My boss hasn’t shown up to the pool yet… I hope he drowns in his tub 🙈. I was talking to one of the other concierge’s who I haven’t seen in weeks and told her about what’s been going on and she told me about how our manager yelled at her once for being in one of the lounges (she was showing her husband the sky lounge) and he completely changed his tune after he’d noticed that it was her but she was just like “that’s really no way to speak to other people regardless of who it is. He’s always been really rude to others :(.” And yeah… it’s weird now. It feels as if he’s only coming to the pool to micromanage me and spy/get dirt on residents at the pool bro. It’s excessive and uncomfortable.

#rambling #he’s such a loser #she’s one of the in house concierges here and seems to know literally everything #I wish I could just go to her for help if I need it and ignore our boss 😭#also one of the other concierges is so sweet to me I’ll always appreciate her help!#she was the one who gave me the heads up on the low about them wanting to fire me over bullshit #I wouldn’t have even known if it weren’t for her #all of the concierges and maintenance workers are black and Hispanic while everyone else with higher positions are white and sneaky and it #they are racist too #sucks so bad #I was told some things and seeing how they’ve been behaving now I’m not surprised #wp wield the power they have like an iron fist man i hate working here
