aight with the trivia about angel and husk's romantic preferences and the inclusion of vivz saying "angel is meant to get a love interest," if it's not husk then brooo we haven't even met the love interest yet. but i'm betting (ha) on husk cause

husk is apparently "sweet" and "cuddly" but only with a significant other

husk values consent

angel wants "a solid relationship built on respect, with someone who values him"

angel apparently finds "someone masculine" and "other gangsters" attractive

husk is described as being "angel's best friend"

vivz wants to "make sure their relationship has the time to develop" but didn't indicate of that was platonic or romantic

they're at least meant to be BFFs and husk is literally angel's type, values consent (the opposite of Val), and they were really given each other the eyes by the end there. if that isn't leading up to huskerdust i'll eat a hat

I actually find it really bizarre and counter intuitive that clinically speaking, you cannot legally be diagnosed with a personality disorder until you're at least 18. The reason given for this is because "the personality has not fully developed before this age" like ???

Ah yes, my favorite strategy. Not diagnosing the problem until it's already been virtually cemented into your brain for life! Wouldn't it be easier (and more painless) to address the problem before it's fully developed?

i am actually glad that fionna's finally starting the part of her character arc in the last ep that involves seeing the people and creatures she fights (and usually kills) as actual living beings and not just video game NPCs or something. she was shown to be brash and physical with others since the first ep, and while i'm not gonna sit here and say she should be more dainty or some other crap like that, i am glad she's finally starting to realize how her actions affect other people and that the reality of the multiverse is sinking into her. interesting stuff!

thinking more about Eddie and. I truly think he doesn't know what to do now that Christopher is growing up. He knows how to parent a kid but not a teenager. That's why he deployed Buck to talk to Chris about his relationships. He hasn't dealt with Christopher eventually leaving him (and I don't mean a potential temporary trip, I mean Christopher going to college, moving out, etc.), he hasn't dealt with his feelings about Shannon, he is still stuck in the past where Christopher needs him every single day and he is a grieving single father, so anything outside that framework is strange and frightening to him, which is why he can't connect with Christopher after Christopher sees Kim, nor can he let Christopher figure out his own emotions (and it makes total sense that he wants to know if Chris is okay! I think he is giving Chris some space and time here, but I also think he wants Chris to be okay sooner than Chris might be) and he has to bring Buck on again to try and talk this out with Chris

also also I know everyone likes to talk about how good of an archon Venti is because he left mondstadt to do its own thing and hey look Zhongli's doing the same now with his retirement but I also like how the story shows it isn't without flaws, with so much freedom in the city it's all too easy to take control with power, Mondstadt's people may be free but they also don't have a god to actually uphold the ideal they stand for and how personal freedoms conflict, discrimination(eg. against Eula and her clan) is allowed because the people are free to do whatever they want, the fatui really wormed their way into mondstadt during the webtoon + nearly did with Davalin bc the people of mondstadt do whatever they want so Jean is overworked and the knights are ineffective(according to Diluc), and how mondstadt might have been the least free place for the common people during the Lawrences rule despite being the region governed by the archon of freedom

Zhongli at least first tested his people were ready before retiring, Venti kinda acended, organized a bunch of celebrations for his people, then left them to have fun with their newfound freedom only interveining when things get really bad

HIII hi hello :33 i do actually have a few sea creatures! i answered another ask about it a little while ago:

BUT i have some more and i'll take any excuse to talk about my beasts. first off a bit of backstory tho:

cassandra had a fairly recent worldwide extinction event (around 12-15 kya) that was pretty devastating to the various biospheres and almost caused the extinction of the human race as a whole. there used to be a LOT more megafauna and a lot more ancient species that simply couldn't hold on through everything that happened. hence why the only hexapodal sea life are whales and probably a few small things digging around somewhere. ANYWAY.

whales! a few species of carnivorous whale that live around promethea, the most widespread being the striped whale and the dwarf whale. the striped whale lives in the northern ocean (off the coast of cadaver's domain) and hunts almost anything, including the coastal cliff dweller pegasi. dwarf whales are much smaller and hunt in pods, eating mostly fish. speaking of fish

most of them look about like this! these are just two examples, and i used to have more art of them but i can't for the life of me find it, so this is all i have for now LOL. they're technically more closely related to cassandra's arthropod equivalents, but theyre kind of all their own weird thing. i love them.
