im gonna shut up about umbrella academy til season 4 is out so im gonna leave you guys with some thoughts on where i think the series will go:

- time skip: aiden gallagher is aging, best way to explain that is a time skip. it would also help with establishing where the other characters are and what their lives are like.

i feel like luther and klaus will be the ones who regress back to their season 1 selves, luther because his wife is gone, his powers are gone, and everything seems out of his control. and klaus because thats all he really knew how to do in terms of survival. one could argue that s2 klaus survived fine without a relapse, but that was because he had his powers to fall back on; the only thing he can fall back on now is how he lived as an addict, somethin hes familiar with and knows kept him (somewhat) alive for over a decade.

diego and lila are the ones im kind of on the fence about, because depending on whether or not lila is still pregnant, they could easily split up.

- klaus gets his powers back: i think out of all the siblings, klaus is gonna be the one to het his powers back first, or be the only one who does for two reasons;

1). klaus, at the center of his character, had always run from his powers. in the past two seasons hes shown to be gradually accepting of the usefulness of his powers, but hes never embraced them. i think this is just wishful thinking on my part, but i genuinely do love the idea of klaus never getting his powers under control because his powers arent something that CAN be controlled. ghosts, although lacking any physical form, are still people first and foremost; and people have free will. i think thats why i usually only write about klaus’ immortality and his control of it rather than his control of the ghosts, because i like the idea that he has to be the one to live with history. but back to the main point, klaus being the first and/or only sibling to get his powers back can also represent a major shift in family dynamics. because originally, klaus was never one to be feared; it was always anyone except klaus who was considered a threat. but klaus is the one with powers that no one really understands, and now hes the only one with powers. his siblings wouldn’t really have any other choice but to be exposed to something thats truly otherworldy.

2). honestly, i think it would be a good end to the series. klaus gets his powers back, but he still cant fully control them, and that lack of control leads to the last apocalypse that the hargreeves have to face.

The nitty gritty is watering down katara's character so she's just a meek girl ? Your lying If you really think that's the same character. The producers said they would take an axe to the main characters and that's where the show really suffers...also nothing is perfect people like you is why we get stuck with mediocrity

?? I finished episode 5 but what😭 how is katara just a meek girl, i feel like yes she has a little less rage but other than that she shows that shes smart and powerful and her own person? Explain what is watered down i feel like animation usually over-exaggerates facial expressions and voices for the most part, so i’m not surprised that katara has more subtle strength so far, and also the actress has a very kind face, but i think shes still able to show some of that anger. (I havent watched the water master fight yet so maybe thats where you’re talking about, so i cant speak on that)

Idk what taking an axe to the main characters means (like really cutting them apart? Cuz i doubt they would promote a show by saying its gonna be bad but who knows). But i feel like the characters are all pretty accurate with how they carry themselves, of course they’re younger so acting wont be perfect but i think the imperfections are what brings them to life. I know a lot of people hate the writing, i feel like it’s quite similar to the show? (Though its been maybe 3-4 years since i last rewatched it) and some lines especially from something previously animated are gonna sound awkward in real life, which is why generally i believe live actions arent necessary for any animation, though in this case i’m really enjoying just rewatching atla and my childhood be brought to life.

Nothing is perfect: ok i was using perfect mostly because i was very excited about it, of course i know theres things that could be changed to improve it but a lot of those things are impossible (like you cant get an actress thats EXACTLY katara and will make everyone happy, because shes a drawing) but overall, i think the landscapes come close to perfect (i’m just really into fantasy scenes and i think it’s so beautiful and impressive to see things like the omashu supply rail and the air temple come to life. And zuko’s boat looks so awesome and so accurate too.) And i thought the cgi looked slightly silly at first (especially air) but then i realized that we were always seeing drawings of aangs air in the animation which would look even stupider irl so i made my peace pretty quickly.

People like me is why we get stuck with mediocrity… hm. I feel like my opinion probably has nothing to do with what comes out on tv, especially because in this society haters have the real power, and you guys tearing it down are more likely to get it cancelled. I don’t think any production team takes an animated film or show and thinks ‘yea im gonna make this absolutely awful,’ (though i’m really not sure what they were thinking when making the pjo movie, its good as a standalone but they went so off course from the plot…) of course they’re all just trying to fit what they think into the show and express their own opinions, which are ultimately going to be a lot different than some people watching it.

Overall, ok i haven’t watched the og in years, so my memory on comparing each episode of the show to the live action is not going to be at the level of others (which i think boosts the enjoyability 100x over). But as i watch it, i remember tons of parts of the animation, and it makes me super happy that it has the same air as the show, albeit slightly more serious because they can’t fit all the funny filler episodes (if they ever created a live action lost appa episode i would lose it that cannot happen).

Maybe i sounded rude in my original post (i changed it quickly bc it was very angry at first lol) so sorry i know you’re all entitled to your opinion, it’s just i was SO EXCITED and then checked the tag on tumblr only to see that everyone hated it… i always feel inferior to people who really like films etc because i tend to enjoy things that other people hate, (like i really enjoyed the avatar way of water movie even if it was super long, and i know people DESPISED it). So maybe i seem like someone who is satisfied with mediocrity, and maybe i am, i focus mostly on the backgrounds and beauty of movies because im really into art and much less on acting and script (though i can appreciate beautiful characters, i was Blown Away by live action suki and hair down sokka my jaw dropped fr) i agree i am fairly simple to please in terms of this type of thing.

Is there anything to hold back undertaker from using more than one corpse in a bizarre doll's creation?

Because i saw the debates for this new chapter and the possibility of kelvin being the currently unknown BD, and while i think he kind of could be, i don't think he is phisically capable of being a useful servant.also he seemed kind of on the shorter side.but if i'm not misremembering, the guy that deliverd the news to RCiel was sort of tall?so i thought maybe he is a chimera of kelvin and joker.or joker's body with kelvins cinematic records?but i personally think Layla/Al was shown for that purpose and covers the mental aspects of a corpse running on two peoples cinematic records(if thats the actual deal with her of course, and it wasn't a mental condition she had always had)so the remaining servant covers the body horror aspect and physical limitations...but honestly could be both, a phiycall and mental combination

Bizarre doll experiments

Ok, so there are a lot of things to go over here. I'm going to number them.

1. Can Undertaker use more than one corpse in a bizarre doll? I suppose he probably can, if, say... the main body was missing limbs, organs, etc that could be harvested from another corpse. This could even go as far as what Angela Blanc does in s1 to Vincent and Rachel. But only if the body parts don't reject each other. Since Yana-san is sticking to the idea of blood groups (ignoring Rh factor), compatibility matters in the Kuroverse. If Polaris were Joker, for example, he could have arms and hands from another body. However, I believe that Polaris is not Joker.

