hiii!!! i’m new to tumblr and i want to start writing fics of my own, do you have any tips that you don’t mind sharing ? i love ur work btw <333

hi !! welcome >< i’m half asleep right now and i may have to reblog this later but this is advice i honestly follow myself & it may not work for you but i’ll try anw !!

the most important thing is writing for yourself. if you write with the mindset to make others happy by only writing popular trends or things that’ll get you a quick 1k, you’ll ruin the experience for yourself. this isn’t to be confused with wanting recognition and circulation for your work, but rather enjoying your own writing and writing what you want to write.

don’t be afraid to switch fonts, sites you write on, documents, etc. sometimes i start a fic on google docs and end up finishing it in tumblr drafts because that’s the only way i’ll get it done.

if you’re stuck on certain parts of fics or you have writer’s block, step away from the wip for a while and try to approach it with a new mind. sleep on it !!! and if you’re still stuck, maybe your block is around to stay for a while and that’s okay. don’t force it. take a break and read some fics, see how other people write similar content, etc.

your outline doesn’t have to be perfect. it’s the first draft. it can look like whatever. most of my outlines are literally just “he said, she nodded, enter more poetic words here.” also, make as many drafts as you need. sometimes when i start a new draft, it’s refreshing and i look at my fic with fresh eyes.

try your hardest not to compare yourself with other writers. your writing doesn’t suck and no one is better than anyone. it’s fanfiction and it can be anything you want.

create your own writing speed! some writers write fast, and some (like me) are slow. fandom has changed a lot over the years and a lot of people think that fanfiction is supposed to be shucked out almost everyday. this is not true. back in my day we used to wait a whole year for a new chapter to be released. fanfiction is a treat, not a necessity. if anyone tries to rush you, tell them they can live without it lmao.

set boundaries on your blog and don’t be afraid to enforce them.

as for traction, this is a hit or miss for everyone. whether we like it or not, we are content creators and want recognition for our hard work. my only advice is to not rely too much on tags, and open taglists. don’t tag blank blogs as they 100% won’t reblog your work. give little sneak peeks, build excitement for your fics like a whole album release SJSJSKSK

for aesthetics, formatting, and such: make sure your work is neat, and easy to read. hit enter every now and then so your paragraphs aren’t too long (i can show you my favorite format if you want, just ask!) avoid using small font throughout the entire fic so it’s easily accessible to people with vision problems (like me), and make sure to include important content warnings at the beginning.

if you’re writing for a certain type of reader, make sure to include that too. if it’s not poc friendly (includes fair-skinned indicators such as blushing, redness, red bruises, pink coochies, etc.), tag it in the cw. don’t use afab!reader and fem!bodied reader tags if your reader is coded as cis. people have said this is incorrect and you’ll want to avoid that. female/fem!reader will do.

i won’t give advice on how to write your fics as i fully believe everyone writes different, but the best advice i can give is that avoid repetition and play around with words. google pretty ways to say different shit. (you know the whole instead of “‘good morning,’ she said, entering the coffee shop.” try “‘good morning,’ she greeted as she stepped inside the coffee shop, joining the queue with the other exhausted 6:00am commuters.” OR SMTH IDK I CANT ACTUALLY WRITE DKDKDK

there are lots of writers who will beta for you if you’re familiar with them and you ask nicely/be mindful of their busy schedules!

i’ve run out of things to say but i hope these help and that you enjoy writing. it can be really fun, but also super stressful at times. just take your time and go with the flow. good luck babie !!!!!

Okay, since I’m ahead on my count (since I’m playing on easy mode and shooting for 333 words/day, lol) I took the day off to get my outline together.

That is, the outline I’m writing after the fact, by reading and summarizing what I’ve already got down.

It doesn’t really go anywhere, since she just turns back and grabs the bag??

I think it was mostly intended for humor purposes -- like, I enjoyed the idea of her dramatically storming off and having to turn around in embarrassment a second later

BUT

What if there were consequences? What if she’d lost the bag? Think of the potential DRAMA

And THEN I started thinking about themes and stuff, and thought -- what if the bag was stolen?

... okay this is where I would put in a second readmore if possible, bc I’m about to talk about plot and spoilers and big-picture theme stuff and it’s gonna get LONG.

