I haven’t drawn Fake Peppino in AGES

For any Fake Peppino lovers out there that I’ve disappointed I’m so sorry- 💀🙇‍♀️

Anyways….this means have I changed how I draw him? Yes!

Look at the silly goober!! I may draw him just like this for now however…It was fun drawing him like the slimy disaster he was but it’s fine-…It always took a bit of time to draw those 🤷‍♀️

One of the best Voyager scenes to indicate Tuvok & Neelix's dynamic and how I think Tuvok is just as if not more 'annoying'(positive) than Neelix is when Neelix pours Tuvok a fresh squeezed glass of a fruit juice blend and Tuvok's like (paraphrased) "I don't want to drink this." and Neelix is like "Can you please try it?" and Tuvok's like "I don't want to, you're really bad at this sort of thing. It's going to taste bad." and Neelix says that Ensign XYZ said she LOVED it, she even had a second glass! And Tuvok says Ensign XYZ could drink poison without a second thought and Neelix is like "Tuvok could you please just TRY it? Just try a little SIP of it PLEASE??" and Tuvok sighs and rolls his eyes and sniffs it before taking a sip and it turns out he loves it. Turns out it tasted good actually. And then after all that Neelix tries to talk to him over eggs (which he's again cooking fresh for him) and Tuvok tells him he doesn't wanna hear "the life history of his breakfast." Absolutely insufferable this man I would have burned his eggs on PURPOSE!!!!

Hii! Your hcs are lovely and I like how you portray everyone. If it's okay with you, can I ask for some ASG hcs with Angeal and Sephiroth managing to make Genesis blush? I think it wouldn't be an easy feat so the times they do it is remarkable for everyone hehe

ahdjdj tysm anon! :) omg i’ve never actually thought about it, but now that i do i definitely think it would be a bit of a rarer sight! you are so right!

instances in which i think angeal and sephiroth can make/have made genesis blush:

- since he admired sephiroth when he was younger, it probably would’ve been a bit easier for sephiroth to make him blush closer to when they first met, primarily whenever sephiroth would give him any form of praise while they trained together

- any time they show genesis any form of soft/sweet innocent intimacy!!! angeal gently kissing genesis on the head, sephiroth lazily holding and cuddling him early in the morning, the occasional moments where they’ll both whisper sweet nothings to genesis, anything along those lines i believe would have genesis as red as his coat

- over time when sephiroth had started opening up more and started trying to show his love and affection towards genesis in any way he knew how, i think it would’ve gotten to genesis, especially the small little things, despite the slight awkwardness in how sephiroth would go about it at first

- he is very used to being the center of attention, but he’s almost always the one that draws the attention to himself, so he can’t handle it when sephiroth and angeal center him themselves, especially when they tease him and get all lovey-dovey about him

- because of angeal’s circumstances growing up, he doesn’t see the value in getting generic expensive gifts, so ever since him and genesis were young he would get genesis small little things here and there, and because genesis was raised basically the opposite in a wealthy family, he absolutely cherished those small gifts! and it evolved as they grew up to angeal giving genesis bigger gifts, but they were things he would work his ass off for! and though he’ll never admit it, the fact that angeal would go through that kind of trouble just for him means the world to him, especially because the gifts are far and few in between

- whenever angeal or sephiroth brings up something genesis likes or has mentioned before, it makes genesis feel so special because it means they actually care enough to listen to him, its something so small but makes him feel so loved

- generally any time they offer any kind of reassurance, praise, or compliment to genesis in a way that makes him feel genuinely loved, cared for, and accepted really!!! i feel like being accepted while being himself in any capacity by the people he loves will never cease to mean everything to him make him feel flustered

- not an instance in which they make him blush, but after they manage to get him to blush: i would just really like to think that if one of them manages to do it while the other isn’t paying attention, they’ll nudge each other or try to silently get each other’s attention so they can point out genesis’ blush! almost in the way people do when a cat does something cute and they wanna show someone else without distracting the cat! and i think that it takes a while for genesis to stop blushing once he starts, so angeal and sephiroth will start teasing him about it, which only makes it worse

Omg no ur not crazy I think about the same things… Ok so I did a deep dive into everything I could find and there’s not MUCH info—Hisham Tawfiq said they’re not allowed to wear colognes and perfumes on the TBL set so he didn’t know about James and Karina Arroyave (actress who played Mierce) said the same thing, if he wore anything it was never noticeable to her

BUT according to my sources (a few fan forums and twitter lol) multiple people who’ve met him said he smells like Irish Spring soap 🥹😮‍💨 I’d imagine for a long time he smelled like cigarettes too but as far as I know it’s been about six years since he quit, unless he picked it up again

EACH of his characters oh man we’d be here all day… yk @robertcaliforniagf and I were just talking about this Willow made a list!!! I think it’s very accurate a lot of cigar smells and masculine woody warm notes… Also the internet rocks and I found this website that identifies colognes and other scents in movies—Max in White Palace uses Polo by Ralph Lauren and Graham in slv shaves with Barbasol… a very light classic creamy barbershop smell yeah I can picture that for him

Tip 2: to make mashed potatoes easy style get enough small potatoes, fill pot till like. A third the way up with potatoes, cover with water (make sure it barely covered the potatoes), then lightly season with salt. Boil for about 20-40 minutes so they're tender as hell. Pulverize those fucks in a bowl (strained). Add seasoning to your liking (added salt, pepper, onion powder because I wasn't assed to reach for garlic powder, agave syrup / maple, cheese, sour cream. Loosen with water and add half and half (or better cream but. Didn't have it) to liking. Microwave that fucker then rapidly mix so the cheese strings)

god so emo about how they portrayed Cloud's development from the first reactor bombing to the second one

showing how much Barret wasn't trusting him the first time and wasn't too keen on trusting him the second time, but by the end of their escape, you can feel they actually became buddies this time

and Cloud who was so cold and genuinely keeping people at a distance being much more willing to joke a bit with them and feel like one of the gang

the fact just before the boss fight Barret really says he intends on all of them to coming home, and he smiles as he looks at Cloud to say "all of us", because he includes Cloud in it, he doesn't expect him to disappear like he feared Cloud would the first time (bc he was worrieeed).