2. There are readers who think Kelvin might be a bizarre doll. There are so many reasons why this would make no sense. Not only does his body type not match any of the lords of the stars, but neither does his personality/cinematic records -- ok, actually I'm gonna backtrack on that part a bit later in this post. The goals that make up the "episodes" for these bizarre dolls don't match anything that Baron Kelvin would care about... except perhaps one.... Though he doesn't see himself as a butler or other servant, so he definitely wouldn't say the things that Polaris says.

3. What if Polaris is a combo of Kelvin and Joker? Makes even less sense than Kelvin being a Bizarre Doll by himself. Joker would need arms/hands, but they definitely don't look like Kelvin's, either. And neither one of them speaks like Polaris or self-refers as a butler like Polaris does. Also, what about loyalty to real Ciel and about not wanting to lose his master again? That's why I think Polaris is someone who was already loyal to the Phantomhive family, like a former butler.

4. What is Layla/Al's situation? There seem to be two major possibilities here, and I'm not sure which one I ascribe to... or should ascribe to. I do think Layla might be Baron Heathfield's dead daughter, which would explain how Undertaker got hold of this particular body when he did and why he decided to make an advanced bizarre doll from her; Heathfield might have paid for it in some way, like it was part of their original agreement when Heathfield's manor became a blood collection facility.

But Al? Either Al was already there before Layla died... or Al was added in an experiment by Undertaker. Since I think this is two parts to a mind -- two personalities -- and not a matter of mind and soul or two souls, I lean towards the idea she already had a split personality. I don't think Layla/Al currently has a soul. I think the reason the Collie kids are boys dressed as girls is specifically to match their "aptitude" to a person who dresses as a girl but has a split personality that's half girlish and half masculine. In ch204, the staff ladies even talk about matching not just their bodies to the stars but also their souls. They seem to be trying to make Oliver and the other Collies act as if they have split personalities; maybe this could potentially cause a rift in one of their souls... making that one the best candidate for Layla/Al. This sounds a bit cracky, I know, but it's the best-fitting scenario I can think of at the moment.

Even crackier: We don't know Baron Kelvin's first name, do we? I sure hope it's not Al. He'd enjoy having part of his mind (some episodes, perhaps) in the body of a pretty "doll" like Layla, wouldn't he? I mean, it's kind of what he wanted to begin with:

So, if Layla/Al turns out to be a mind experiment... and if Kelvin is in any way incorporated into a lord of the stars, then this could be how.... 🤯 I can definitely imagine him making wounded veterans oink and squeal like pigs. I can also imagine him wanting to be beautiful... but not really caring which bow Layla wears in her hair; like, such decisions might get tiresome for him, ya know? The biggest aspect in favor of Al being part of Baron Kelvin's mind? Undertaker would likely get a kick out of fulfilling Kelvin's wishes in such a freakish manner.

However, there are things about Al's behavior that don't quite match what we know of Kelvin's personality. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I hope we get a break-away chapter or scene showing Othello in his lab and examining Layla/Al's brain. That might be the best way to get answers on her situation, since it seems unlikely our earl is ever going to meet her and get an explanation about her from Undertaker.

5. If we have one star lord with split or combined mentality, do we also get one that's a physical split/combination? Not necessarily, though it's definitely been touched on by what Angela does not just to Vincent and Rachel's bodies but also to Victoria and Albert's bodies in s1.

I originally started answering parts of this ask before ch203 and ch204, but it sat in draft so long that now I can add this: We don't need to combine bodies of our earl's former adversaries (like Joker or Kelvin) when we can combine the star lords with body parts from orphans. Honestly, if/when our earl finds this out, he'll be way more disgusted by Undertaker using innocent children as parts (like the circus doc essentially did) than if Joker and/or Kelvin got recycled into some monstrosity. Either way, he'd see fit to have all the star lords destroyed, but there's more emotional damage to him for destroying bodies that are partly made of innocent children. I don't think he'd feel quite as bad having some Kelvin/Joker abomination stomped or ripped apart.

So... now I say: Yes, there is a physical combination in the works for the star lords, and it might have already begun. Probably for each of them, to some extent. Not with Joker or Kelvin (or Madam Red, etc.) but with these kids from the orphanage.

We still don't know what F. O. L. stands for. Could be as basic as "Full of Life". I still think it might be as simple as "For Our Lords".

ALSO IM SO GLAD U LIKE THE SYMBOLISM!!! i love making up made up symbolism fr…its so fun to make order out of chaos and looking closely at things and bring New Life to them i loveeee doing to sm (and i love aus like that in general they make them feel so Alive)

but ya!! i mentioned how it started off as a crack au with casino quartet and uh. (tries to think of a way to describe them without going into the main tags <-scared) let’s ramble about them! ^_^

basically so uh. for a while i thought one of the funniest things ever was to make a mcyt au from the music video lore of this one k-pop group because the idea was so absurd and it was niche enough that people Won’t Know/clock it right away and the idea of being “SURPRISE IT WAS KPOP” was something REALLY funny because i am messed up and evil in the head!!!

but. if i’m being honest. their my aesthetic low key slapped for no reason so as i started thinking about it and whatnot the au just became. its own thing. like you can sorta see bits of The Original Intent in there but its so far removed its basically its own thing so. (if you figured out who i assigned who to who no you dont /silly)

but uh. the lore is Very long and casino quartet only really work with one of the subgroups of the k-pop group so i’m just gonna focus on that one ^_^

basically, their subgroup’s lore is a vaguely based off of a few anesthetic of the bible, more specifically the story of adam and eve and angels escaping eden or whatnot. there’s 4 members, one representing adam, one representing eve, and the last 2 representing angels, with one following adam and eve to escape eden and the one who’s left behind eventually becoming fallen and finding self worth in herself

in the main music video where their Lore is shown, the other angels literally leave one of them out of the loop as they plan to escape eden together—just without the last angel :( and there’s a really sad shot of her looking at all of her friends running out of eden without her. then i another music video we get the other angel looking very sad that she left her friend behind but adam and eve r so smitten with each other that they dont care <- no way it’s clownzy and ash in team chaos i mean WHATTTTT ^_^

anyways. as u can tell. i mostly went “omg casino quartet” at the team chaos parallels and the Betrayal and Making Things Right themes and since their subgroup was Inspired by bible aesthetics, the idea for red being a fallen angel kinda Stuck with me and i (eventually) brainrotted the idea so hard and connecting to more things about fallen angels and whatnot i came across to the point it became its Own Thing. but tbh i really like the idea of ash trying to get red back and whatnot and him being a Fallen Angel as well stuck A Lot

and Also i like the idea of clown and branzy being the more modern interpretations of adam and eve. like someone who’s smitten in love and being willing to bite the apple and fall into sin for that. they’re so ill about each other it could go either way its them fr!!!!

