EOVD Doodle Dump!

Today (the 30th) is the anniversary of me posting the first chapter of my fic, exes of varying degrees (wow!!) and for some reason, I haven't posted any of the art I've done for it despite drawing uh... QUITE A FEW PIECES while I was writing it!!! So I figured now was a good time to redraw some of them so I could post them all at once!

what the hell is going on with this movie why are there like 6 different side plots

i am so lost and its so convoluted what the hell happened to the primary plot being about his adopted family and learning to love them?????and breaking the cycle from his neglectful mother???? And why the hell do they always need some weird irrelevant minions sideplot??? For MARKETING??? SO many scenes wasted on them and then they were lazily tied in at the end so they had somewhat of a contribution?? I feel bad for the people who probably had to find some way to shove the minions in for promotional purposes.... i hate the minions so much dont even get me started but otherwise the visuals were drop dead gorgeous HOLY.... The animation is really amazing too good god... I love the use of 2d animation techniques being further used and emphasized more and more in 3d animation, like more extreme squash and stretch and smear frames too?? LOVE THAT,, plus He had WRINKLES!!! It looked SUPER great but suffers from cashcow disease please let this story rest you didnt even need a second one honestly... tldr DM4 plot was ass and overstuffed with stupid sideplots because theyre running out of ideas for a coherent main plot but the animation and art/visual direction was stunning

I'm obsessed with the idea of a mischief maker Astarion. Like, that man has spent so long without autonomy that he uses all of it just to be a chronic little shit. Imagine this: Astarion, bored, simply needs to cause mischief. His hands are twitchy and he simply cannot keep them to himself.

So he randomly gets up, walks over to where (probably Wyll) is like preparing vegtables for the night while Karlach stands beside him giving him terrible cooking advice. And Astarion just. Nonchalantly walks over, picks up a carrot, and walks away with it. Bites into it, too. Makes sure they see him do it. They know he doesn't need to eat it. He knows they know he doesn't need to eat it. He's a fucking vampire. But he does, and they can't do shit about it. Or like. He just walks up to Gale, plucks the book from his hands, and starts reading. Stretches out, gets comfy, makes sure to make use of all of Gale's one pillow (because you know Gale is the type of man to have only one pillow) And just. Doesn't say anything.

And what's Gale gonna do about it?? Get mad? Astarion doesn't care. It's funny.

Uhm uh uh...I have no excuse for this 😔 PPG self insert who is secretly an alien! I imagine her intro episode would have her having a little romance with the professor when he comes into a bookstore she works at/owns and the girls being (rightfully, given the prof's dating history) suspicious of her. Wacky capers ensue where they try to prove that she's up to no good, only to find that she genuinely is just chilling and wants to live a normal life on earth!

Well, normal as she can, now that she knows this family! I think she'd fit right in 😉
