yknow i dont go here but sometimes i gotta go: seriously respect clowns. they have the worst pop culture representation in the world and also the best most thorough honor code. they're just here to be silly little guys who bring joy and are very conscientious about doing so responsibly. let them to their merriment in peace you dont hafta take potshots. i dont go here but like maybe i should, you all seem super chill

Hey if Hazel, Dev, and the gang play DnD, what do you think they would play as.... and how who would be the fortunate(or unfortunate) DM?
When I was 10, my older brother would play massive D&D campaigns in the living room. He tried teaching me the mechanics but it was too much and too boring for my small brain. Instead, I was far more fascinated with things like Warrior Cats.
Apparently Warrior Cats has a d&d game though. So. The kids would all play that instead!
Dev would eventually be roped into joining. Mainly because when you're sitting with a table of kids doing storytelling, you end up getting very invested, and very frustrated when they make the very wrong choices!!!

I’m rewatching the companions’ breakup/makeup dialogue like “they would not ****ing be that emotionally mature”:
Preston should give an over-rehearsed spiel and then completely withdraw. Just be 100% emotionally unavailable for in-game weeks.
Piper should be wittily avoiding her feelings (and trying to spare yours) until it’s unclear whether she’s taking this seriously at all.
Hancock should be suave but quietly paranoid you’re going to forget him and find someone whole.
Curie should be completely incapable of setting boundaries with you, and/or cry a lot.
MacCready should unfavorably compare you to his wife.
Cait should imply that she’s going to get back into drugs or worse, to see if you care enough to stop her.
Danse should be panicking and aggressive because he feels like he’s losing the only proof his life has value.
And Gage should cuss you out to convince himself he never cared that much anyway.
(This post is a joke and I could list at least 20 reasons these shouldn’t actually be in the game.)

Paladin!Nezha, just because he seemed to have caught the interest of some peeps when I mentioned that he'd be a paladin.
Tried a bit of a different brush style and I'm not sure if I'll ever do it again cuz omg that took way too long for my liking-
Also I'm so not used to drawing armor, so I'm tryna force myself more out of my comfort zone rn by trying my hand at other designs fhgnfhgnf I really wanted to keep some kinda Lotus petal theme on him though. so he somewhat got that going still :D
Decided not to do a bloody version- Not on this one at least- Mainly cuz I wanted to play around with his design-

scrapped huecember piece!
really liked the idea of alphamon looking upon a stained glass imperialdramon mural, but wasn't happy w the approach. hope one day i can come back to this idea with a fresher composition!
really wanted to highlight their dynamic of founder and leader, which has always intrigued me 🥹 but future me will have to make it better! i know the rk's headquarters is usually depicted as gold 01 binary wallpaper like in x-evo, i like to think they have a snazzy castle haha

Piper and Danse friendship is like the platonic version of that married couple where the husband says nothing and the wife is the chattiest most extroverted person and you cannot imagine how they found each other let alone end up as a pair.
But like he knows her favorites and the one joke, the one time you heard him speak mind you, he made had her dying with laughter cause it was specifically for her. Or she can tell exactly how he’s feeling despite the same expression for every emotion and you swear she made a comment and try corners of his mouth lifted.
Like they are those two that bonded not because they were alike but because they were so different what they did like together made them grow much closer.
