have you ever wondered why theres one sane aran and one fucked up aran?? this might help you a little but i mainly did this for shits and giggles bc i like yapping

theory 1 - evil twin

what if the Wii Aran is the evil twin of spo aran?? did he get exorcised?? did evil aran™ just spawn into the world one day?? where they twins from the start??

i mainly follow this theory just because it sounds funny to me, like yeah thats my evil twin you cant sue me over that

theory 2 - go crazy go stupid

what if spo aran went insane after he saw the shit everyone else pulled off while he was being fair?? he simply couldve decided to say "this sucks im going to commit as many crimes as possible" (rightfully so)

i think this is also plausible considering what the other opponents were doing

this basically the evil twin theory again but he got replaced instead, i think this is not very plausible but its still funny so im rolling with it

Some problems i had with the finale in hazbin hotel

now before i start i just wanna say that i absolutely love and adore this show with all of my heart but with that being said i can still recognize its flaws and god does it have some

lets get one of the most obvious things out of the way first. charlie did literally nothing. she hit adam once or twice and he beat the shti out of her which was just a dumb excuse to have lucifer show up nad beat the shit out of him.

but more on that later. charlie is the main character and she only gets the motivation to go full 'god mode' when sir pentious dies? even then she didnt do anything. dazzle ends up dying but oh well its fine (or razzle i cant remember). she stabs adam once and even then he beats her up more than anything. hes powerful yes but charlie couldve put up more of a fight

she even has a song in episode 7 about taking charge but honestly... she doesnt really do that. actually sir pentious had a better arc than her and we hardly see him throughout the entire show

sir pentious' death was fine we see him gearing up and it was kinda leading onto the big scene where he would take on adam but...

bro got obliterated in less than like a second and then adam made a joke off of it. tbh at this moment i started laughing so hard because goddamn was it hilarious but then you have charlie and the hotel mourning it like not even five seconds after- like half a second after the joke.

the tonal whiplash of that scene was just... ugh-

2. at the time they were already making plans about what will happen in the next few years of their career including the m word ehem ehem so. yeah he was overwhelmed and tired and he felt guilty of having to always leave oc + we know how oc is so empathetic so he also felt guilty that they have to carry his burdens as well ☹️

3. probably a month 🤨 but he didn’t actually want to break up with oc yk? it felt more like a thing that he had to do </3 so oc never suspected anything because the way he was acting towards them never changed. he wanted to hold on.

4. LMAOOOOO maybe in the future i’ll get around to that 🤞🏼 but tae was going through it for reaaaaal

5. he didn’t jump out the car to chase oc because him immediately changing his mind would’ve pissed oc off thinking that he was just playing a joke on their feelings and that would earn him a slap on the face 😭 he thought of that. and oc said they wanted to decide for theirself too :( so he wanted to respect that but he ended up becoming too much of a coward to reach out first after that bcs what if oc already decided that the breakup was for the best too 🥲 what if they hate him now 🥲 but he should’ve thought about it more from oc’s pov bcs they were suffering thinking that he alr gave up frfr </3

hmmm joon did talk to them about jk having a hard time, but during the breakup they did ask if he cheated so we know that they have this anxiety :( oc is just our bravest soldier who knows what they want and always tries their best to get it (him) 🫡

7. yea, the even when he gave u reasons to drabble was the first time they brought it up again :( after they got back together jk really made efforts to reassure oc and that’s partly because he did see how they became kind of timid when he expresses affection. (i.e., jk saying “i didn’t love you any less and you know that.” and oc not saying anything and walking away instead) (this shit still kills me today sorry)

8. this was oc’s bf before jungkook aka guy with the dirty nails aka the ex who cursed them out like crazy when oc broke up with him (called them a slut) AND ALMOST made oc delete jungkook’s first ever texts to them bcs they lowkey started believing him. (he makes me mad sorry)

