Final day y’all! I made it! To celebrate, today’s is @applestruda’s DTIYS, and also my first ever DTIYS! A sleepy pile of dear Boatem folks. No color, of course, because color is terrifying, and on paper, because I still cannot do digital art quickly for the life of my poor index finger. I’d like to think that this dog pile takes place after the events of Give me back my heart you wingless thing, mostly because they deserve it, and also because I only have my Horizons au designs to work with… Nevertheless, they’re having a good time and that’s the important part.

To @demonsteapot and @donutinsideofashark, thanks for going through this month of nonsense with me. And to @mr-orion again, thanks for creating a very funny challenge title and motivating me to keep up the depletion of my 0.5 mm lead stash.

some thoughts i have on the au:

LBH is just a little sheep that isn't even a proper villager. he lives in a rundown woodshed beside SY's house, so SY took him in.

SY would be really into bug finding. LQG would see this and just gift him a cool bug in the mailbox every day.

of course, being into bug finding is different from bug collecting; still, SY keeps all the gifts and has an entire room of his house dedicated to stacks and stacks of the bugs that he caught. LBH is secretly letting them free when his shizun isn't looking.

SY wears the exact same outfit every single day, but has a new and different fan each time. His closets and inventory are all just fans.

SY first found LBH by saving him from the holes that bully villagers dug around him. LBH was surrounded by all the holes and was stuck in place. SY shoveled the soil back into every hole so LBH can get out.

i dont actually play acnh, but i used to play new leaf as a kid so forgive me if i got anything wrong eee

I just wanted to draw Ed with Aloy's hair, and now we have an Our Flag Means Death x Horizon Zero Dawn crossover on our hands.

Sad AU below:

One of the occuring holograms Ed keeps finding in the world is Stede, a scientist of the past who (maybe?) worked on the history and knowledge archive Apollo. Stede talks about his work, passions and dreams, his challenges and fears about the inevitable Zero Day.

During his journey Ed finds more bits and pieces and little by little he falls in love with this driven, charming, fascinating person, a voice from the past. Who was dead for a thousand years now. 💔

Until he finds the final log saying that Stede and others are ready to go to cryosleep in one of the bunkers deep under the mountain, hoping that the power cells will keep them alive for however long.

And when Ed finally reaches that bunker - the whole facility is shutting down, power supply is almost at zero with just one pod still functioning. GUESS WHO'S IN THAT POD ❤️

I've been playing so much ACNH (and pocket camp) so I drew my Animal Crossing OC named Ramon once more. Who isn't based on anyone specific nor is he just a pre-existing character but turned into a villager 🗣️

Hi I'm kinda obsessed with that form Sonic took on at the end of the dlc. Here's an au that revolves around it. Calling it Corrupted!Sonic (creative I know)

Basically Sonic's brain got a factory reset and completely lost his memory after allowing himself to be fully corrupted. Also the form didn't go away right after beating The End, so he had to be captured and forcefully have his energy drained to go back to normal. But he didn't fully go back to normal and now needs to keep his Chaos Energy levels in check or else the corruption will consume him again (and of course needs to regain his memory with the help of his friends too)

Will I ever draw for this au again? Probably not. Have these doodles anyway

Playing around with colored pencils and horizons designs I haven’t taken past the ‘tiny faceless figure in a pile of other tiny figures’ stage.

Commander X(isumavoid) is… no one knows, really. They only appear as a moving suit of complete armor, covered from head to toe to fingertips, with the Dragon Skull Crown full of darkness as a head.

Tango Tek is part blaze, part stray, part human. Fiery hair, a left eye like a blaze rod and a right eye clouded with cataracts, the mark of the undead, has the King of the Basalt Throne.

Doc Mk-77 is a faerie? Probably a faerie. Goat horns, hooves, and ears, butterfly wings, mechanical body parts, and the Deepfang Crown.

False Symmetry is a human. Pale and shadowy is the Lady of the Darkwood Throne.

Duchess Cleo is a zombie. Orange-eyed and haired is the Everfrost Throne’s occupant.

Bee Double Oh (Bdubs for short) is a faerie, something like a glare. Short of stature and loud of voice and personality is the Lord of the Moss Throne.