So part of the main story is how Mads has a kind of codependent(?) relationship with Paige. She follows Paige no matter what, will do anything for her, and doesn’t know how to deal with anything without Paige. Idk if it really qualifies as codependent bc Paige isn’t acting the same way; she notices the behavior and is a little uncomfortable with it, but isn’t sure how -- or if -- to address it. But either way, Mads has some Issues.

Through her quest experiences and meeting various characters, Mads learns about boundaries, communication, and how to have a healthier friendship -- for her sake and Paige’s. It’s like a team-building exercise! But in a magic forest. With mortal peril. And also a giant spider.

Anyway! The codependency issue is a running conflict.

It's especially relevant in chapter six, because Paige & co literally ditched Mads in the middle of the quest, leaving in the middle of the night. For Reasons. And left a note trying to convince Mads to go back to town and let the Chosen One handle this.

Predictably, Mads freaks tf out and runs after them anyway.

Which makes me think.

Metaphorically speaking, Mads doesn’t have the “tools” necessary to cope without Paige, and has to learn how to deal.

(In a later chapter she also realizes she has zero wilderness survival skills, which she also needs to work on.)

And in a literal sense... if you want keep someone from following you, taking their bag full of Very Important Supplies with you is a pretty good way of ensuring that they can’t go on.

So what if the others take her bag with them the bag? Mads deciding to follow the others anyway becomes even more irrational. Higher stakes, more danger. She has additional reason to accept help from that new ally (who, btw, is Max!).

And later, when she decides to be proactive and asks Max to school her in Wanderwoods survival, I can use the replacing of the backpack to structure their lessons. He’s helping her assemble a “toolkit”, teaching her to use each item as they put it in her new Survival Pack.

In the less literal sense, hanging out with Max and learning how to be a friend without your life orbiting the other person helps Mads fill in a friendship/social skills toolkit she can use when all the characters reunite.

I’m just -- it works!! It meshes!! Everything’s coming together!!!!!

Navigating relationships and learning survival/coping skills, in a literal and metaphorical sense, is a such an important part of what I want this story to say. I think this could be an elegant way to drive the point home, and I’m excited to see if I can make it work!

Gray watched over the courtyard, looking down on it from high up in one of the towers. He enjoyed just watching, a lot of the time. Watching over his people made Gray feel at ease, and it reminded him what his purpose was.

A small commotion caught his eye. He looked in a corner to see Juvia. She was training with a water magic teacher they found nearby for her. Gray silently commended her for still wanting to stick to her training, even in a foreign land.

After a few moments, he realized his eyes had been stuck on her. He'd never seen anyone move like that before. Every move she made had purpose, and it was all one continuous flow. Nothing was ever harsh and brute. Everything seemed carefully thought out and smart. She was moving like she was actually water. Gray's eyes widened when he saw her defend an attack by turning her body to water, and letting it flow right through her.

"She's intense." Gray jumped at the sound of Ur, his trainer's, voice. He looked over his shoulder and saw her standing right behind him, peering down into the courtyard just as he was.

"Who is?" Gray played dumb.

Ur rolled her eyes. "We both know who I'm talking about."

Gray paused. "Yeah. She's intense." He said, quietly.

"I've been observing her fighting style since she began training. I even sparred with her one time." Ur walked over and stood beside Gray at the window.

"You did? When?" Gray looked at her.

"You wouldn't know. You've been too busy sulking about this damned wedding to even take a second to notice her until now." Ur remained looking out onto Juvia.

"That's not true!" Gray defended.

"Yes it is." Ur said, immediately. "Everyone has been telling you to give her a chance, but you haven't even tried. What good is a lord that won't listen to his people?" She finally made eye contact with Gray.

Gray stood and thought for a moment. He supposed Ur had a point. It wasn't that Gray necessarily had anything against Juvia herself, it was just what she was there to do. He didn't want to take a wife. Because of this, he seemed to be ignoring Juvia altogether, for the most part.

"I've seen the way she looks at you and speakes to you." Ur spoke again. "I'm not sure what it is, or what you did, but she seems to adore you. Don't tell me you haven't noticed?"

Gray paused. He really hadn't thought about it. He didn't think about Juvia at all, actually. "No." He said simply. "I haven't."

"Well you should at least give her the courtesy of attempting to spend time with her." Ur said.