but yeah. thumbs up . thats the Lore reason to why fallen angel ash and red became a thing >_< clownzy is a secret 3rd thing to me when it comes to the fallen angel concept but !!! its awesome maybe ill redraw the mv scenes with them one day….

theron was originally meant to be like. a small detail. like they were part of the origin of how the demon came to be, but they no longer existed and no longer had influence on the demon. but instead they kind of. festered in my mind and fought for control and now the story is about them. its kind of really in theme when the main conflict of the story is about theron reclaiming control of their story that dara took from them. the story is definitely way better for it ADGSGFSHF

most of my characters that Do canonically know i exist dont have super strong opinions on me. reverie was expecting something else when they met me and had to abandon the plan of using me as a way to get out of the game. dara thinks im annoying at best. a nuisance at worst. for pretty much every character ive made thats aware of me, im kind of like. just some guy. im just writing down what they're doing and its kind of annoying but not a big deal. and i know that cause i talk to them sometimes. i never thought it was a big deal i would just think really loudly in their direction and they'd respond. so, because of that, i do know of at least one character who is canonically my friend! phoenix, one of the deathspeaker gods, was genuinely one of my closest friends for a while. we talked All The Time and helped each other take care of ourselves if we needed it. i havent talked to elysium because she doesnt seem to fully be aware im there but if she does ever realize i think we'd be besties. she's so nice and pleasant

my thoughts on new weapons (that ive tried in turf war) + some extra thoughts:

painbrush

its nice. it threatens a lot of weapons and gets quick kills if you can get past the lag before the first swing. trying to use the brush roll mechanic to escape tight spots is pretty hard due to that lag, though. maybe i just suck at the game but every time ive tried it fails.

i like curling bomb on it, a bit finicky but it can catch people off guard well. quick movement alternative to the brush roll is also nice, though it doesnt work as well.

it can combo VERY nicely with wavebreaker. i believe it just straight up kills people on the first swipe if they took wavebreaker damage beforehand but im not 100% sure on that

s-blast

its definitely one of if not the best blaster out right now. it gets kills very quick if you can hit the direct, and abusing tech with jump shots allows for your shots to have little to no shot rng i think which is really good. technical stuff aside, its just really good at killing, though its painting isnt amazing. i think thats why they put sprinkler on it

sprinkler isnt good on this weapon. i just use it to paint and build special. if youre in a pinch it can paint your feet and briefly block an attack, but itd be better to try to get a quick direct with the main weapon

not sure how i feel about reefslider being on this weapon at the moment. it isnt bad, but it isnt good, either. couldve been worse

i only used it for like, 3 games and i dont know how to play this thing, but i like it. it reminds me of naut, probably because it has point sensor and functions better at midline lol

kraken is interesting, it can do the job, though im not good at using kraken so i cant give a reliable opinion on it. i struggled moving from back/midline to frontline to activate it, but that could very well just be a skill issue so take that with a grain of salt

light tetra dualies

okay i used this once so my opinion will definitely change in the future, but i prefer the original kit atm. zipcaster is better but i dont know how to use it lol. i miss my autobombs..

it cant take advantage of sprinkler well, i wish it got literally anything else. im a bit of a sprinkler hater

okay im a bit of a liar, i havent even played this one at all. but a friend said it combos really well with angle shooter for kills and with ink storm for painting

side note: i fought against someone using one on flounder heights splat zones and they were so annoying (i mean this in a positive manner). we traded zones like every 5 seconds and they killed me many times despite me having the favorable matchup (i was using naut) really fun and tense match

im not gonna main any of them BUT these are all good weapons, some better than others. not sure about the other new releases. still gotta wait for a new naut kit, though... hope it gets suction bomb+trizooka/inkjet 🙏 (it wont)

why is this here? it got the biggest buff ive ever seen in salmon run: each shot from a full charged set deals 240 damage. to put that into perspective, it now:

3-shots steel eels, scrappers, and slammin lids

4-shots drizzlers (easier one-cycle from before)

can now one cycle and 5-shot big shots, armored flipper floppers

call me crazy, but this thing went from a charger that was good based on niche uses to genuinely being one of the best chargers in salmon run. used this in the most recent rotation and it perform REALLY well. when i discovered how quickly it can kill flipper floppers my jaw literally dropped mid-match. ive always loved using snipewriter in sr but, damn, its amazing now

Also seeing the Glen doll again and hearing the Seed of Chucky theme playing in the background it really felt like a true sequel to Seed that i never thought we'd get to see again in the franchise 😭

Okay Im surprised that Don didn't make the twins campy and actually added emotional layers to them both, with Glenda talking about what having their dad be absent did to them and Glen also talking about the hole in their heart. Don actually emphasized the fact that the reason the twins dont feel whole and are so close, almost unnaturally so, because they shared one body for so long, two souls in one body, that it makes sense that even all those years later they would feel like two halves and not fully whole. Im SHOCKED don didnt make that into a joke and actually made it something people could sympathize with.

And adding layers to Glenda as well and not making them a caricature killer like their parents have turned out to be. Which again, makes me think that the fact Glenda was WORKING with Kyle and not just Glen, it makes me think they're gonna separate Chucky and Nica. Im wondering, and this is just a theory, a wild, wacky theory, BUT—

If Kyle survived and is alive, maybe Andy did too, and hell, maybe the Chucky head, the original Chucky, is in on this plan as well, because he realized he fucked up by making all these other versions of himself? Maybe thats why both the twins were clearly working with Kyle and possibly by some extension (if he's alive) Andy — maybe in exchange for the og!Chucky in some degree. Because right now they all have bigger problems than just the main Chucky, like a WAY bigger problem. And besides, maybe the twins just want their dad back— not one of the clones running around, but their actual Dad

mutant mayhem was good, loved the animation a lot

also they got quite creative with the dubbing, it was still a bit cringy but the idea was there, it feels like slovak dub is slowly getting tolerable

more thoughts not story spoilery but just in case under readmore cuz i do mention specifics so. slight spoilers under the cut

i just dont know who was the main target audience because as a family movie, i saw that people that grew up on tmnt disliked it, but if it was for teens it had too childish moments, but at the same time the audience being all kids was odd because they wouldnt get most of the jokes i think? and while the references were like. 'yeah every young person knows this', for some 'everyone knows this', i actually dont think 6 year olds have seen those things. like they mentioned a buncha animated movies (perhaps just in this dub, but im gonna assume they did it in the original) and i would say yeah kids watch some movies but i doubt parents make their kids watch ratatouille and megamind. they make them watch cocomelon and shit so like, many jokes were for teens and young adults imo but the story itself was very much toddler tv /hj

plus like, a lack of teen stuff for a movie for tweens, so i would say its for like, 10 year olds? but also not? i have no idea. conclusion: i wasnt the actual target audience but it made me laugh and since im pretty childish it made me feel like a teen again... i wish i was a teen again....*cries*

it was pretty chaotic too towards the end so its like a 7/10 for me. i also felt dizzy from caffeine and reallt had to pee at some point so i kinda didnt pay full attention during some fights but still 😶 also i liked the music used a lot but it could have been a teeny tiny bit betterrrr i did expect more so thats why. without any expectations it would be better

the milking thing was funny and i feel like much funnier in the slovak dubbing because oh my god. but i also fear r34 so much. they are not safe unfortunately which sucks ass but 20% of the movies vocabulary being milking them its like. ahhhh stop youre making it worse this is gonna happen now. (it was funny though especially the machine)

note: taking the target audience thing with a grain of salt, just being affected by the airing time being 4:30pm - basically baby movie time, and the movie previews before the movie being paw patrol and such. But they also played such things before spiderverse, so. so. yeah. (also the paw patrol trailer was cute i have seen the first one online out of cuteness curiosity and it was adorable, not planning to watch this one but it was cute as hell)