9. heeee wanted to but oc has only tried flying out for the ptd la and vegas shows bc the circumstances before then were different :( they were balancing school and multiple jobs. and we know how hard oc studied. they were so committed 😭 but now they live together and oc has a stable job and everything’s just more flexible overall so going with him overseas when he has work there is easy and not a problem at all 🥺

figured id send something more positive too and i thought this might make you laugh, but im like slowly working on my fear of bugs and my arachnophobia and im trying to do so by like. this is so silly but ive been just like addressing bugs as little people. like i say hi to ants like theyre my homies and i talk to little pill bugs and beetles and stink bugs and moths, and im getting way better with bees!! bees used to scare me a lot but im getting a lot better with making myself relax when they fly by instead of freaking out because i know they wont just sting me unless i provoke them or make them scared, and ive even been able to like gently help some moths out when theyre in trouble or i see them hurt themselves :) even with the spiders thing ive been trying to slowly get more comfortable like... existing near them, kind of a "you stay in your space and ill stay in mine" and i used to talk to the spiders on my balcony and joke around like "i respect women at work so much godspeed women" @ the spider 😭 just thought this would make you smile :) also bug facts are super helpful!! actually learning about them and learning which ones are harmless or harmful and learning facts about them and learning that they wont hurt me if i dont hurt them has been so helpful :) just a silly little positive update :D im still scared, especially of spiders, but im trying my best!!! ❤️

waitttt thats so cute.. its true... bugs are like little guys. and hey the fact that youre tryna overcome your fear of bugs is already like massive and really awesome and brave. i know its hard cause my big sister has always been afraid of me and i know several people who will scream at butterflies or ants. i dont blame them for that tbh, everyones got their own phobias and icks and fears, but my respect for a person increases dramatically when they still try to be kind to those creatures regardless, they are trying to make it in this world as any other animal is (including us!!!)

and i agree that knowing more about bugs can help you be less afraid of them!!! im gonna say a secret and reveal that i didnt always like bugs lol. it wasnt until end of highschool/start of college that my interest really was sparked by them. the only experiences with bugs i remember really well from when i was young are when ants once climbed up my shoes and legs, being scared shitless of bees (and even more wasps), and being really grossed out by roaches. however, educating oneself does wonders, and it turns out that you can even discover one of your biggest passions through it!!!! like its a little crazy going from highschool (didnt like bugs) to going all the way to chicago just to see some of them. thats why at every opportunity i have i try to share my limited knowledge, others learn something new and i get a chance to nerd out!

just today i mentioned the sound of the cicadas while i was hanging out with my physics lab mates, and one of them was like "oh yeah i always wondered what those were, thought they were like grasshoppers or something. do they bite?" the answer is no, and its like wonderful that i know enough about cicadas to say that and maybe even soothe someones apprehension of them

about spiders, one little guy that ive heard helps people with arachnophobia are jumping spiders! theres a ton of videos on youtube about building little vivariums and habitats for them, and the spiders themselves are really cute. personally when i see a jumping spider i get really excited because they have awesome colors/patterns and theyre small and smart enough that i know theres no way they will hurt me. ive even tried to handle a couple of them (sorry spiders for bothering you) and they are just one of the most pleasant creatures ive met (they are pretty darty and they jump tho so it can be easy to get spooked when you dont expect it lmao)

so yeah, my hats off to you. since i started paying attention to bugs my life has gotten a little brighter (and its also inspired me to go outside more lolol). it makes me happy when my friends send me pictures of bugs because they think theyre cool or they wanna ask me what the bug is, because it means i have more chances to engage with the world of arthropods AND talk to my friends! maybe even make new ones! who fuckin knows

with his crazy racing schedule, he didnt get to spend much time back in estonia, which meant he didn’t spend much time with his girlfriend.

of course, he tried to fly home or fly her out to his races as much as he could, but she had a life outside of their relationship as well.

now, she stood on the gate from which the passengers of his flight were meant to come out. she picked on her finger nails anxiously, she really couldn't wait to see paul again.

her heart stopped as she saw him walk out, looking around before spotting her. the moment their eyes made contact, she ran towards his open arms. he spun her around before holding her close to his body, maintaining the hug for a few seconds before separating enough to kiss her lips.