For a moment, Gray wanted to argue back, but he decided not to. "You're right. Thank you, Master Ur."

"I'm always right." She ruffled her hand through Gray's hair before turning around and walking out the door.

Gray smiled admirably at Ur as she left the room. She was his master and like a second mother to him. When he was little, he wanted to be just like her when he grew up, and now that he was practically grown, he still found himself having that same dream. She was his absolute role model. After thinking fondly of Ur, he looked back down to Juvia, still training as hard as ever yet didn't seem to be breaking a sweat.

He continued to be hypnotized by her motions and fluidity. The teacher they found for Juvia was considered to be the best water mage in the north, but he and Juvia seemed to be neck and neck. As he watched her, he thought back to Ur's words.

It truly seemed he really wasn't giving her much of a chance.

Juvia panted heavily as the spar between she and her trainer closed.

"You're just as all the stories say." Master Syrio said with his foreign accent, his breath not quite as heavy as Juvia's.

"So Juvia has heard." Juvia grabbed her water bottle and began chugging.

"You certainly did not disappoint me, rain drop." His lips curled into a genuine smile.

"Nor did you, Master Syrio. Juvia has heard tales of you as well." She matched his grin.

"I'm glad. I look forward to teaching you in the future. Though I don't know how much my expertise will help, since it seems you are already familiar with the Water Dance of Braavos." He nodded, in a way of acknowledging her technique.

"Yes. It is not only the origin of water type magic, but it is its truest form as well. Juvia's teacher in Riverrun studied it for almost all his life but never actually got to sail to Braavos and practice it in its native land. Juvia is looking forward to learning it from you, someone who is actually from the beautiful city." She smiled, imagining her old teacher. Her master Mercuphobia was the most extraordinary man she ever met. He was an incredible wizard, teacher, and parental figure for her, since her father wasn't much of one.

"Mercuphobia is an old friend of mine. We've trained together in the past, actually. For a man as stubborn as him, he captures the flow of water more beautifully than anyone I've ever seen. Your style reminds me much of his." Syrio approached her.

"Well, thank you." Juvia nodded. "That means a lot."

"While your skill resonates much with Braavos, I can still see The Riverlands run thick through your veins." Juvia's smile dimmed a bit. While she was proud of her land, the thought of it didn't bring much joy to her. "The 'water body' spell you use was first discovered in Riverrun, though, I'm sure you already know this."

"Yes." Juvia nodded.

"It's quite an impressive spell. No one has been able to learn it for years. Not me, nor Mercuphobia." Syrio said.

"Yes, well, to master it you must be one with the water, and with the curse of the rain, water was certainly a great part of Juvia's life." She smiled sadly.

"But the rain in your life is no more, and the spell still stands." Syrio gestured his arms open, notioning to the sunny sky, a sight Juvia never got tired of looking at. "That is a testament to your ability, little rain drop."

Juvia blushed. Even as great as Mercuphobia was, he was never as generous in his praising as Syrio had been.

"Hello, Ser." Juvia turned at the sound of Gray's voice. Gray nodded to Syrio. "My Lady." He bodded to Juvia.

"My Lord." Juvia and Syrio greeted at the same time.

"Master Syrio, do you mind if I steal away my fiancée for the day." Gray said seriously. Juvia's blush increased tenfold. He'd never referred to her as his fiancée before.

"It is hardly stealing, My Lord." Syrio bowed and held an arm out to Juvia. "The Lady is yours."

"Thank you." Gray smiled. He then turned to Juvia. "Would you like to go for a walk?"

Juvia couldn't speak. She responded with vigorous nods.

"Alright. Let's go." Gray turned and began walking.

"W-wait! Juvia should bathe first. I've just been training for quite a while--"

"We're just going for a walk. No need to get all dolled up." Gray looked back slightly and shrugged. Juvia stammered for a bit, but followed along.

After a bit of walking and no conversation, Juvia finally asked. "Where are we going, Gray-sama?"

"The Godswood. Have you been there yet?" He raised a brow.

"No, but Juvia's been wanting to go." She replied.

"Well, you'll finally get to." Gray said, Juvia smiled back in response.

The Godswood was filled with dozens upon dozens of thick, old trees. She'd never seen anything like that before. It felt like she'd stepped foot in a time traveler and stepped out centuries earlier. It felt like she was in a fairy tale forest that she'd heard about as a child in stories. Not to mention, the forest was somehow warm, even at the wake of winter.