Okay, final thoughts on House of the Dragon, Season One:

Pros:

Time Jumps: I think the time jumps were handled beautifully, tbh. Reintroducing the characters in episode 6 by treating it as a second pilot was a *great* idea and it paid off very well imo. I understand some people are put off by the time jumps, however, without the time jumps it'll take us 4 seasons to get to the *actual war lol.

I understand that some people may find it hard to keep up with all the characters being introduced, but then again, a fantasy series is always going to have extra lore/history that you have to know in order to fully understand/appreciate the work. You can't just watch something like GOT, LOTR, or even Harry Potter and expect to know everything from the movies/tv show alone. You gotta do the homework. It sucks, but thats why these types of series are so big. Theyre entire worlds.

Opening Theme: Keeping the main theme, but changing the map to the Targaryen bloodline was another great idea. No other opening theme was gonna top the original, so you might as well own it. Plus, its fascinating seeing the more children born, the more bloodlines that are drawn, hinting how its all gonna spill soon. Also side note: the soundtrack *slaps*. Once again, Ramin proves himself to be a fantastic composer.

The Acting: Everyone in the cast is amazing. Everyone, from the younger cast to their older counterparts. Special shoutouts to Paddy and Matt for doing wonderful. I really want to see Emmy noms for them. I thought Emma did fantasic as well, and i cant wait to see what she does throughout the rest of her series. Episode 10 was really her moment, and she took full advantage of that.

Some characters are done really well!

I point specifically to Viserys, Daemon, and Aemond. And I think thats because those are the characters in which the writers really embrace their moral ambiguity. Theyre not entirely good, their not entirely bad. Their complicated. Which brings me to...

Cons:

Inconsistency with the main characters (and their relationships)

Now, it seems like what the writers are trying to do is make the Civil War seem very messy and complicated 'cause there is no *right* side, so to speak. Shit happens, and violence breaks out because of it. However, in order to do this, it seems like they rely to much on the good side of the main characters, with the people around them being the ones prompting them to do the bad shit.

Alicent: I see this the most with her. They write her as a nice, honorable, and dutiful lady during her younger years, showing how she's *trying to patch things up with Rhaenyra, and she honestly sees her as the future Queen up until Viserys' death. Its implied that Otto is the main bad influence on Alicent, that he's the one pushing to usurp the throne, not her...The only problem with that is its inconsistent for when we see Alicent's Karen-like behavior in episode 6, cause Otto isnt there. The dude got banished, remember? If the main characters only do the bad things when the men prompt them to, then what about the times when they have to be bad and the men arent there?

Rhaenyra: The writers really painted her as the heroine of the season. The one who was done wrong, and dont get me wrong, she was. But also, I feel that the writers missed out on a good opportunity to point out how Rhaenyra's rebelliousness is the cause of her downfall.

Really, the only time we see this come to play is with her sons and the argument of their parentage. But that rebelliousness is always painted as a "good" thing, cause her and Laenor arent in love. They paint Rhaenyra's rebelliousness as a good thing as well when she expresses her sexuality... But what about when that becomes a bad thing? Like, when she's taking advantage of her very honorable knight?

The writers played into the idea that Criston Cole was just bitter Rhaenyra didnt run away with him, but thats not what I got when I first saw the scene? When Rhaenyra sleeps with Criston in episode 4, we see him ask her quietly to "stop". She doesnt. Rhaenyra is the Princess and Future Queen, and she's gonna take what she wants, and because of her station, Criston has no choice but to comply.

This causes the honorable Criston Cole to feel such intense shame and guilt over the act, that he convinces himself its out of love just to give himself a sense of peace. Only when he finds out it wasnt out of love but just for a bit of "fun", he's absolutely shattered. And thats what causes Criston to switch sides. Not that he's "bitter" Rhaenyra didnt love him, but that she took advantage, made him break his vow, something he cherished, all for a bit of fun. Thats what makes his character growth more interesting and realistic imo. To play him as just a rejected douchebag only works when he was a horny, misogynistic douchebag to begin with and he wasnt. He was portrayed as honorable at first. Decent.

Rhaenys: Look, the dragon moment is episode 9 was cool, but Rhaenys not killing the greens at the moment did not make sense. I understand later she says "It's not my war to start" I can get behind that, except that in the writers commentary in episode 9 they go against that by saying its because shes a mother and just "didnt wanna kill another mother" ... Like, please be consistent with your motives...

And even then, its like... you can argue the Rhaenys still hasnt picked a side in the war yet, but didnt she already do that when she let her granddaughters get engaged to the Strong Boys? And she did this in front of the King, so shes not just gonna go back on it. Thats not her. And If the greens are coming after the Strong Boys, then by extension, theyre coming after her granddaughters, so... why not just kill them? Idk...

So... in conclusion, embrace the bad side of the female characters! Quit trying to place them as the good guys, with the men around them being the "real" influence. Let the ladies be the bad guys too!

And in case anybody is thinking, has HOTD passed GOT?

I dont think its right to answer that yet. I dont think its fair to compare the two when we only have one season so far. Remember, seasons 1-4 of GOT were considered the *best* of television when it first came out... and then look what happened. I think its best to hold out until we get to the end.

tot plot rambles: so i replayed the beginning of main story 5.1 (needed screencaps for a meme, HAHA) and came across vyn’s line 

and ive suddenly got a few thoughts about this omfg

1) vyn, how exactly r u monitoring The Psychological Conditions Of The Team? given the current tense dynamic of the team towards vyn from non-mc characters, i can only frigging imagine how AWKWARD a guidance counseling session basically would be.

vyn: how are you coping with your PTSD from the kendricks case?

artem: im not. are we done yet? i hate this.

either that or vyn monitors in a hands-off way, without confrontation. most probably this route is more possible, since it wouldnt skew the behavior of the one hes keeping tabs on

2) speaking of the kendricks case, as of main story 6.2, it’s canon the the Original NXX Investigation was giann, neil, and vyn. that really is making my brain light up with fireworks but im not smart enough to make theories, it just strikes me as Sublimely Interesting. hes the only original member left. what does that mean?

