LOVING your fantasy au, has Home tried to attack or steal the soul of anyone in the party without Wally's permission? What happens then?
not really! i think when Wally first joined there must've been at least One instance where a Neighbor went down, and Home was automatically like "oh cool free snack" and Wally had to shut that shit down quick
but after a nice explanation of "these are our friends / they're off limits" then Home (begrudgingly) backed off. at this point in time Wally & Home are already close enough that Home somewhat respects Wally's wishes
#they don't like Wally's friends very much tho lol#it takes them a veeeeryyyy long time to warm up to the neighborhood#and it isn't until after the Reveal that home outright starts liking some of them#i like to think that home finds sally & frank amusing#doesn't like barnaby tho due to how barnaby keeps saying 'MY best friend or MY little buddy-'#and acts like there is no one who understands / knows / is as close to wally as barn is#home just... gets a little territorial! and lowkey views wally as their uh... not property but its a similar vibe#there's a bit of an ownership thing going on which is understandable! home is wally's patron! thats Their lil warlock!#like even in the big 'wally is a warlock and hey home exists' Reveal#when home is eating just. So many people and wally's friends attack them#home pretty much ignores the neighborhood. it's watching them soooo unimpressed and vaguely annoyed#but it doesnt eat them and tries not to hurt them! wally asked home not to so home won't!#wally loves and cares for them so home has to put up with it!#rambles from the bog#wh fantasy au#home when wally decided to stick around: NOOOOOO NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO#hard cut to home seething as wally sits at a campfire listening to terrible singing and laughter & tries to chime in#they had a good run of just the two of them on the road. seeing the sights#wally spending most nights curled up on home's (house-form) floor instead of in a tent#sighhhhh those were the times... #glass animals#honestly i wore out dreamland sm my brain took a lonnng break from expecting anything from them?? idk i’m just huh????#like….. when i say wore out#i cannot describe how much i listened to it#i usually have some vague idea even if it’s a ridiculous number#like 52 times in a month for an album or something (has happened)#i cannot recall w this#gonna say bc 2020 & they were Literally the last band i saw live. next morning everyone found out about everything annd lockdown. no joke#so it was big dreamland time when it dropped and revisiting their past albums when i broke out of its spell lmao#(pretty sure before that like january was when i listened to déjà vu 100+ times in a row tho so oop. it was a tough day lol)#anyway seeing this aww man. i really have had this band with me for a long long time. 🥹 i remember hearing gooey on the radio one night#driving home from work late @ night in 2014. the drive was so short i couldn’t be arsed to fish out my ipod & plug it in#sometimes so just popped on a good station i had preset. started the car and heard this *voice* and i was like who????#had to check the station bc it was an alt station and i thought i had it on another one which was fine i was just v confused#it was in the middle of the song & i was immediately anxious to know the name hoping i’d hear it & it wouldn't just flow into the next song#then the dj would pile the names together after x number of songs played bc i was tiired (but woulda stayed in the car ngl). got lucky &#ran inside to find it then yelled at my roommate the next day that she HAD to listen to it during a smoke session after work#(i was right & it blew her miiind)#god. what a fucking time. what a fucking band. idk what the disc horse is surrounding them now since they blew up via tiktok#i’m sure people are v quick to say they’re overrated bc of that but idk & i’m glad i don’t know. they’ll always be this#highly inventive incredible band i stumbled upon for the perfect night drive home after a long long shift#a band that came back from a Horrible accident that should have ended 1 of their lives & somehow didn’t & should have ended them#as a band (like still cannot believe Joe was drumming in 2020 & i saw it with my own eyes like how tf???!?)#a band deserving of all of its successes. glass animals forever

I feel like art or writing wise for me Kenny is either pretty expressive or not very expressive at all. In heavy moments, he's not very expressive, like if you wanted to picture things the same as in my brain, that's how it'd be. With Kyle it's expressive either way, bright when happy, very visibly upset and pissed when... upset and pissed lol.