“i missed you so fucking much” she said once they separated from the kiss, holding his face and carressing his cheeks. “I missed you more, love” he kissed her forehead. he slipped his hand into hers, intertwining their fingers to start walking towards the exit.

once they made it to her apartment, he plopped down on the couch, opening his arms towards her. they cuddled for a couple minutes before she heard his stomach grumble.

“are you hungry?” she asked, lifting her head up to face him “yeah” she left a kiss on top of his nose before standing up, gaining a groan from him. “no, don’t go” he whined “i'm going to make dinner, go shower” she laughed faintly, walking to the kitchen.

he did what she said, taking a shower to get all the travel tiredness off. as he walked out of the bathroom, a smile made its way onto his lips immediately at the sight of his girlfriend. she was singing quietly as she chopped up some vegetables.

she was genuinely the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.

he made his way up to her and hugged her from behind, leaving a small kiss on her jaw.

“do you need any help?” he asked “yeah, help me chop these so i can cook the meat.” she smiled up at him. “yes ma'am”

they spent a few minutes cooking together, laughing, stealing kisses and enjoying the feeling of being with each other once again.

as they sat down on the table, they started talking. they definitely had a lot to catch up on.

“oh my god, marko is driving me insane. he can't deal with the fact that im dating you! Its been a while, i would expect him to have moved the fuck on from the jealous best friend act. we literally stopped talking a while before we started dating.” she said. paul’s jaw clenched. he had never liked marko, even way before he started dating y/n. “we should stop by the shop tomorrow. he still works there, right?” she nodded “good, we can go tomorrow, say hi to him” his words made her roll her eyes playfully. “sounds good.” he smiled as well, moving on from the topic as he started talking about one of his races.

they cleaned up after themselves before going to get ready for bed, putting on a movie and laying down on the bed.

maybe -just maybe- they ended the night with even more kisses and faint touches, but believe me, they knew how much they missed each other when they fell asleep wrapped in each other's arms.

A movie you think is underrated - obliged to say An Elephant Sitting Still by hu bo bc i can never find it in dvd stores and i unfortunately honestly dont know if i will find a screening of it in a cinema available to me ever again but i dream of it

A movie you think is overrated - going to put two, one new and one classic. first one is parasite. im bitter abt this movie bc it was advertised like crazy and the reviews were so hyping and then i went and it was average. its not a bad movie but not only doesnt deserve the hype the hype ruined it for me bc if i went with the proper expectations i wouldnt have gotten so disappointed. a classic is alphaville of godard... obviously its a good movie and im sure it was groundbreaking at the time but by now the story doesnt feel as sophisticated bc this genre of story is at this point.. i wouldnt say overdone bc its still a great genre but its not fresh or suprising by now without making it more complex. this movie felt like a blueprint to the 1984 book soviet dystopia genre so it didnt keep up with the times. many classic movies are still exciting and fresh just like when they came out including other movies of godard but this isn't one of them. but i can also see how it was probably one of godard's top commercial movies, bc it was easier to digest and more basic than his other work

A movie you like but wouldn't recommend - stalker of tarkovsky and tarkovsky movies in general bc i think it would probs be boring to most ppl (its slow and not much plot) + tarkovsky movies r slow and the kind of movies u have to watch in the movie theater

A performance you think is underrated - Vicenç Altaió (yeah had to google this one) in story of my death by albert serra. his acting was insane. probably one of the best acting perfomances ive ever seen, specifically the toilet scene stuck with me. so it's a period movie about casanova. there a scene in the movie that all of it is just him taking a shit. and of course it sounds goofy but it was actually a really human and sensitive depiction and his acting was so natural i completely forgot i was watching a movie. he really made this scene what it is. and tbh i think even from those other photos u can see what i mean on him