"This is incredible." Juvia said in awe. "Juvia's learned all the history of this place, but never actually thought it would live up to my expectations." She paused and did a few turns, taking in all of it.

"When I was little I used to think this place was haunted." Gray said with a chuckle, and Juvia gave a small laugh as well.

"Juvia can't blame you. This does seem all so much for a child." She noted how the trees draped over each other and seemed to fold in the most beautiful, perfect way.

"If you were so interested in this place, why haven't you visited yet?" Gray and Juvia walked over to a hot spring, and Juvia figured that was why the air was warmer.

"Before Juvia left for Winterfell, my father told me that Juvia should he introduced to the Godswood by a Fullbuster. If Juvia wandered in here on her own as an outsider, the gods would be irritated." She decided to sit on a nearby rock.

Gray snorted. "And you believe all that nonsense about the gods? The old and the new?"

Juvia shrugged. "Juvia knows that her father can be cruel, so she just follows his orders for the most part."

"Oh." Gray looked down. "I didn't mean to-" He stammered. "I mean I've heard about how your father is-- harsh."

"Oh, there is no need for Gray-sama to apologize!" She quickly defended. "Juvia didn't mean anything by it! And besides, Juvia is here with Gray-sama now, so I don't need to worry about my father's cruelty anymore." She sweetly smiled.

Gray furrowed his brows and looked away. "Yeah. Sure."

Juvia's eyes softened as she looked at Gray. Ever since he took the rain away, Juvia had been enamored by him. Everything she did was to get closer to Gray; she really could not get enough. She didn't know just what it was that got her so hooked, but what she did know that he was one of the only people to stick up for her like that, and he was the only person who'd taken her rain away. Unfortunately, Gray didn't seem to feel the same. Whenever she tried to talk with him, he usually kept up small talk for a short while, and then came up with an excuse as to why they had to part ways. She could tell he was annoyed with her, but she didn't mind. She adored him, regardless.

"So you don't ever think of going back home?" Gray finally asked.

Juvia shook her head. "No. Of course I miss the place, but the people, not so much."

"I could never do it." Gray looked down at the water.

"Do what?"

"Leave me home and be shipped off to marry a stranger." He said, bluntly.

Juvia shrugged. "My father always told me he'd marry me off as soon as he got the chance. Juvia's been prepared for this her whole life."

"Sheesh." Gray scratched the back of his head. "Your dad sounds swell." He said, sarcastically.

Juvia softly chuckled. "Like Juvia said, it doesn't matter anymore. Now Juvia has you!" She gave him an excited smile.

Gray didn't reply. He fought a small blush that lingered on his cheeks and kept his eyes on the water.

"But enough about Juvia's father." She followed Gray's eyes onto the water. "Your father, however, Juvia has heard he's a great man."

"He is." A side of Gray's lip curled up.

"Juvia can't wait to meet him."

"That'll be awhile." Gray sighed. "With this war going on, and all."

"Juvia is sure he is doing everything in his power to get back to Winterfell as soon as possible." She said, surely.

"Oh yeah?" He peered up at Juvia.

"Yes. If Gray-sama loves him so much, then Lord Silver must feel the same about him. Feelings are always connected between two people, no matter how far apart they may be. Since Gray-sama and Lady Mika and all of Winterfell's feelings are so strong, Lord Silver must be feeling that love. If Juvia had love like that, Juvia would do everything in her power to get back to it." She gave a reassuring grin to Gray who couldn't help but grin back.

"That's a nice way to look at it." He said. "I hope you're right."

"Juvia is certain about it." She and Gray exchanged grins. "Juvia wishes he could be here for the wedding." She looked up at the trees, imagining how their wedding would look under them. "Speaking of, do you know when our wedding is to be?" Juvia asked. Gray almost choked on air.

"No." He quickly said.

"Neither does Juvia. Maybe your mother would know?" She turned to him.

"Not sure." Gray avoided eye contact.

"Hm. Well maybe-"

"Look, I already said I don't know anything about the damn wedding!" Gray prompty stood from the rock and looked right at Juvia. "Our marriage is the last thing on my mind. I have much more important things to worry about." Gray began to walk away from where they sat, or more like stomp.

