Idk what happened but I’ve been sooo HUNGRY lately! Like I don’t feel satisfied and I’ve been craving straight up raw beef. And butter? I’m thiiinking this means I’m low in protein? Or fat cause I’m eating peanut butter right now and it is finally hitting the spot. Being healthy is hard when I don’t have time to get more groceries lol… and I’ve no idea what my body is trying to tell me. But man is it frustrating to be this hungry all the time!
