The reason that my small local library has all of assassination classroom is because of me. They had some of the first ones and that’s how I started reading them. At some point tho I had finished reading the books they had so I asked them to buy in the rest of the books.

And when I finished reading them I would ask them to buy in the new books as they were being published as this was the time that the manga was still coming out with new issues.

I’m pretty damn proud of it because those books are a physical trace of me in that library that I used to go to after school in my early teens to borrow mangas, comics and how to draw books. And those books will still be there even after I move out of this town and idk that’s kinda beautiful. Even if nobody else knows it, a part of me will exist in that library for how ever long those books live there 🌸

Almost a month!!!! I am feeling insane today for so many reasons, starting from the rwby finale today.....i am sooo not ready for it, but lets hope for the best. Today i bring you the one and only.... queen burning the candle moment 🙏

Reminder that this is still one of the best bumbleby moments, that it set up their entire romantic arc, that it was one of the gayest scenes to ever come out of 2014 animated media, that it gave us one of the most important parts of backstory in rwby, and that it happened in a gorgeous setting/lighting for V2 standards, making it absolutely stunning and contributing to the implied romanticism of it all. Absolutely gorgeous scene and my goal in rwby from now on is to get a direct parallel to it with the bees some day!!

Oh wait shit this happened really suddenly and I haven't been on Tumblr much the past few days but YALL I GOT A NEW JOB

It's a toddler teaching job at a daycare, I had a zoom interview Thursday, in person yesterday to see me interact with kids and then I actually got a call while I was at my current job giving me the offer

It pays a little less but sounds like full time?? I'm starting off with really good hours but then she was like "this will be your schedule since I know you'll need to put in notice"

I'm so excited I love the age range I'm with but working in a large program at a school is so fucking overwhelming

Also!! An important detail! 18 month-3 year olds aren't going to misgender me and make me super dysphoric like 7 year olds like to do!