A movie made better by the ending - only thing that comes up in my mind is barton fink of joel coen.. i can barely remember this movie bc i watched it years ago but (spoilers) i can just remember there was a twist in the middle that flipped the whole movie on its head and it was super enjoyable. besides this i cant think of anything

A movie ruined by the ending - the holy mountain of jodorowsky... at the time i watched it i was so disappointed by the ending it was so anticlimactic. i think he thought he did something but it just didnt work. (might be spoilers) same vibes when a story pulls "and then he found out it was all a dream". like.. in this case it just didnt feel fitting it was disappointing. but i watched it years ago so i wonder if i would feel the same now

A movie you never get tired of talking about - drive my car by ryusuke hamaguchi. its fun to talk abt this movie bc even tho there are a lot of themes and details that make it what it is, its not too complex to not be able to grasp and pinpoint them. so its complex enough to be a good movie but not too complex to not be able to talk abt it, both abt the good and bad things (bc there r also choices the director made that i dont like). and there's also so much to talk abt that stems from this movie not only in the movie itself but also what it shows abt japanese cinema, contemporary japanese cinema/this generation of japanese directors versus the previous generations. also i love this director in general i recc all his movies

oh yeah phil didn't get his position from his father! he became the consil all on his own merit. that's something you'll learn more about later on :)

the thing is is that phil is smart. he is cautious and knows when not to overplay his hand, and he also understands what moves need to be taken to progress the game. he knows his power and wants wilbur to have that as well.

niki is definitely the favored and expected heir. in a way, this is more her birthright than anyone else's. she's trained for this her entire life, and even if she has her doubts, she wants to believe that she's the best choice for the role. and the desire for power is there. it's been there since she was a little girl.

LMAOOO that's the real question here, how would quackity wear the coif under the crown. alternate universe where quackity realizes that he'd have to take the coif off if he ever became king and immediately decides he doesn't want it

(he is extremely clever and ambitious though. he knows what he wants and he is going to find a way to get it)

sam definitely still values phil's advice, but he's having a sort of... mid life crisis of sorts where he's realizing just how much of his rule has been dependent on phil. he's trying things out for himself, but he's not really sure what the long term effects can be. it's very dumb of him, in all honesty.

as always cbmthy is so good and i'm so happy reader finally had some good moments with bas and that azriel was finally not being a complete dick. i just need her to keep her toes straight in her shoes now like girl he just smiled please breathe. this is worse to read knowing he can tell all her reactions to him. but i actually like bas, he seems good for her but im scared he might have ulterior motives, az not liking him could be just jealousy or whatever makes him always assume reader is doing something wrong but it could also be his spymaster senses tingling so idk

i didnt expect her to tell azriel about her powers like this honestly but i wish he didn't go full spymaster mode when he heard, he could have at least told "that's cool" or something. and he needs to stop talking to her like a child, boy you had your fingers inside her a month ago please stop. also reading the whole book through just to make sure is wayy too far, i wonder if the ic know he's treating her like this, even rhys would probably think it's too far. but her telling her him about her very important powers and her brain was just going "dick dick dick dick" was so funny. like i kinda get it, being locked in a room with azriel sounds amazing but i still need her to get it together (ik she has a massive praise kink though, good for her me too). im intrigued to see what will happen after the fortnight passes. will she figure something out or tell them or will azriel end up telling them? what if az tells them before the fortnight passes? i'll stab him with truth teller actually.

azriel not even knowing she liked science or that the orrery was hers is such a bitter reminder that he does not give a fuck about her, like his shadows have to have told him something. he gets on my nerves but i think we did see regular az a bit more in this chapter and that gives me hope. especially when he laughed when she said she slapped eris, that's my az but then she kinda ruined it by staring (and im kind of with az on this one because as much as i dont want him to be an asshole to her, every time he's nice she goes crazy and ik that's uncomfortable from personal experience)

also the book at the end is eris isn't it? im excited to see what they get up to, it's also very funny that azriel went through all that trouble and eris still got to her. and now she's not going to tell him about it because he's an asshole, that's what you get 🤷‍♀️