"Gray-sama, Juvia-" She stood up and reached out for him.

"Don't follow me." He turned his head momentarily before continuing his exit.

Juvia didn't say anything. She put her hand back down at her side and slowly sat back down. She remained in the Godswood for a little while. She sat and thought about Gray.

As soon as she began to melt the ice around his heart, he seemed to freeze it all up back again.

And she was determined to thaw him completely.

Ever since the Halloween party, Piper’s been talking to Jason a lot more than she did before, and she talked to him a fairly decent amount before the party. Of course, she’d gotten so ridiculously drunk at the party that she ended up puking so she apologized profusely to him for putting him through that, even though he’d wanted to stick around. (Oh man, he’s sounding cheesier by the second when it comes to her.) Since she’d been so wasted, he doesn’t want to bring up the dancing to her, especially since he’s convinced she’d only danced so close because she’d been so drunk.

Still, there’s a tiny part inside of Jason that hopes maybe she’d been aware of her actions even though she’d been drunk.

Jason’s always been a rule follower. It’s a fact, plain and simple. He sometimes bends the rules when they’re unfair or unjust, but overall he doesn’t dare break them. Especially when it comes to hockey. He’s not one to defy his coaches or trainers or talk back to his captains (before he became one, of course).

But now with the stupid no dating rule, Jason’s tempted to defy his coaches, which scares the shit out of him.

Annabeth swings a leg over Percy and leaves him stranded on her bed, his hands still fastened to her headboard. One second he was on top of her, kissing down her neck with the intentions of going far lower, and the next she had him flipped and restrained. Suddenly she was pressing down onto him and teasing him relentlessly, forcing him to beg for release (which she’d eventually granted, but only after making him beg). Annabeth and that damn tie.

BNHA “ask me” game

 So... I know this is not how this game is suppossed to be played, but I love making this kind of decisions/opinions and I just can’t wait for someone to ask me, so yeah 💪🙌😆🤗

OK this will be cool but long:

💫- What Quirk would you want (your own or existing in BNHA), and why?: One with heal power. Like “light” quirk, but not the physical type, instead, the kindness type one that reaches other’s souls and heals them from within <3 (I don’t think this is possible in BNHA world due to the lack of moral guilt villains have. It’s usually Deku who reaches other’s hearts and “others” are good people- who need to be rescued/heroes more often than not).

❇- Best quirk: OFA, of course. It gives you strengh and you can do a lot of things with that (so, speed too). Even better now that we know what he really stores, iykwim (last manga chapters, 213-5). The problem is how difficult it is to control...

🚫-Worst quirk (except Mineta): LOL. This is really difficult, they all can be used for something... Mt. Lady’s gigantification seems a little... how to say it? uncomfortable? Aoyama’s Belly Laser sounds like a pain: difficult to control and makes your belly hurt 😖 (it’ll be useful, but I wouldn’t like to have it).

😳- BNHA harem? 5-10 people: Not my thing, sorry.

👨‍❤‍💋‍👨- Fave gay ship/s: In this anime, I don’t have one (if the ship isn’t canon, I don’t ship it even if I like them, like what happens with Todomomo: I like it, but it’s not canon).

👩‍❤‍💋‍👩- Fave lesbian ship/s?: Same as last question. Until it’s canon...

💑- Fave straight ship/s?: Izuocha. Obviously (they are somehow canon. At least from Ochako’s part, but you know... pretty obvious they’ll be a thing by the end of the series...💗).

👌- Fave OT3?: Not my thing, sorry.

✨- Most underrated ship?: there aren’t many canon ships, but... I dare say Inko x his actual husband 😂😂 (yes, she has one, sorry, Toshinko shippers :c).

🎎- Most overrated ship?: Pff. Most homo “ships”, TBH x’D We all know fujoshis will conquist our world some day, just as cats are doing it...

👅- Most cancerous ship/ Shipping fandom: I don’t think there is a worst shipping fandom, ‘cause BNHA is one of the anime with more ships there. I think we all respect each other in that aspect even if we don’t like other’s ships, I guess (?)

