Lisa Cuddy

Lisa met you on a stop for coffee one morning, you were the barista, and it was your first day. She thought it was kind of cute how you fidgeted and were clearly nervous. She ended up giving you a large tip at the end of her order, even if you did miss it up slightly.

She began coming every day, timing it so that she could say hi, talk a little bit. She thought you were adorable, but not in an 'I should ask them out' way, more of a 'they need taken care of' way.

One night, while browsing the internet she finds an interesting concept. Photos and stories of adults regressing to younger ages as ways of relaxing or healing trauma, and she can't help but imagine you in that place.

She's a little ashamed of it at first, but her maternal instinct can't help but fantasize about taking care of you.

One morning, when she goes in for her morning coffee, she gets stuck behind another guy who is extremely rude to you. Even yelling at you until you cried.

Lisa decided she had to do something to help you. You clearly can't handle being an adult on your own, and she'll help you.

She waits until you're leaving work for the night and uses some meds from the hospital to knock you out.

After taking you Lisa pretends that you've always been there. She believes keeping a strict schedule immediately will help you settle into your life with her.

She really doesn't do drugging or anything, you're her baby, and she would never drug a baby!

She loves dressing you up, playing games, feeding you from a bottle, and anything that involves bonding.

Your room is perfect, a paradise of colors, toys, and stuffed animals.

Lisa is careful to not spoil you though, she wants a respectable, well-behaved baby.

You can try to act up, but Lisa is patient and puts up with all your 'temper tantrums' until you learn it's just easier to give in.

James Wilson

James meets you at the hospital where you're an intern. He notices quickly how soft spoken you are, how you never stand up for yourself, and he can't help but feel protective over you.

He starts a friendship with you but keeps it on the downlow the best he can. With how sensitive you are he doesn't want House anywhere near you.

While going over some medical books he ends up finding a phycology one that talks about age regression being used for therapeutic reasons. While you've never revealed some sort of trauma, he can't help but see you in the descriptions, and can't stop thinking about being your 'caregiver' as it says in the book.

Without thinking about it, James starts to buy little things he thinks you'd like. Small stuffed animals, toys, old Disney movies, and before he knows it, he's turned the spare bedroom into a nursery for you. It may not be the best one, but it's cozy.

James is meticulous with how he kidnaps you, planning it out for months before finally taking you.

He's unprepared when it comes to your reaction, however. He didn't expect the fighting, the yelling, the anger you direct at him. He does anything to calm you down, even drugging your milk to keep you calm for a while.

James isn't as strict about you looking or acting like a baby all the time. He doesn't want you to be an adult, but also recognizes that you are one and it would be difficult to just give that up.

James will spoil you, giving you your way most if the time. He's a lot less organized than Lisa.

Regressor Robert Chase Headcanons (House M.D.)

Heads up: this is a medical drama that contains mature themes and humor. Suggested by Anon

He regresses due to lingering issues from his bio childhood and stress from work.

He is a very picky eater, but in a different way than most regressors. He insists that every meal contains plenty of vegetables and won’t eat anything fried. Even in headspace, he wants to be healthy.

Whenever he makes a mistake, he gets REALLY upset. It takes a lot of encouragement to convince him that mistakes are normal and that you’re not angry or disappointed.

He really enjoys listening to Bible stories while he’s regressed, and he loves “VeggieTales”.

He also enjoys “Blue’s Clues” and “Bananas in Pajamas”.

(But not “Bluey”. It makes him sad because he wishes his childhood had been like that.)

When he’s regressed, he can’t stand to see anyone drinking anything that so much as resembles alcohol. Even billboard advertisements can make him tear up.

When he wants something he doesn’t WHINE, but he asks repeatedly in the hopes of wearing you down.

He likes putting on his coat and “pretending” to be a doctor.

He is not Bobby or Robbie or Bertie. He is Robert. Yes, he has thrown tantrums over this.

House MD is so special to me. Everyone is a flip there, all of them. They’re just all silly little guys.