3) even in the OG NXX team, vyn’s say irt the team’s psychological state had a Lot Of Sway. so much to the point that neil couldnt go on that undercover thing because vyn deemed neil not fit for the job, mentally. which THEN makes me go, HEY, NICE, cuz heres one probable reason now why vyn and artem have beef with each other (aside from their personalities). artem thinks the absolute World of neil, but vyn’s assessment deemed neil lacking of Something. artem is a logical person, of course, but it’s still possible to have some resentment from that

4) if vyn was in the OG NXX and vyn has been assessing all potential new candidates, hoyoverse, im gonna need to see what card game vyn played with marius and artem to assess them. if not, i can only speculate. cuz if it was the same card tower thing, itd be super interesting to explore marius and artem’s choices and rationale. but if it were a different card thing for everybody, that would be cool too. 

and also vaguely hilarious for the team to make fun of further down the line

thats also interesting to me. because taken further, luke basically has a govt sanctioned get out of jail free card, irt psychological state. vyn can monitor, vyn can give his thoughts, 

but if the NSB wants luke to do something in the nxx,  vyn---on the grounds of regular nxx operations procedures---cant stop him

Buckle in folks cause I’m about to put more effort into this than an english assignment Presenting Why Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous is actually an amazing show

Now what defines the term amazing you might ask? I’m talking about a show that goes above and beyond in plot, characters, storytelling, and overall experience. Nowadays most adult shows don’t meet my standards much less a kids show so if that gives you an idea how good this show is stop right now and go watch it if you haven’t. Spoilers ahead ofc but as an aspiring film major I will be diving into just about everything I love and this is gonna get long. 

For your convince I will start with a simple bullet point list and then extend on them below, so if you only wanna see the big points and not my thoughts behind them this first parts for you. 

Black mc 

Diverse main cast (4/6 are poc) 

Actual plot lines and a lot of suspense 

Very dark for a kids show 

Complex characters that develop 

Fits in with the main Jurassic World series beautifully 

Body language and facial expressions are top tier 

Have genuine relationships (platonically and/or romantically) between all of the main 6

Phenomenal camera angles and use of special effects 

Great with details 

Amazing VA’s 

Continuity 

So the nose dives begins 

Black mc: To some people this might not matter that much but holy cow this is so important and such a big step. The people complaining are just weird middle aged white people, like do you know how big of an impact a black mc can have on young black children. It’s so important and it makes them feel happy because someone actually looks like them. Clear evidence of this was Into The Spider Verse (which is also an amazing movie oml). Come to think of it the only black mc I think I’ve ever seen in an animated kids show is probably Static Shock (also an amazing show ily). Somehow representation has got swept under the rug in this day and age which is ironic really, but this show does an amazing job with tackling that and I love it. 

Diverse main cast: I can’t think of any recent kids movies/tv shows, live action or animated, that have this much representation. In animation is also very easy for the show runners to make a character poc and then have a white VA, but jwcc is quite the opposite. Honestly the characters look so much like their VA’s that something tells me the animation team based the characters off them and not the other way around. Not only that but their names actually match with their ethnicities. So for reference or just anyone that doesn’t know, Ben and Brooklynn are white, Sammy is hispanic, Darius is black, Kenji is asian, and Yazmina is middle eastern. Sammy’s last name is Gutierrez, Yazmina’s is Fadoula, Kenji’s is Kon and Darius’s Bowman. Gutierrez is a common last name in Mexico and Latin America in general. Fadoula is found throughout upper Africa and the Middle East, Kon is rare name of Japense origin, and Bowman is a common last name among black folks in the US. So not only do they have a poc cast, voiced by poc people, but all the characters have realistic names. Not to mention they are very good on skin tone in the show, personally I think Yaz should’ve been just a bit darker but hey I’ll take it and run. 

Actual plot lines: This seem like stating the obvious but work with me here. Most kids and even adult shows have a very episodic format, there’s nothing wrong with that per say but having a plot and conflict build up and having little things matter is much more satisfying in my opinion. Most kids shows have some conflict but its very PG which is also fine that’s what it’s meant for. But every once in a while you’ll find a show that had plot wise beyond it’s years and those are the golden ones. Easily and rightfully the most famous is Avatar the Last Airbender or ATLA. This show to this day is still one my favorites and truly nothing will ever top it, but in my years of watching kids shows after it jwcc might just be second. We can argue all day about what’s the best and it’s truly a matter of opinion, but to me atla and jwcc just achieve such a level of complexity that 99% of kids and even adult shows don’t reach. 

Very dark: While this might not be exactly the best for kids it’s great for an olderish audience. Honestly it having a much darker element makes the show enjoyable for all ages while still keeping it chill enough so that children may watch. But come to think of it it’s hard not to make a show about dinosaurs dark, the show runners do a wonderful job at keeping it intense and exciting, but still kid friendly, and to me thats incredibly impressive. Not to mention since the show isn’t afraid to go dark they can do more (such as ben’s “death”, the hunters etc) which makes it go from good to great. Reminds me a lot of atla and I know I keep mentioning atla but know that is the biggest compliment ever. atla is easily the best animated/kids show of all time so the fact that a bring it up so much is huge. There have been shows in the past that have tried to replicate what atla (such as voltron..) and it just hasn’t worked. I think this show nails the boundary between too dark and not dark enough. 

Complex characters: Oh yes. If there’s one thing I love more than an ensemble cast it’s a cast that grows and develops as the series progresses. Sure the main 6 might start off as typical character tropes (Darius the super fan, Yaz the loner, Sammy the extrovert, Ben the underdog, Kenji the arrogant, and Brooklynn the influencer.) but they become so much more than that. I’d say at least half of them are completely different people between the 1st episode and the latest one. An easy example being Ben and Kenji. Ben started off as a naive, timid, and terrified person and has become confident, independent, and brave. Kenji started off as arrogant, selfish, and apathetic person and became compassionate, driven, and concerned. All of them have had some sort of change even if it’s not super dramatic and that’s important. It makes the storytelling better because they grow as they go. 

Fits in with JP/JW beautifully: In terms of shows connecting to movies this has gotta be some clone wars level s-tier stuff. Personally I have never watched clone wars but my sister has and she always raves about how well this show connects to the movies, and from what I’ve seen I completely agree. A youtube channel by the name of Silverscreen Edits actually put together the scenes from every time they overlap, mainly in S1 but also the cold open from Fallen Kingdom. I’d advise you to watch it because it’s just incredible. The show runners nail ever detail of these scenes and it truly feels like you’re watching the same scene from a different perspective. The set up is beautiful and I cannot rave enough about how amazing it is, my favorite easily being the dome scene because of all the small details. Not to mention this show actually connect JW and FK because it shows us that the cold open was 6 months later while the rest was 3 years later. Quite honestly I had no idea these two scenes were that far apart from each other, I thought the opening was from a years or two later not 6 months, so this show really connected the dots between these two movies and made them flow together much nicer. And I love all the countless references too old and new JP/JW movies. Overall this show is a great addition to the franchise. 