🔫- Who would you kill?: MINETA. LMAO not really, but it’s the only character I truly dislike u.u

💍- Who would you like to marry?: Todoroki. His personality fits with mine, I’m like a mix of Deku and Ochako BTW. But I wouldn’t care if it was my cinnamon roll Deku 💗 Just, things would be very awkward if it’s just the two little shy emotional frikis we are (him being hero otaku and me just otaku in general) xDD

🥂- Date with?: Mmmm, Bakugo? I want to see that part of him X) (But I don’t think we get along very well, at least from his part, you know how he is... xD). Maybe Kaminari-chan. It’d be very fun 😄

🔭- Gaze with the stars with?: DEKU & AM. At the Seaside Park. Or with Ochako, she’d like it... :) Ahh, sweet moments...

🌸- Fave BNHA theory: I don’t like theories and I don’t want to know anything about them. I also have my thoughts, maybes & possibilities but I don’t like to speell them ‘cause they can become some sort of lucky spoiler (?).

🏞- Fave Arc in BNHA: Still soon, but I liked the Summer Camp + Rescue Bakugo Arc very much (I don’t take into account the arcs that are only part of the manga yet because if I dont watch them in the anime, I won’t know if I’ll feel the same about them. It usually gets better in the anime, with the coloring, special effects, music and acting, though).

🏝- Stranded on an island with?: Deku. He’s SO CREATIVE. He’ll totally think about how to go out there or just how to survive, at least. I’d helped, of course, but he’s so utterly dependable with making solutions for situations apparently imposible to overcome... O.O Bless him 🤗💫💓💓

🅰- Fave student in Class 1-A: DEKU (I think you all know by now). I also like Ochako very much. They’re my cinnamon rolls, so sweet, gentle and... just the best cuties out there c:

🅱- Fave student in Class 1-B: KENDO. She’s like an elder sister to Class 1-B, but also know their kids and help Class 1-A when Monoma is harrassing them LOL, she’s so mature and I’m very interested in her. She’s totally the supportive kind of girl <3

👄- Best girl?: Uravity/Uraraka Ochako.

🐼- Fave animal-related quirk: Mmmm... Hawk’s Fierce Wings, at least for the moment. I love birds and the freedom flying seems to make you feel.

⚠- Flaws of BNHA that you hate: It’s very fast sometimes, and also a little convenient at times (but it’s pretty easy to fall into this kind of flaws when you’re writing a shounen manga, yk).

🔱- Most fave class: Class 1-A. Our class! :)

⚓- Department/Team: I don’t really get what this refers to (sorry English is not my mother tongue). Like... the Big Three, the Wild Wild Pussycats, the Villain League...??? Like those groups? :( Maybe the Deku or Bagugo team/squad?

♣- Fave non-hero/villain character (civilian): If we’re talking about NOW, Toshinori, if he can be considered a civilian because, you know... But I always loved Deku’s mom and now I’m also interested in Tsukauchi with the Illegals manga going on <3 (Still, Dad Might surpasses all of you guys, haha, sorry not sorry).

👀- Who has the most beautiful eyes?: I like Deku’s and Ochako’s ones’ design. Deku’s are the brightest and Ochako’s the most girlish. Both are the cutest ones.

💀- Fave Villain?: (Bakugou? LMAO jk). Mmmmm. Gentle & LaBrava? Not really crimminals though... I’ll go with Kurogiri then... He looks like the father figure of the Villain League LOL He always try hard to help others staying calm and reasoning, particularly Shigaraki Tomura. It makes me feel guilty but I lowkey like that kind of relationships even if they’re bad news.

💯- Best Female Teacher: ... Not Midnight (not very interested in)... so... is any other woman teacher in the series yet?? xD The poor Masegaki Gakuen one seems like an underdog, gotta support her LMAO

👠- Best female fashion/costume: We could say Mina’s the most fashionable out of the girls. But I prefer Tsuyu and Hagakure‘s cute fashion (whenever one of them is wearing something LOL), being my favourite her cat-ears-hoodie from the movie.

About hero costumes, Ochako’s one is the cutest (special mention to the Fantasy RPG Game ending one. That’s the cutestest).

About hero costume, Deku’s one is the cutest and seems to be one of the most comfortable ones. Particularly the Betta one or the Gamma with the new airfoce support gloves. I don’t like the large ones design (but I know they’re important to protect his arms).

🗑- Who is your trash?: Mineta. I’m sorry, but... just, no. LMAO.