House is- oh geez he regresses all over the place. No age range, just chaos. Wilson was the first to know, before even House, because House didn’t actually know what it was (very rare occurrence.) It’s hard to tell when House is small because he’s just *like that* all the time, but he has a few tells. He’s quieter, more reserved, but only sometimes. Other times he gets more energetic and paces and fidgets more. Wilson can always tell, and eventually Foreman gets there too, and 13 clocks it right away like Wilson. 13 always knows, always. House can/will caregive, but it’s not his favourite. Except for Wilson, and Chase, and 13, because they are his (not so) secret favourites. Even then, he’s still not… amazing at it. He’s Wilson’s go to, And 13s on occasion.

Wilson is- he’s my little guy. Oh my gosh. So both agere and petre. He’s just- he’s a puppy dog, sometimes. He’s a baby, and a dog, sometimes at the same time. Wilson learns about age regression from Bonnie, who was selling a house too a couple and they wanted a second bedroom to turn into a nursery, but a sized up on. She had laughed at it at the time, so had he, but he hadn’t been able to stop thinking about it. He did research, and when ‘ooh uh oh.’ Because he’s silly like that. Pet regression wasn’t even something he knew he did, he just viewed it as regression over a general term, House introduced him to the specific term. They are flips for each other, Wilson takes care of House (very well) and House takes care of Wilson (he does his best) and they are happy. Occasionally, Wilson also caregives for a duckling, and gets taken care of by Cuddy or one of the ducklings.

My brain is stuck on Taub so- listen- he’s just a little fella. Not that he’s short, because he is average height, but ooh boy. Sometimes the fact that he is physically shorter than everyone on Houses team makes his brain do funny things. Taub needs human contact, he needs a hug so badly, and really he wants to be held, but his self-esteem is low so he doesn’t let himself even consider affection from people. When Taub regresses, these reservations go out the window. He wants hugs and hand holding and for someone to rub his back as he cries, and he will ask, so hopeful that no one says no. If they do say no, he will go hide so he can cry by himself, because he’s very worried about guilt tripping people into liking him when small. He regresses pretty small I think, like 1-4 range, and he does not regress at work for ages, but eventually it happens. He feigns illness and hides at home.

His wife knows, how could she not? But she doesn’t understand it. When he moves in with Foreman, hiding it is both easier and harder. Foreman doesn’t really care what he does, but he does want to sleep well, so Taub stops the late night TV because nothing makes him regress more than the original Dr Who. Well, that and the staying up late because his brain is a terrible place to be.

Foreman finds out eventually, at around 3am, when he walks in on Taub crying as the Third Doctor regenerates, which wouldn’t have been super odd, if Taub was not clutching a stuffed animal with a thumb in his mouth. That was the first time Foreman hugged Taub, though not particularly willingly.

And Foreman tells Chase and Cameron, of course, and it makes it to House by the end of the next day. Taub is both relieved and extremely stressed when House doesn’t mention it.

Caregiver!House and Caregiver!Wilson x Little!Reader

Prompt-"Who gave you the right to hit me?!”

“You really are a duckling right now.” House muses.

A smile widens across your face and you nod your head vigorously. You followed behind him closely with a slight bounce in your step. Every step taking the two of you closer to his office.

“Hey,” He leans closer to you. “If I asked, would you quack?” You giggle. “Preferably at Wilson.” He clarifies.

Giggling, you nodded. He chuckles a bit at your antics. Before getting distracted in front of his office. 

“Speaking of which, here’s your chance.” House pointed.

As you make your way up to Wilson your bounces become more frequent. Before he’s given a chance to comment on how happy you seemed to be, he’s cut off.

“Quak!” You shout playfully at him.

“Wha- haha- What?” Wilson laughs gobsmacked by what's happened.

House answers him quickly and quietly while you bounce into his office. Upon entering you gingerly toss yourself onto the couch while House and Wilson shut the blinds and lock the doors.

James turns to you first. “So they’re a kid right now?”

“Essentially.” House answers, walking over to you. He takes a seat beside you and grabs your face lightly giving it a squeeze. “But aren’t they just the cutest thing?” He dramatizes.