And there's the way Cloud asks for money as a mercenary in both case. In the first bombing he's cold, and mean, and when he says he should be paid more money it's with disdain, a clear "i really don't want to be here" voice. But then the second time they joke around about how Cloud should give a smile to Marlene and not scare her this time and Cloud smiles a bit before going "if the price is right", and this time he's joking along, he doesn't actually mean it and everyone can feel it.

also the fact that the first time everytime Barret was talking about making Shinra pay, Cloud really acts uninterested and talks about how he needs a raise, but the second time the moment Shinra trapped them and Barret talks about making Shinra pay, Cloud immediately is on for it, he doesn't ask for money anymore it's personal.

In the OG Cloud, and his relationship with Barret, doesn't really change drastically in the two reactor bombings, but the remake really did something nice, and while i do think the build up is a bit too long, the fact it took a longer time to get to reactor five really help building their camaraderie

It's just so sweet and it's even more touching knowing what is going to happen real soon.

Just man, that's so good.

He's shy and doesn't talk much, but he's very affectionate when he becomes comfortable with someone, and has quickly become one of Ahko'to's favorites.

It was nice. It was really nice--particularly, nice and warm.

Thena was practically purring as she rested against Gil's chest, curled up on him in the heated bath provided for them by Olga. Thena was officially the regent's war advisor, after all, and with that title came certain perks. Certainly Eternals weren't prone to taking bribes, but Thena was not about to say no to a nice hot bath.

She still had not quite adapted to the frigid temperatures of Kievan-Rus.

Gil danced his fingers along her arm as he held her. He was not quite sitting, not quite lying down, Thena on her side, not quite in his lap, not quite lying on top of him. "How do you feel?"

"Good," Thena sighed, letting the soft sound rise up to the ceiling with the steam of the hot water.

"Are you sleeping better?"

"A little." She was sleeping in her own room more, certainly. Although she still ended up in his room - in his bed - more nights than not. It was the damned cold. "I wonder if I'll ever get used to this place."

"You will," Gil promised, pressing a kiss to her temple as he did. Some might have called it an empty promise, but he had full faith in his Goddess of War to adapt and overcome. "In the meantime, we have the baths here. I'll make hot soup for you for every meal and you can crawl into bed with me as often as you like."

Thena let out a low, roiling laugh that vibrated through Gil's bones. "You spoil me."

"Mm," he pursed his lips, moving from tapping along her arm to swirling her hair around in the water, "I think of it as taking care of you."

"I need caring for, now do I?"

"Everyone needs caring for, Sweetheart," he sighed as one of her hands emerged from the water to lightly massage his shoulder. "And even if you didn't."

Thena smiled to herself as Gil shifted them, reclining even more with her and wrapping his arms around her waist.

"I'd do it anyway," he resolved with a kiss to the top of her head. He let out a groan as he stretched out his legs, although Thena curled up even more against him in contrast.

"And what am I to do for your care?" she asked back with a playful tone lightening her cadence.

Gil rubbed her back. "This is pretty good for me, I think."

Thena pulled her head--going to the trouble of it just to look at him. Her eyes were hazy and soft, with no trace of the deadly sharpness her Cosmic Energy demanded. "Is this truly sufficient for you?"

Gil smiled at her. Thena often fretted about what she could offer him in terms of this relationship of theirs. She might argue that he was always doing things for her, large and small, consciously and without a thought to it at all.

But Gil argued that they simply spoke different languages.

True, he lived to care for Thena: her protection, her well being, her happiness--top priority for him. And for him, he best expressed that with the things he could do for her. It was knowing her as well as he did, making foods that she liked, holding her when she was cold, sticking close to her when she was ill at ease. It came naturally to him, doing all these little things.

Thena's language was quiet, but just as expressive.

Thena had her own ways of loving, from her watchful protection, to her silent support that could speak far louder than anyone or anything. She did little things for him, from reorganising his precious spices to making sure his meals were always attended and appreciated. But more than that, Thena's words came in the form of her hand in his, her hand on his shoulder or holding a shield between him and an enemy. Her love was her company, allowing herself to be close with him in a way she would never with another soul.

Different methods--different languages, but they were fluent in each other completely. It was an understanding that could only come with being as close as they were, for as long as they had. Gil liked to think that their souls were like two flower buds, borne from the same stem. And when Thena bloomed, so did he.

"Gil."

He laughed as she pinched the plumpness over his hip in a way that really only tickled.

"You're thinking too loud," she whispered, settling her head under his chin again.

"Sorry, Solnyshkuh."

Thena peeked up at him again, intrigue and possibly some adoration plain to see on her face. "Picking up their endearments already?"

Gil gazed upon her freely, running his hand over the back of her head, trailing over her hair from where it was dry to where it dipped into the water. "I've heard people calling their loved ones that. It refers to the sun--my sunshine, I think."

"So sentimental."

It almost sounded like an admonishment. But her arms wrapped around him until she was giving him a hug only the water could witness.
