I have been writing for the better of ten years and I do so often! Very good at communicating scheduling to ensure I keep rp partners up to date on when I’m able to reply. Usually good for at minimum 3+ replies a day.

I write literate/long form roleplays and try to match length with my writing partners. I usually write around 2,000 characters a reply (discord character limit), sometimes going over or under. (please do not be intimidated by this, I am open to shorter form writing.)

🌠 Plot Ideas below cut:

Plot 1: My OC is working for the Resistance stealing ammunitions and ships on Corellia and captured by the First Order. To make it more interesting, this could be a running thing where my OC continues to get captured on purpose then escape to mess with him. Alternatively, after being captured/offering to work with them, having various situations forcing them to work together that make them have to trust each other

Plot 2: Slight changes to my OC's history to say that she did go to the Academy on Arkanis but when the New Republic began taking over got separated during the events. Now adults, they finally run into each other again— possibly the First Order interrupting a separate bounty hunting gig she's on or a situation where the two are forced to work together after both run into the same trouble & happen to find each other. First reactions could depend on whether they were childhood friends or they were made into rivals as kids by Hux's father.

Either option can be set pre-sequels, shortly before, or during. In fact, I'm open to AUs/changing things up a bit if wanted/needed for the plot (like Hux's death lol)

hihi, desperate to rp kylux if anyone is inchrested.

i rp via a mix of gdocs and discord. i write third person, past tense, novel/paragraph(s) style, but do love and support if a writer wants to throw a line of dialogue in the middle of my reply if they feel their character would speak there.

i livewrite on gdocs and tend to take rp partners replies and paste them there as well as colour code, and then i also love leaving little notes in the margins both about further thoughts on my reply, or losing my mind over my partners. i think its fun - but no pressure to live-write unless ur comfy with it!!

i also tend to overask for permission to do things insofar as "is it okay if my character touches yours" sorta thing, the same way actors get permission before making big moves with scene partners.

I can only write as Hux, sadly. Love Ren with all my heart but getting inside that head doesn't do wonderful things to the ol mental health lol. I write Hux as a certified bitch twink with a fair bit of trauma he mostly swallows back, be it canon or au. backstory and stuff change circumstantially and what can work better for narrative choices, but suffice to say i dont always vibe with canon bc i tend not to care about swars new trilogy past TFA (altho the sequel is fun. we dont talk about the third one. i havent seen it. i dont need to lmfao, i know the spoilers).

As of rn, highkey desperate to do some sort of crash landing and/or kidnap/rescue hurt/comfort sorta plot. I am comfortable with writing smut and tend to prefer to, so if you're a fade to black people we may not mesh - but I prefer plot over smut, so smut needs to work with overall plot. and i looove brainstorming a good story; playing in the space is fun!!

Additional side note, I will probably ask that the RP go to Discord unless asked otherwise or wanting to keep the RP here on Tumblr. Discord will actually send me notification and is easier to manage (personally). So don't fret if I ask! Just let me know if it's fine or not and we can go from there! 🙂

NOW! A few ground rules below:

Must be Semi-lit or above (I am anywhere between semi-let to novella depending on my partner)

No use of the following: *, >, -, ext. This is very illiterate for me and takes me out of the RP if these are used for describing actions

Must be able to consistently give at LEAST a paragraphs worth of writing (5+ lines. Full sentences.)

Must be fine with BxB, GxG, NBxNB and any other pairings that are not just BxG (especially if romance is involved)

The above will not apply if doing a DOUBLE UP. I am fine with BxG so long as a double up RP is the kind of RP we are going to be doing

If you have triggers, topics to avoid, or so on let me know so they can be addressed ASAP and we can both know what to avoid. (I myself don't have any but I want to be courteous to my partners/friends and others!)

The Request:

I am looking for someone who is up for a Double Up! Ideally I would like to play as my OC(s) if possible with an OCxCC type of roleplay (and I would pay the CC for your OC as well of course, or for your side we can do a CCxCC pairing as well! I just want to make things even). I am also open to the rare but welcome OCxOC, just note I am a bit picky when it comes to OC’s being paired together, as I would want it to fit and work out.