You giggle and lightly hit his hands away. Suddenly he gasps and holds his hand close to his chest.

“Who gave you the right to hit me?!” Gregory catechizes.

“You did.” Wilson tells him. “As soon as you grabbed their face you waived all rights.” He states while sitting on the other side of you.

“What’re you a lawyer?” House questions in feigned annoyance.

You laugh more as you look back and forth between the two. Wilson presses House on how long you’d been regressing, and specifically how long he’d been caregiving. House explains and pokes fun at Wilson. Wilson shoots back.

You’re  left out of most of their conversation, but you didn’t mind. Your younger mind made you talk less. Your need to have your voice heard incredibly lessened as you sat content to listen to every word thrown in earshot.

Eventually, however, you were bound to get bored. Which you most certainly did. When your boredom hits you push yourself into their conversation more. Not by talking, no, instead you climbed yourself into Jame’s lap.

“Well someone wants attention!” House playfully points out the obvious. “I’m just glad it’s not my lap for once.” He adds silently.

Despite saying this Gregory scoots closer to you and Wilson. So much closer that he’s able to take your legs and lay them in his lap. Which he does.

“Well, it looks like someone wants attention.” Wilson says to you.

You look over to House and wave energetically. Your arm moves and you open and close your palm repeatedly. 

“Hello to you too. Didn’t realize saying hi to someone you’ve been sitting with for an hour could be so exciting” He condescends.

“Hey, they’re allowed to be excited over anything they want to be excited about.” James scolds playfully back at him.

You exaggeratedly go limp, falling back with a fake pout and a sigh. You mumble something neither of the men truly catch, and you shove your face into Wilson's arm.

“I think they're done with your bickering.” House accuses.

“My bickering!” Wilson starts.

“Stop!” You shout, throwing yourself into Gregory’s lap now.

“Ahh, too much noise?” He asks and you nod. “Aand you’re bored.” He says and you nod again.

“Maybe they need a nap.” James offers, looking at you with your face shoved into House's stomach.

House hums as a response, and pulls you to the other side of the couch carefully to avoid his leg. The action effectively offending Wilson as he moves to hold your legs in his lap. You mumble more random things into House’s chest until your boredom seeps into sleepiness which seeps into sleep.

Both men couldn’t help but admire the now sleeping you that clung to Gregory like he was the world's best teddy bear.

Caregiver Headcanons

House takes you to work a lot, he doesn't really care about HIPPA and likes to keep an eye on you

You usually stay in his office, there's a basket of toys under his desk for you

House lets you swear when you're little, he doesn't see any harm in it and actually tends to find it quite cute He plays catch with you a lot, unable to run around Late at night sometimes he'll take you on a drive on his motorbike, no destination just you, him, the bike and some jazz music He let's you "help" with tests so you feel included. He'll call you stupid like he does with his staff but he'll also praise everything you do well Foreman is like an uncle to you and is the go-to babysitter if House needs to talk face-to-face with a patient

He loves doing puzzles with you, whether super complicated or simple 4 piece baby puzzles He takes your health seriously but is in no way a helicopter parent He lets you learn lessons the hard way but he'll always pick you up when you fall You and him make music together a lot, you have toy versions of all his instruments House would let you sleep in his bed after a nightmare. He'd pretend to be annoyed but he'd stroke your hair as you drift off He lets you call him "soft" names like "daddy" and "baba" but only when you're alone together If you do something worthy of punishing his typical go to is to make you write lines or apology letters

Thinking about Foreman… and Taub still

Foreman would be more of a middle than a little I think. Maybe around 8-14 range? He sometimes goes smaller, if he’s like proper upset, but he generally regresses old enough to pass as big. Which is great because he doesn’t want anyone to know about it.

When he gets sick, in the early seasons, he regresses in front of the team for the first time. Chase was familiar, Cameron was not. It was… embarrassing in hindsight, but after the fact, Chase was nicer to him, and Foreman was a bit nicer in return.

