I know there's plenty of real life problems to worry about, but the way capitalism, greed and short-sightedness is encroaching upon every corner of the internet is just. depressing. feels like every site is actively hostile to its users now.

listen. this will kind of sound like a shitpost but i am 100% serious. people need to be kinder to idiots. it kind of sucks having brain damage and seeing everyone talk about how this or that person is "braindead" or "a smoothbrain". like yes there are different intelligences or whatever but as an intellectually disabled person it really fucking sucks to see shit like that and shit like "too stupid to breed" or whatever. even aside from the literal eugenics of the last thing people are Way too comfortable making fun of stupid people. i don't think being stupid is something to be ashamed of or to make fun of because there are so many reasons for it but honestly even leaving aside intellectual disability or autism or adhd or What The Fuck Ever . who cares. stop being cruel. and low support needs autistic people do this too btw and frankly it's giving "i have aspergers". you are not better than someone just because you are smarter than them! it fucking sucks to be on The Autism Website and have people be just as cruel (if not more so! there are so many more ways to be cruel as adults!) as schoolyard bullies.

How do you think that dire consequences would go if even enjoyed the power he had over Mike more like not really out to hurt him but kinda enjoy being on the other with Mike being powerless
Not to be rude but i did get this ask the first time you sent it; I just haven't had the motivation to answer the 10+ asks that have been sitting in my ask box for ages

if you want to know the State of Things lately everyone i talk to around my age about the future lately agrees that we’re all just waiting on climate change/societal and economic collapse/ another epidemic/the fucking apocalypse to take care of of us all before we truly have to worry about retirement

very glad that in this difficult time everyone has been able to come together and turn the murder of a sixteen-year-old into an opportunity to share the most dogshit opinions imaginable

The world exists in such a baffling state of simultaneous sex-aversion and sex-hegemony. Every social platform on the internet is trying to banish sex workers to the shadow realm but I can't post a tweet without at least two bots replying P U S S Y I N B I O. People are self-censoring sex to seggs and $3× but every other ad you see is still filled with half-naked women. Rightwingers want queer people arrested for so much as existing in the same postal code as a child and are also drumming up a moral panic about how teenage boys aren't getting laid enough. I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Kinda feel like there's some untapped meme/reaction image potential from old horror movie trailers...

i'm sorry but i don't think we should call this the "autism website" when there's still posts with tons of notes mocking people who:
struggle with social skills / have anxiety around social settings
are unemployed / unable to work certain jobs
have intense or "age-inappropriate" interests
haven't had certain life experiences that are deemed universal/essential
struggle with personal hygiene
don't have any friends or dating experience
don't go outside much or at all
take things literally / don't get sarcasm/jokes
have unusual ways of speaking
generally aren't "normal"

[images ID: three images of a comic titled "one must imagine sisyphus happy" by druid-for-hire. it is a visual narrative beginning with someone with wrist pain (depicted by bright orange nerves) working at a drafting table. the reader is shown the same wrist as the person uses it for many everyday tasks such as carrying a grocery basket, pushing elevator buttons, typing, and doing dishes, until the pain dissolves all the panels into chaos. the person then performs several physical therapy exercises until the pain subsides. they sit back down at a desk with their laptop, sigh, and begin typing. a small spark of pain reappears. end id]
a fun little piece i made during the semester and submitted into our school comic anthology! (which you can buy at the Static Fish table at MoCCAFest in NYC ;] ). it's about artists and injury

Gentle reminder that very little fandom labor is automated, because I think people forget that a lot.
That blog with a tagging system you love? A person curates those tags by hand.
That rec blog with a great organization scheme and pretty graphics? Someone designed and implemented that organization scheme and made those graphics.
That network that posts a cool variety of stuff? People track down all that variety and queue it by hand, and other people made all the individual pieces.
That post with umpteen links to helpful resources, and information about them? Someone gathered those links, researched the sources, wrote up the information about them.
That graphic about fandom statistics? Someone compiled those statistics, analyzed them, organized them, figured out a useful way to convey the information to others, and made the post.
That event that you think looks neat? Someone wrote the rules, created the blogs and Discords, designed the graphics, did their best to promo the event so it'd succeed.
None of this was done automatically. None of it just appears whole out of the internet ether.
I think everyone realizes that fic writing and fanart creation are work, and at least some folks have got it through their heads that gif creation and graphics and moodboards take effort, and meta is usually respected for the effort that goes into it, at least as far as I've seen, but I feel like a lot of people don't really get how much labor goes into curation, too.
If people are creating resources, curating content, organizing the creations of others, gathering information, and doing other fandom activities that aren't necessarily the direct action of creation, they're doing a lot of fandom labor, and it's often largely unrecognized.
Celebrate fan work!
To folks doing this kind of labor: I see you, and I thank you. You are the backbones of our fandoms and I love you.

Call this the Whoopsie AU (it's barely an AU)
I mean. Narinder never explicitly SAID the Lamb would stay dead... :3c He probably should have been more specific. >:3c
Part Two:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Well. The Lamb tried, but...sorry, Nari, the crown hates you now. Shouldn't have been so quick to lend it out, I guess. :D
Aaaand Part Three:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
'Isn't he just adorable?' -The Lamb, probably, while their followers smile and nod and internally scream at the brand new hellcat they now have to share living space with...
Anyway, nothing says 'Dead To Me' like following a person around to loudly remind them of how dead they are to you. Right? Right. Narinder's got this all figured out. <:]