Body language and facial expressions: You might be thinking to yourself, hmph that is a really odd point to make, let me tell you it’s not and I’ll explain why. When analyzing films I usually tend to stick to live action because one of my favorite parts of films is how characters react to things, and we animation we really don’t get that. Most of the time even if shows get this complex they won’t use both the way jwcc. What impressed me so much was how amazing they are at this, the animation team seriously needs more praise. Jwcc is great at facial expressions which I will say other animated shows know how to do as well, but they are also so amazing at body language which is rare rare when it comes to animation. It’s because it’s so hard and often times it just doesn’t fit, but they do an amazing job with this and it makes the characters feel so life-like. When a character is sad or closed off their shoulders hunch, when they feel scared they stiffen up and cover their ears (which is another detail I love so much, I never realized till this show that hardly anyone ever covers their ears and it makes a lot of sense because these dinos are very loud) and when they feel hopeless their shoulder sag and their head drops, do you see what I mean? You can quite literally tell what these kids are feeling and thinking without them saying anything that is so impressive and it makes the show that much better. It makes it easy to analyze and if it wasn’t clear around I love to do so. 

Genuine relationships between all of main cast: I will not budge at this point at all, gonna say it right now if you disagree argue with the wall. I might have some bias on this but one, if not my favorite, part of any media is an ensemble cast. It’s something I actively seek out, and when I say ensemble cast I don’t mean a trio, I mean a full cast, my favorite being 6 but 4 or 5 will do. So when I found out this show had 6 main characters I was immediately interested. Not only because I love ensemble casts but I also wanted to see how they handled it. Ensemble cast are so rare because they are extremely hard to do and do well. I will even criticize atla on this. At one point they had 6 main characters and they never elaborated on more than a handful of the duos and just focused on the group as whole. But this is typical and easiest to do without giving up individual character development so I get that. But jesus christ jwcc does a phenomenal job with this, and I mean phenomenal. Out of the 15 different duos you can get between 6 characters then have elaborated on 11 of them, and it could easily be more this is just from memory. I might make a post elaborating on this specifically because it’s just amazing. This time they take to flesh out these relationships truly makes them feel like a unit and a family, instead of just a group of people all working towards the same goal. This is easily the most impressive and rewarding of any of the points on this list in my opinion. (coming from #1 squad lover right here)

Camera angles and special effects: This shows downfall for some was that it had strange animation, honestly it never bothered me and since I’ve watched dragon prince and rwby, it’s clear that bad animation never stops me from watching a show. But I think people just won’t give it a chance, because when you do you’ll see it’s actually very good. To me the coolest part of the animation is the dinos. They look incredible and so so similar to the cgi used in JW. That’s hard to do so more claps for the animation team I love y’all. They also have to work around the PG side of this show and do a great job at implying what happens but never actually showing what happens. This is all angles, not to mention they do a great job at showcasing the park and the scenery so that magic from the movies really translates to the show. Finally my favorite scene of the show from an avid slow mo lover has got to me when Ben falls of the monorail (idk why it is cause he’s literally my fav and I was so upset) The scene is just beautiful and the set up before hand makes it that much more heart breaking. The use of slow mo is amazing I literally cannot rave about this scene enough. It builds so much suspense and they used just the right amount, to much and the scene would move to slow, and to little the scene would be to fast. I need more great scenes like this in S4 (idk if I want the angst that comes with it too I’ll get back to you)

Details: To me details, in any show in general, is what makes it go from great to fantastic. An example of this is Harry Potter, something that hooked me into this franchise was how much small details mattered and it’s the same with jwcc. There are so many throw away lines that end up coming back and all us are hitting ourselves for missing it. Such as Ben saying early on he knows where the tracker beam is and when he “dies” and the crew can’t find it it shows how important he was. Those are details I love to see. Or the three dinos, one of which Sammy released, coming back all season. Of course toro as well and he always kept his burns. Not to mention the animation team always kept Ben’s scar in and I think that’s an important detail because he shaped who he is. Keep up the good work animation and writing team because I love what you’re doing with this (also I’m 90% sure the compass is another one of these details I’m calling it rn) 

Amazing VA’s: Honestly VA’s in general do not get enough credit and they really should. But these 6 are pretty amazing let me tell you. If I’m not mistaken Ryan Potter (Kenji’s VA) is the only one with a notable history of voice acting as he played the title character in Big Hero 6. (fun fact I had no idea and when I found this out I quite literally screamed). But the others have also done things as well, most of it being live action though, and voice acting is much different. Honestly I just need to make a post about the various roles they’ve had cause looking into this has been an experience. Anyway all of them do such an incredible job with this ahh. I think the times where you can really tell how different they all are is when they lash out. This happens quite often and honestly it’s expected, I mean they’re 6 teenagers in a stressful environment of course they’ll last out. But all of them have such a different way of doing it, Darius is hopeless, Kenji is nervous, Yaz is emotional, Ben is harsh, Brooklynn is stern, and Sammy is level headed. Usually everyone lashes out the same way so the fact that they’re so different in just one aspect shows you how good they are. Each character is so individual and all of them have different goals and morals which is not only realistic but it makes way for conflict which is always interesting. 

Continuity: Now this could arguable go with details but it’s slightly different so I’m making this a separate point. Continuity to put it simple it basically not have the show be episodic. Honestly that completely what I expected from this show because that how most kids shows are. In this show the plot not only progress each episode but so do the characters and their trauma. Most of the time the plot will progress but anything bad that has happened to the characters will not show and is hardly talked about (COUGH VOLTRON). To me it’s something that has to be addressed because if the characters don’t grow what was the point of it. And they’ve shown that characters grow based on the events that happen and I love that. Another thing about continuity is when show runners stick a pin in something and actually go back to it (COUGH RWBY). Jwcc is amazing at this and make a point to bring back just about everything that gets sidelined in the first place. It’s so impressive and make the show that much more enjoyable. There have been countless times where I get so caught up with the pins that shows just leave there and it makes me so mad, but jwcc is good at for the most part because of course some things will slip through. But they always get back to the important things. 