He hates the idea of people knowing, which is why he surprised that House never brings it up personally. He most certainly knows, but he doesn’t use it against him. Foreman pretends he doesn’t know why.

He generally doesn’t need a CG, but in the event he does, he goes to Chase, who is happy to oblige.

When Taub moves in with him, temporarily, it becomes a bit of a game to keep this secret from him. Foreman tends to regress younger in the comfort of his home, like 8 or younger, so he tries to keep his distance.

He tries less hard after a tearful, clearly regressed, Taub begged him for a hug. He doesn’t really mind it, him and Taub can coexist without any expectations of caregiving or regressing. But, sometimes, after one of them has a hard day of work, there’s a new video game installed on the console, or a bag of candy in the cabinet, or a soft stuffed animal gently placed on a bed. Little things here and there that keep them both okay.

It’s nice, to not have to worry about not being able to feed himself because he’s too young to use the stove. Foreman has some pretty strict rules set for his regressed self, certain ages are allowed to do certain things, only 12+ can use the stove, 8+ can make food another way. If he’s smaller than 8, the kitchen is dangerous and prohibited.

He learns that he doesn’t mind taking care of Taub, who is pretty easy because all he really wants is a hug, and then he’s fine on his own. Foreman wonders why, but he doesn’t ask.

He also learns that Taub, when small, will suck his thumb regardless if he just touched anything ever, including the floor. The first time either of them really acknowledged it was when Foreman tossed an Amazon package at Taub and left before he could open it. It was a pacifier, but larger, and Taub cried a bit. He repaid the favour by buying a game that he knew little Foreman wanted but big Foreman was too embarrassed to buy, because it was a kids game.

The next time Taub regresses, he’s got a shiny new pacifier and 2 free hands, and the next time Foreman regresses, he drags Taub to the living room to play his new game, openly showing excitement, which is rare for him, even when regressed.

Headcanons!

⭐️A very empathetic caregiver! He is already sensitive and caring when he is not on full caregiver mode, but whenever his little cries or feels overwhelmed he just can’t help but be overprotective and feel a lot for his little, he might even cry just like his little is doing

⭐️Loves to watch the cartoons or movies you watch when you’re regressed with you! At the start he just wanted to accompany you while you watched your cartoons and keep an eye on you, but he can’t deny that he has grown to love them too!

⭐️Very worried! Wilson has an eye on you almost 24/7 whenever you regress, making sure you don’t do stuff that might hurt you, and making sure you don’t do stuff that you’re too little to do, and if you ever do get hurt he panics and makes sure it isn’t serious, if you guys are at his home then he will go over to his bathroom where he keeps the med kit immediately after.

⭐️Serious about bedtimes! He can be a little strict about what time you go to bed but it’s only because he cares about your well being and doesn’t want you to fuss when you have to wake up.

⭐️On the same note, he also makes sure you do the things you’re supposed to do everyday, like brushing your teeth, bathing and eating, if you’re big enough to do them yourself he will gently remind you to do these until you to do (he won’t stop insisting until you do, and no, he will not give up) but if you’re feeling too little he will help you through them or do the activities himself (he will brush your teeth and feed you)

⭐️As he is a doctor, he always gets worried whenever you present any symptoms of getting sick, a slight cough? He will worry, little headache? Tell him all about it. If you were to actually get sick enough to have to go to the hospital he will try to be by your side all of the time, holding your hand and helping you through the hard parts of it (for me needles!)

⭐️He tries to avoid taking care of a little while House is around, but it ends up being inevitable and he will just warn him a concerning amount of times to be nice to you (uncle house can actually be very fun, but he is also a big prankster, and if one of his pranks gets out of control you better believe Wilson will completely scold him for it)

⭐️Loves the nickname “kiddo!” One of his to-go nicknames for his little whenever he has to take care of one (not for a regressed house of course, he doesn’t like nicknames much)

⭐️PLUSHIES! It is canon that he has a cute doctor bear plushie in his office and he always lets you play with it as well as buying you new ones whenever he has the chance!