♨- Ship that you would go down to: “Go down to” = stop shipping them or support them even in the darkest moments?

If it’s the first, I don’t think I can do that until one of my ships show affection towards another person (for example, Kyoka-chan falling in love with someone who’s not Kaminari = I’d instantly stop shipping them if the other guy will be canon with her. If not, then there’s still a chance for KamiJirou, an so on). I stopped shipping ToshInko when I realized Deku HAS a father, almost instant moment I began shipping it LOL. (Still, Dad Might’s my favourite for Deku).

The fight vs stain was great too (and we’ll have to watch the Overhaul one in anime to judge it...).

🕳- Most shocking plot twist/unexpected scene: Deku freaking standing up against Muscular when he should be finished for right. It was indredible because I didn’t realized how much he had improved until then (even if it’s a typical emotional power up, I really didn’t expect him to have the energy, I swear O.O).

The first episode with AM’s true form was a comical one for this too, LOL.

Well, at least it hasn’t been confirmed yet, only heavily implied (honestly Mutsurie has been implied since the Auction arc)…sad thing is that back when Mutsuki was likable I used to kind of ship it. But now…

Urie deserves to love someone who truly cares for him and could actually give him a happy, stable life/relationship (because Saiko is totally filling the ‘Sasaki’ role for the Q squad now that Ken’s gone).

Also, I’m getting a bit tired of Kaneki making everybody’s relationships difficult. First it was Kanae loves Tsukiyama but Tsukiyama loves Kaneki but Kaneki loves Touka, and then Kanae DIED, and now Ishida’s going to replace that with Urie loves Mutsuki but Mutsuki loves Kaneki but Kaneki loves Touka? No.

The only thing worse than that would be Saiko loves Urie but Urie loves Mutsuki but Mutsuki loves Kaneki and so on and so forth… I seriously hope Ishida won’t do that. Not only would it be terrible for my feels, it would also be kind of ridiculous.

Though that freaking centipede was hands down the worst part of this chapter tbh

I’m really, really happy Yoriko’s alive, but this isn’t 100% fluff either because there are three questions I have now:

Since Yoriko appears to have both of her hands, whose hand did Mutsuki show Touka? (I just remembered that Torso cut off Mutsuki’s hands and put a wedding/engagement ring on one of them…ew. This is getting creepy)

Who was it that called Yoriko while she was out shopping?

Do the other two questions have anything to do with how somber Yoriko looks at the wedding, or is that just because of nerves (she does smile later on when throwing her bouquet, but…)?

The average human of your age requires at least 7.5 hours of sleep per night' but there’s also the rare, awkwardly sweet note- 'I’ll try to be back soon’,'stay safe’,'Your hair looks nice’ (when you cut it when he was at work and he came home when you were already asleep)

-Cookie’s actually nervous about making this relationship work and the sticky notes were inspired by advice from the internet.

-when it comes to school and studying, he’s extremely impressed with how many things you’re managing to do at once.Though he usually doesn’t express this openly he definitely lets you know when he’s proud of you.

-He helps you with Japanese when you need it.

-in social situations like parties, you usually stick together and don’t talk much to anybody else unless you’re with the other Q squad members (I think I remember you mentioning you’re an introvert?). Though it might not look like it, there’s a lot of banter in these situations and you almost always have fun together.

-Urie secretly likes your 'weird, slightly pervy’ jokes

-He probably has a secret sketchbook with dozens of pictures of you in it. His face when you somehow find it is priceless.

-At some point you turn him into Hamiltrash. When you try to tease him by asking him to rap Guns and Ships, he disappoints you by rapping the whole song perfectly. He also relates to 'The Room Where it Happens’ on a personal level.

-He doesn’t understand your manga/anime obsession. Especially when it comes to Love Live- one day you get him to watch the anime with you and he remains poker-faced the whole time (honestly he looks more interested in playing with your hair than watching the show). Burr would later be unable to look Lee in the eye lol. Seriously though, I ship this a lot. Burr is way too shippable ;-; Remember when I said I ship him with Eliza? The fic 'True and Earnest’ on ao3 is what really made me ship them but still (I totally recommend that fic you get the chance to read it because it’s just perfect. So sweet and beautiful <3 plus, there’s some implied Angelica/Alex at the end so everybody gets to be happy! :D)

I just wanted to ask, are you into the MCU fandom? Because I’m very deep into it…I haven’t watched the Iron Man trilogy or the Guardians of the Galaxy movies yet (though I have the latter on my computer and am planning to watch it soon) but I’ve watched almost all of the Captain America movies and all of the Thor and Avengers movies.

