I don’t feel sick or bloated today. I had a LOT of sugar, so Im craving sugar, and I’m gonna go ahead and halt that cycle today lol. 

Got into work at 7 so I could have a couple walks and still leave at 4 but realized on the way in that we have a farm meeting at 6. So it’s gonna be a very long day, but i do love those meetings, and I’ll still be able to do a bit of meal prep after. I need to at least get a few lunches done because today I just have a veggie patty and some escarole. 

I wasnt supposed to weigh in util the 12th but I was really curious Saturday morning and was down a pound! so I’m down 5(.3) since the 28th :) a lot of that was just bloat and I know that, but I’m definitely on a good track.