The conclusion: Overall this show is phenomenal and if my essay hasn’t convinced you I’m not sure what will. The show is amazing at storytelling and plot and the lovable main cast makes it that much better. It is so much better than a good chunk of kids shows and honestly part of me wishes it was rated PG-13 cause I really wanna see that. But they do an amazing job and keep it kid friendly enough while still discussing mature topics. It’s the next atla to me and something that many kids shows now days try to be and fail. It’s impressive and complex and truly one of the best shows I’ve ever watched. Film major mara out, and if you actually read all of this ily mwah.

summary: Parker "Blade" Wiles, a high ranking SHIELD agent with an aptitude for sharp objects, goes missing. When Blade is found again with a darker and colder demeanor, SHIELD, with the help of The Avengers, are tasked with finding out what happened to their colleague and friend.

She leaves the room as your eyes start to water. Oh my god. There is no way I'm getting out of this. As you sit there, waiting for what’s going to come next, Nats face pops into your head. And the fact that there is a chance that you’ll never see her again, talk to her, touch her again, makes the tears threatening to fall, fall.

As promised, about 15 minutes later, three lab coats walk into the room you’re in, checking your vitals and making sure all the serum was in your bloodstream. They start rolling you out of the room, assumingly heading towards the super secret lab. I wish I had my journal. My therapist would have a field day with all this new trauma.

You would've said a snarky comment by now, but you were in no mood for that right now. On the bright side, if there was one, it’s not any of your teammates in this situation. Especially Nat. God, you would go crazy if it was Nat instead of you. You’re zoned out as they roll you into the main lab. You snap out of it when the doors slam shut and lock. “Ahhh, there it is! Our test subject!” Dr. Nichols exclaims!

“It isn’t our test subject doctor.” Madam starts, “It's our new weapon.” Dr. Nichols hums, and makes her way over to you.

“You were very hard to get a hold of, you know.” She starts. “We tried taking you out multiple times, but you were always with that red head. What was her name again? Natalie?”  

“Natasha”  

“That's right, Natasha. We originally thought that it would be her that we would use, but kidnapping an Avenger, especially one as well known as her, seemed more difficult than imagined.”  

“I'm sorry, you were gonna kidnap the Black Widow?”  

“We were”  

“Thats almost as dumb as trying to re-use the Winter Soldier’s code words”  

“You see, but we aren’t doing either of those sweetheart.” Madam interrupts. “We’re using you, and a pill shaped device embedded in your brain. Not code words, not the Black Widow. You. You’re a nobody! Barely an Avenger! The only reason we’re using you is because you were an easy target who happened to be able to handle a knife like no one else.”

The remaining lab coats inject you with something and you pass out, as Dr. Nichols begins the procedure.

*At the Avengers compound

Ever since you had disappeared, the team have been doing their best to find you, while walking on eggshells around Natasha. While the team has been trying their best to comfort Natasha, she has only been thinking about you. She locked herself in her room, lucky that Sam has started sliding food under the door.

It started off as a joke really. He managed to squish an entire PB&J under the door and then graduated to a whole pizza this week. While it may not show, she does appreciate that people care, so she started sliding notes back under the door with the empty plate/takeout pizza box.

“Thank you for the food” Something simple. She would've said something longer but had no energy to do so. She sat on her bed and let her mind wander. Her eyes traveled along the room and eventually landed on your journal.

“That’s an obnoxious journal” She chuckles to herself. only you would’ve picked it out. she picks said journal up and pages through it. She knows it’s an invasion of privacy but she’s already written in it, so she doesn’t think twice about grabbing a pen.

Blade, it’s nat, again. I know you’ll be mad at me for writing in this but I can't find it in me to care. You’ve been gone for a couple days now. The team has been looking for you, they care. More than you think they do. You mean something to us, you matter. Sam has managed to squish a PB&J under the door, I took a picture of it. When you get back I’ll show it to you, it’s pretty funny. Luckily he wrapped it in cling wrap so peanut butter and jelly didn’t get everywhere. I haven’t really left my room. I don’t need to see the team's look of pity when they see me. I can't look at them right now. they left you. I wanted, no, needed. I needed to get back. If you were still there, if you were just lost or your comm was just down, you would be here right now. But no, they fucking left. They left you! And I couldn’t do anything about it! God, what kind of teammate. No. friend. What kind of friend am I? What kind of friend leaves the friend they care about behind! God. I thought that I was doing good. I was going straight. But once things get better, once I make fiends, have people I care about, I just go and fuck it up. This isn’t your fault Blade. This is my fault. if I just stayed with you, this wouldn’t have happened. you need to get back. I need to make it up to you. I need to do something. And hopefully you’ll take me back. Hopefully you’ll see me as if this never happened because I don't know what I would do without you.

She closes the journal as she hears a knock on her door. “Who is it?” She calls out.

“Clint, I have left over garlic bread, do you want some?” He asks.

She slowly stands up and makes her way over to the door and opens it with tears in her eyes. Clint just stands there, not knowing what to do because no one has seen the famous black widow cry.

“That was their favorite” She whimpers. He's never seen her so small. He walks in the room, puts the garlic bread on the desk and holds her. He held her until she stopped crying.

*At the MYST headquarters

The procedure took longer than expected. After around 45 extra minutes, they finally finished. you were placed into a cell and didn’t wake up for about 3 days. When you woke up you were greeted by what seemed to be a nurse. she was looking at some chart so she didn’t see you sit up. Looks like HYDRA, wait no, sorry, MYST couldn’t afford some fucking blankets because it’s practically Antarctica in here.

“Oh, you’re awake.” Your head snapped towards the nurse. “You really are a tough cookie to crack. took over an hour to get that thing in your head. And after that, they had to inject you with a concentration of the serum because nothing stuck in your blood. How odd.”  

“Pardon me?”  

“Did you not listen to a word I said?”  

“No no, I heard you, but what’s this about the serum?”  

“Super soldier serum is concentrated as it is. It enhances you, you become more you.” Madam interrupts as she walks in the room. “Your blood fought off the original serum, so Dr. Nichols took the most powerful properties of it and injected you. Which, luckily took. you are one of the most powerful super soldiers known to man now.”  

“Pardon?” You ask.

“Did you think we were messing around?”  

“Kind of, yeah”  

“We’re not. This isn’t some game to us, to me.” She states. “We aren’t fucking around this time. HYDRA paved the way, we’re just walking down the path and doing a better job than they ever will.” And with that, she starts walking out of the room.

“Nurse?” The nurse freezes, visibly afraid of what will come next.

“Yes Madam?”  

“Make sure they’re ready for the chair tomorrow.”

Super soldier? I thought we were past this. Didn’t we learn our lesson about 5 years ago? Never in a million years would you have thought that you would ever be in this situation. Hell! You thought that when you were recruited to be an avenger it was all some sick joke! A sick cruel joke that will embarrass you publicly! Imagine the headline “Blade Wiles, recruited to the Avengers only to be set up as a prank”

God. Life is cruel. Once it starts getting good, it takes a sharp turn for the worse. You get a job that you love, and then you get recruited to the Avengers. THE AVENGERS! The fucking Avengers. What a goddamn fever dream. And then you meet this really pretty girl, who somehow wants to be your friend and possibly more?? And then your mom dies. And then you get captured by HYDRA. What the fuck universe?