i'm thinking asakiku modern au where arthur has an horror/supernatural related podcast in which he talks about different spooky things and have people working in the paranormal field as guests, he even record past midnight (for the mood™) and sometimes he makes live sessions where he accepts calls from his followers to share anecdotes or answer questions.
he is very popular and enjoys a lot.
one night in one of those live sessions he gets a call from a someone who claims to live in a "haunted shrine" where he's the priest (or is preparing to be the next one) and he hasn't been able to sleep thanks to the noises he hears at night and various "strange happenings" that happen during the day.
arthur is intrigued.
so the stranger invites him to visit and see, he isn't afraid whatsoever just wants to know if there is anything that can be done.
"my name is kiku honda, by the way, please if you can come and help us"
and arthur finds himself unable to say no.
days later he goes to the shrine (the address given by this kiku honda via dm) to, honestly he isn't even sure what he expect to find but he is very interested in the case and is sure this will bring very good numbers to his channel ("urban explorations" being that trendy and all)
upon arrival, he encounters the aforementioned man who had been waiting impatiently for him (if arthur is dazed by his cute eyes and easy smile, his jet black hair and perfectly ironed traditional clothes that look great on him, he doesn't t show it) kiku explains the kind of work he does at the shrine and how it has been almost abandoned for the last few years since the death of the last priest.
"abandoned? i imagine that's an urgency and the reason why you need to be preparing so many people at the same time" arthur explains more to himself
"what do you mean, mr kirkland?"
"oh, please just call me arthur" he asks, feeling strangely embarrassed "and you know, i've been seeing many priests and other men going up and down the aisles since i arrived, must be quite bussy in here since they didn't come to say hi, your kind sure are quiet and reserved people am i right?"
the joke dying in his lips seeing the change of expression in the opposite.
"arthur..."
"yeah?"
a silence accompanied by a chill.
"i live alone at this shrine"

.
.
that day arthur, not only learned that all his work in previous years had led him to the right place at the right time but also learned that maybe, and only, maybe, he could "see things" , and that made him rethink his entire existence.

finally got the binding of isaac like a billion years late lmao
i wasn't really feeling it much at first, like it's fun but Very Confusing, and then i realized "ohh, this is a game where you may need to have 2000 wiki tabs open to really understand. like terraria. i get it now!" and NOW i'm getting into it properly lol

Went to a therapist today for the first time in a few years! They’re nonbinary and a year younger than I am (💀) but they took me seriously when I described my Issues (I’m mostly there for ADHD reasons…family things will have to wait) and seemed on board with pursuing a diagnosis so I’m really hopeful, genuinely
#they’re also like a full head shorter than I am#I picked them bc their gender yeah#and I’m their bio they sounded like my kind of nerd#I’m not there for gender stuff cuz I’m actually pretty ok with where I’m at with that#but I think the fact that they’re also nb makes it easier cuz like they get it even without me hashing it all out LOL#and ofc bc more similar life experiences#I had been vaguely worried that we might be TOO similar but they’re professional and capable and clearly know their stuff#so I’m hoping it’ll be all good#me stuff#I really can’t believe I finally got past the executive dysfunction well enough to actually start treating my executive dysfunction lmao#also I filled out the paperwork before the appointment and they were AMAZED that I did#I have gotten a good grade in therapy for the week LOL

i'm assuming you're asking if i'm a DID system (?) and no, i'm not. i just like to visualize the stuff that happens in my brain, and since i spend so much time on here it usually ends up kinda like a script? i think it's a symptom of making so many comics... lol. i was actually gonna draw the last one out—still might tbh—but i don't have the motivation atm.
i basically just treat all my favorite characters like they live literally rent free in a big spaceship in my head. it helps me write ideas down sometimes actually, kinda rp style.
anyway, not a problem at all, i'm just a funny little space guy going on and on about my obsessions. either way i'm glad my shitposts are relatable to you, dear anon.