Honestly I have 0 problems shipping Cookie with anyone as long as they’re mentally stable. Hell, I’ll even ship him with Shuu as long as it means Urie would be happy. The amount of suffering in TG is starting to be too much. There is a fine line between ‘a little angst to keep the plot moving’ and ‘bucketful of angst because everyone shall suffer for no particular reason’. 

I read the new chapter myself (I always seem to do after you update me on the happenings hahah) and I am screaming. It’s like Ishida put a huge ‘No happiness allowed’ sign on his desk and looks at it every time he’s thinking of how to advance the plot. Sigh.

Honestly, it’s so heavily implied, I consider it canon. ‘I wasn’t going to come, but then I heard you’d be here’? Come on, Urie would never say that unless he really liked someone. 

Oh, what if Sasaki/Kaneki is Urie’s true love! I mean Saiko=Sasaki and he wanted to see Mutsuki since they might know about Kaneki’s whereabouts… Don’t mind me, I’m just trying to think of something, anything that doesn’t involve Mutsuki/Urie because that has become my ultimate NOTP.  But Saiko/Urie is very attractive…

Everyone loves Kaneki. Ishida lied to us, this is actually some sort of twisted harem/reverse harem manga that’s only full of suffering for the lols. When the end of the manga comes, it’ll turn out this is a stage play/movie/dream and that everyone is Kaneki’s classmates who have a crush on him, but he loves Touka, whilst she doesn’t give two shits about him. Yeah, that’d be a nice end.  Waaait a minute. That implies Urie will die ;-; Nooooooo, come one, the cookie deserves happiness, his life is a big enough shitstain already. 

The love relationships form a centipede. It’s like this a→b→c→d→e→f→g→h→i→j→k→l→m→n→o→Kaneki. 

I was studying biology this morning, and passed the Chilopoda unit. GUESS WHICH BUG WAS THERE. I WAS THIS CLOSE TO SCREAMING OUT LOUD BECAUSE FUCK CENTIPEDES.

a) Maybe it was Mutsuki’s hand? But the hand looked…. fresh, in lack of better expression. Who knows, maybe Mutsuki just chopped off a random person’s hand to use as bait. Honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me. 

b) I checked the panel, and Yoriko didn’t look alarmed or confused when she turned around, so maybe it was a random person she knew? Or someone from the CCG she met before? (what would they be doing in a wedding dress  shop, tho?)

c) I’ll choose to believe it was simply wedding nerves, because if it wasn’t the nervous, it was something else more sinister and there’s already enough suffering.

We all make mistakes when trying something for the first time, so it’s completely normal that you added too much water ^^ Now you know how much you should(n’t) add the next time you draw :p  Ah, that’s great to hear! Now you have somewhere to draw where it won’t be as bad as if you painted on normal paper.

We used to paint a lot with watercolours and temperas in elementary school, and my drawing always ended up being disfigured blobs of colour. So I’m sure yours are perfect ^^

The useless things I usually end up remembering are usually animal facts (and, for some ??? reason, heights and blood types of characters. don’t question it). Here are my proudest goldfish moments: Search for glasses for 15-20 minutes only to realise they were on top of my head all the time. Thinking I lost my ID only for it to be buried deep inside my bad. Finding a fork in my bed (I’m not joking, I somehow managed to leave a fork there for some twisted reason). And my favourite: Being late and looking for my shoe for around 5 mins to realise I already put it on. Yeah, I’m not very smart. 

Yes, Burr is very shippable. Musical Burr, at least. I ship him with Angelica, Eliza, Ham (to some degree) and Lee. Man, that’s a lot of Burr ships.

Honestly, no so much ^^;; I mean, I’ve watched the Iron Man (and went through the obligatory Robert Downey Jr. fangirl phase, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America (1st part) and Ant Man, but that’s it ^^;; However, I was planning on having a marathon during the summer, because I like superhero movies (that probably explains my obsession with BnHA which is a superhero manga.)