God damnit. My therapist probably doesn’t have any advice on what to do if you get captured by the worst supremacist organization in the world.

Dimension’s Ridge Announcement!

Hi everyone, With all the rise in Sonic media and the great releases coming up, such as The New sonic game in 2022,the sonic movie 2, sonic prime, and literally anything Idw has been releasing including their new side series “Imposter syndrome”, I am challenged to up my game and release information on my long running project in the works. Especially Since sonic prime and Idw is literally gonna blow out all the spoilers before I do if I don't start releasing stuff first. Since its been happening constantly, I gotta be a step ahead.

So, without further ado, I introduce you to the World of Dimension's Ridge.

Dimensions Ridge is My personal Alternate Universe that seeks to combine all aspects of sonic media. In fact, its super similar to the upcoming Sonic prime, archie and Idw Comics in this regard, with it possibly being a bit more ambitious, or at least equally as ambitious as Idw.

The Series will follow a number of favorite canon and non canon characters alike, but will also their universal counterparts and alternate universe selves.

The Main overarching plot line is that a Existence level Threat is putting everything in jepoardy. This Creature Known as an Existence Eater spreads its influence to a planet by releasing its minions into it, then after enough time, it comes to absorb the planet, thus erasing it from existence entirely, as if it had never been there in the first place. This has been happening for quite a while, until a few people caught onto it. They began leaving messages and warnings to others in a attempt to save them.

Being an existence level threat, this will take the combined effort of every Version of Sonic,Tails,Sally, Eggman and everyone else if they want anything to be left in the multi-verse. This Story is about how they all come together to do just that.

However that is the main plot. The story follows many minor or sub plotlines and stories that all connect and weave into this ultimate narrative. For Stories featuring Sonic and friends, Stories start off in the classic area and work their way into the modern area as the characters develop and mature, so we get to see and live their journey alongside them. For older characters and parents, I wanted them to have a  more staple involvement in the series, even if only at the beginning. Their Adventures as the World slowly slips into chaos can be read in War on Mobius.

While there are Prequels to the beginning of the story, such as the “Rift War.”, the main storylines that kicks off all the other starts is one of my current productions “War on Mobius.”This follows the economical and political collapse following the Recent End of The Rift War and begins the Egg Empire's rise to Power.I would like to mention that The Egg Empire Now consists of the collective versions of Eggman all working together as a family. Egg Fam for short. But we have Great additions such as boom eggman, Ova Eggman, Aosth Eggman, Satam Eggman, Russian Eggman,Eggette, and a few custom additions such as Omelette and Scramble.

Things That happen in War on Mobius will be seen effecting or influencing the states of things in my Classic Era Story “Classic adventures.” and others ones such as “The Freedom Fighters.”

Alongside canon appearances of less known or scrapped characters and designs, such as Tiara and Honey the Cat, Readers can expect appearances of my own characters, both as counterparts to main characters, and also as people who drive the story forward and show interesting and dynamic opinions of their changing world. A few Such ones would be “Tribal Ties” Focusing on the Tribes of Echidnas, Bayblonians and Pangolins Tribes, all of which play a part not only in Mobius history, but also will play a vital part in its future.

After Classic adventures, comes one of my long running claims to fame and a personal favorite of mine from my early script writing days. Zone Runners. This takes place after the Events of Classic adventures and as the world has been influenced by the political unrest in War on Mobius. It follows the Group of People on the East Side of the World as they try to fight back against the Egg Empire, Newly risen Oscillators Group, and The Very lack of Sonic and Freedom Fighter there. This series will also begin unraveling some of the mysteries behind the existence eater and the ultimate narrative. Originally this concept came from the Fleetway comics, and ever since I've been completely inspired to incorporate this into my own series. If anyone was ever on Sonic Amino, they might have seen me post things related to it back in the day.

I also wish to be a more character focused series as a whole, one who focuses on the people collectively as opposed to just Sonic himself. I want it to as if each character us actually a main character and can save the day, and that the day is only won because everyone has done their part, whether powerful or powerless.

To that End, I have many characters stories intertwine, or lead to one another. Some characters will have branching off stories, while others will be closely intertwined, and always interact with each other, regardless of who the story is currently focusing on.

A few I'd like to notable mention is, Shadow's Ark, Silvers Sanctuary, and Heir of Sol. Focusing on the characters Shadow, Silver, And Blaze Respectively.

While I have a lot of other Titles for the stories respectively, I'd just to touch on a few more before I close.

Worlds collide finally answers the question in sonic media about two planets and the dimensional connundrum of sonic rush and sonic 06. While also bringing together multiple characters who were on their own paths, for the collected purpose of setting up how everyone will be needed much later.

Dimension Forces is, a reimagined Version of Sonic Forces, including a whole new team of villains to take on the heroes from our prior stories. I call them: Forever Force. The Main Three Hitters Being the Villains Infinite, Eternity, And Enigma. In this Story we'll get to see Whispers team in action, and also get to see new stories involving Gadget and His Brother Widget, and a host of other rising heroes soldiers and returning cast members.

I also had this Idea that the wisps were able to use their abilities on their own, except in smaller weaker versions then when they had a mobians help.Thus you could call in drill air strikes and other things to help you in battle, and the flew alongside you rather than in containers. I had these idea way long ago, but what do you know Idw beat me to the punch again in rise of the wisps. However I would just like to say before they do it too, that I had the idea of the wisps combining their powers, as if anyone played Sonic simulator, you would know you can actually combine wisp powers. If its the same type, its twice as strong with a bonus effect. If its different, you can combine the strengths of two different powers. Think how eggman used cube with laser in the boss nega wisp armor.

Speaking of Sonic Simulator! Thats another Story I have plans for. Following alongside the events of Sonic colors, Sonic simulator follows the group of hedgehogs abducted from Mobius and sent to eggman's interstellar amusement park as part of an organic experiment to take out sonic. Suggested by The Leader of the Oscillators, These hedgehogs will now have to work together to prove their worth to Eggman and as worthy adversaries of Sonic! But what of their past memories? What will happen if they remember? And if they do, can they escape? Find out! Also its follow up story leads to sonic lost world.

I'd also like to talk about the Idw Verse Mini series I have been working on! Getting Art from the Talented CatRage and getting to voice my Ideas to My Friends as well as My sister, I present my own Miniseries! Mimic's misadventures!

This story takes place between  the events of Idw's Bad guys, and follows mimic's operations and struggles as he tries to complete his missions, and deal with people of similar caliber to himself. Will this mercenary manipulate his way easily out of another situation? Or has the Octopus finally met the one group who will send him back to the ocean? Find out!

Currently, this miniseries has 5 canon issues and one undecided.