Also, another note, if anything is to be mature please be 18+ before even mentioning it to me or asking about it. While I am fine with it, I just want to be sure we are all on the same page on the matter and know what our limits are as well as triggers when it comes to the topic.

Ben Solo did not consider himself to be a patron of the arts. He had managed to fail art class his freshman year of highschool, flunked the beginners music class his sophomore year, and hated the introductory photography class so much he switched classes in the first week. This theater class is his last hope to get the art credit that he needed to graduate highschool. 

So far in the semester, the class hadn’t been too bad. There was memorization and acting exercises, but all in all the class was pretty fun. Ben was excited to finish off his highschool career. 

One thing he did not expect was his massive crush on the British exchange student, Armitage Hux.

In the beginning, Ben thought Armitage was there for the same reason he was, just to get the stupid art credit. But, he soon realized that Armie actually liked acting. He put his heart into every small performance that he did, every monologue and improv game.

“You really like acting, don’t you?” Ben asked as he looked over the short script. It was for their final in the class, to put on a short 10 minute play. Armie and him were in a group with one other senior, one that has decided that they don’t need to practice, so it was just the two of them in Ben’s house. His parents were out of town, which is why he suggested they practice there.

“I find this class to be more agreeable than other art classes.” Armie answered, writing something down in his notebook.

“But you put a lot more effort into this class than anybody else.”

“I put this much effort into everything I do.”

“Yeah, but you smile when you do work for this class and seem to actually enjoy it.”

Armitage gave him an unimpressed look, then a gentle shove. Ben laughed and shoved back. That turned to a playful wrestling match, the two boys laughing as they fought each other. In the end, Armie came out on top, literally pinning Ben to the ground and sat on his waist. Ben panted and found himself staring at Armies lips. For the longest time, Ben dreamed about those soft looking lips on his. 

“Uh? Ben?” The words broke Ben out of his trance and he sheepishly pushed Armie off of him.

They went back to studying their lines innocently. Ben wanted to do well because he wanted Armie to be proud of him. 

“Do you want to practice together now?” Armitage asked after a few minutes.

“Kinda hard to do without Rose.”

“Well, we still need to make sure our performances and timing is great. I’ll read Rose’s parts.”

“Alright. Start from the beginning?”

“Of course.”

Armie cleared his throat and began to read off his lines. The play they chose was a comedy called The Wedding Story. Ben was the groom, Rose was the Bride, and Armie played the Storyteller. 

“ The bride at the tender age of 24-” Ben laughs, as directed. “WHAT? WHAT’S SO FUNNY?”

“She’s not even close to 24!” Ben said, putting emphasis in a way that would make their teacher proud.

“Now just wait a minute here, Buster Brown, whose story is this?”

“OURS!” The two yelled.

Then they broke down laughing. It was meant to be an absurd comedy, but probably not the best for the actors to burst out laughing.

Ben slowly quieted down, while Armitage kept laughing for a little longer. He was smiling so beautifully, and Ben couldn’t stop himself from closing the gap. Their mouths collided and the other boy was shocked still. It took a moment for Ben’s brain to catch up, and when it did, he panicked and pulled away quickly.

“I’m so sorry!” He buried his head in his hands, cheeks red with his embarrassment. 

Armie was silent. Ben mentally prepared himself to fail this final because of his own stupidity. But, then the other boy reached out and pried his hands away from his face. Ben looked into his pretty blue eyes and was prepared to face the worst rejection in his life. However, it never came because Armitage gave him a peck on the lips. He pulled away with a smile.

“Will you do me the honor of going on a date with me?” He asked.

Ben nodded enthusiastically before tackling Armie to the ground with a laugh.

This one's for day 5 of @kyluxshortshorts! The prompt was "Ancient History." This could also fit today's other prompt "Roleplay" in a more abstract sense, and it also definitely fits day 7's prompt "In Another Life." I rolled 500 for my word count goal.
